community is great here. maintenance is really nice. door people could be more helpful/nicer. leasing and management staff is great - always helpful, for me at least. laundry guy in the lobby is incredible - does such a good job and not expensive. laundry room SUCKS. always out of order. gym is OK - gets hot but is nice during the work day when no one else is using it!

Great amenities for the value. And you can't beat the location - super close to the lake shore buses and only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Our rooms are spacious and we never feel cramped. It's a perfect home for a great location.

Very pleasant experience thus far. Location is excellent, building is well maintained with friendly tenants. Relatively new appliances, roof deck is beautiful. Wish there was a pool! Only other thing I would want is a dishwasher in unit

Great neighbors, plenty of awesome dogs, most of the door staff is nice and polite. The building is always clean and well kept. Packages take a long time to be "check in" after they've been delivered (sometimes almost 24 hours)

The experience has been great overall. The location is really convenient and the building offers the basic amenities. One thing I would like to note though is the fact that there are many residents with dogs in the building when the lease clearly noted this was a dog-free building.

Leasing agent is friendly and transparent on all fees and charges. Location is awesome and lookout from the windows is great. The roof deck is beautiful in summer times, me and my husband enjoyed BBQs on the roof and watching the fireworks and air show.

This apartment building offers great value for the area. The apartment itself is nice, and the maintenance staff is wonderful. However, the door staff is not always welcoming or kind when asking for packages and other requests.

Great apartment. We live in a renovated unit and haven't had issues since moving in. Door staff is professional and building admin is quick to respond to requests. Great location, East to get around and great to be by the lake in the summer

I've been living at 1360 Lake Shore Dr for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. From the perfect rent prices to the unbelieveable rooftop views, I'm pretty certain we will be re-signing for another year. I am so happy to invite my friends over and show them the beautiful lake views from my living room. I've never had an apartment with a door staff before. Most of them are always so happy to greet me at the door, besides a few exceptions who are not happy when I request to get my package that was delivered. Other than that, I love coming home every day to my beautiful apartment high rise.

I love the value of my apartment and size of it. The community and neighborhood is extremely safe and welcoming. Bonus benefits of a rooftop and two gyms. Heated parking is great. Pet friendly and a on site dog Park is great

Very nice door staff. Nice neighbors. Excellent location. Great to be right next to the lake and the bike path. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Parking on the street is easy.

Pretty great for the most part. The door staff is amazing and so are the employees of the store in the south building. The only things I don't really like are the price of laundry and parking. also, the annual rent increase should not be as high as it is. Everybody ain't rich

My experience thus far has not been pleasant. It feels as though I live in a dorm. My 'renovated' unit isn't what I thought it would be. It's paint on paint on paint, and it continues to chip off, especially into my cookware. Not worth the price at all.

Love the safety of the community. I have lived in this building community for 10 years and have always enjoyed the amenities and and staff. Our residence is very conveniently located near public transportation, schools, grocery stores, and the lake. Being a single mom, I have enjoyed the safety and friendliness of our community.

Wonderful neighborhood and I always feel very safe and secure with the door staff watching over the building downstairs. Love the updates that have been done in the apartments and the open plan of the kitchen and living room.

There needs to be a better system to get packages. The security people get very annoyed when you ask them to get a package. There should be some sort of incentive for renewing (carpet cleaned) and the cabinets should be upgraded at some point too.

This community is a good place to live if you work during the day. It's Very close to downtown I even walk sometimes. But if you're on night shift don't live here because they do maintenance and construction every day and you won't get sleep during the day!

I recently moved into 1350 and couldn't be more satisfied living here. The location is perfect and there is a dog run on the other side of the building. Everything I need is in walking distance and the office staff is very responsive. I have mainly interacted with Isabella but whether it is front door staff Traca or Shakeeda or the other leasing staff I know I will be well taken care of in my home.

We have loved living in 1350/1360, everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance staff to the door staff is so kind and welcoming. Our unit is spacious and the view is amazing. We have felt so welcomed by our neighbors and the staff here.
