This was my first apartment on my own and I absolutely love everything 1350/60! The community feels very safe and the door staff is wonderful. I can't forget to mention the impeccable location in the heart of the Gold Coast! With these views and amenities, the prices of the units are unbeatable. The quality is absolutely top notch whether you're looking for a studio or 2 bedroom. I highly recommend living here whether you're on your own or want to share the experience with a pet!

I have been living in this apartment building for one year and am happy to stay. The building maintenance is done professionally. Since the COVID-19, cleaning schedule has been updated and posted in public areas, and residents need to follow rules to keep everyone safe. Elevator is fast, laundry room is more than enough. The apartment layout is very good with lots of storage space, spacious rooms and good lighting. The walls are mostly sound proof, with the exception of bathroom and entrance facing the hallway. Any work order is handled fast and completed in perfection. Security desk personnel are wonderful. The only complaint I have is the leasing office staff, who respond too slow and only provided information when we specifically asked for.

The experience at 1360 has been very pleasant. Neighbors are friendly and so is building management and door staff. Maintenance is quick to respond to everything big or small in record speed at any hour of the day. The rooftop is a great perk for warmer weather months.

I absolutely love my apartment: the location is great for commuting anywhere in the city, pretty good pricing for a very spacious one-bedroom, and the views are what sold me. I will say though that during the search process, I had questions for the leasing team which were never answered in a timely manner. With covid factoring into not being able to tour in person, I felt it was necessary to show the apartment in full or at least accurate pictures of what the view would be, neither of which I got. I never saw the actual apartment before moving in and luckily the view from my unit is amazing. I don't understand why that itself wasn't the selling point on their end and wish it were communicated more. Otherwise the appliances are great, the apartment was clean upon move in, and I've had nothing but good interactions with all the doorman staff downstairs!

Amazing location. Easy access to food mart within the building. Door Staff team is friendly and attentive to residents needs. Quality of apartments vary. Pay close attention to condition of air vents and potential water damage from condensation. Would recommend 1350 if you want a chill, peaceful, mature apartment community.

This building and the community has been a great choice for my first apartment in Chicago. The staff are really friendly, the building is really well kept, and the value for money is great in my opinion. I love this building! The roof and views make it so worth it! The gym is great and the classes offered in the building are awesome too and a great way to meet neighbors. The community events also are so much fun! The grocery store in the lobby is the icing on the cake!

Coming from NYC I cannot believe I am able to afford to live in this neighborhood. I absolutely love my apartment. It was so easy to apply and get the apartment I wanted. The door staff are so friendly. The size, location, and view are amazing.

I resided at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive for approximately 8-9 years. The initial five years at this residence were good, but after year five it quickly went downhill. The building has had multiple management changes which have been ineffective. The amount of dog feces around the property is unacceptable and unsanitary. The buildings maintenance staff is great but they are very in efficient and their response time is severely delayed. The breakdown in communication between the management office and maintenance and third-party providers is atrocious and embarrassing. In many instances permission to enter is granted for a specific date but staff and third-party providers enter units on dates where permission has not been granted due to miscommunication. The amount of bedbug cases in these towers are extremely high and management is not transparent about the issue with tenants. Additionally the ventilation systems are old and upon signing a lease you must sign an addendum for potential mold presence in the building. Note that after moving out I no longer have the need to take allergy medication which I was previously taking ever since moving in. Overall before moving in be aware of the following: many inefficiencies in the management and leasing offices, miscommunication among staff, rude door staff, lack of attention to detail, potential bedbug cases and mold, loud music, dormitory like ambience, unsanitary grounds, and lack of luxury amenities at this building. Finally, I would never recommend this building to anyone. Not even to my worst enemy. It's simply too much of an embarrassment when it comes to managed properties in the Gold Coast.

All of the neighbors and staff are very friendly! The views of the lake from the roof are beautiful! The apartments are decent for an older building but can be overpriced depending on the time of year you sign. The downside is it is very costly to transfer apartments so make sure you select a unit you want to stay for years or you'll be paying quite a bit to move in to a different unit. I wish we had known this before moving in because after some staff changes in the leasing office, they've raised prices and become more strict.

The staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Dog-friendly building. I have met many new friends in my building as well. My favorite thing about the building is the location. The roof top deck directly overlooks Lake Michigan and I can bike to the beach in a matter of minutes!

This is a very clean community. The building staff are very friendly and create a safe and welcoming environment. It is a prime location to downtown and right beside Lake Michigan. Beautiful views from the roof, too!

This place has been great! The front desk is always very welcoming when I come home which is always a good start after a long day of work. On top of that they have a grocery story right in the lobby to make shopping so easy and accessible. I also love on the 2nd floor and being so close to a gym has never been so great. Everything is new and I would highly recommend this place.

The 1350 buildings are a great place to live. The location in Chicago is great and being by Lake Michigan is really nice. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and you are walking distance from many great bars and restaurants.

A good place to live. Cats and dogs welcome, parking is expensive but easy to use. Some units are updated, some are not but they are clean the living rooms are a nice size. The location is great for walking to downtown.

Very dog friendly, clean and accommodating to your maintenance needs in a timely manner. Hallways and elevators all recently renovated. Some of the older apartments still have carpet in them but there is hard wood floors in others.
