I have loved living at 1350 N. Lake Shore Drive for the past 3 years! The staff thoughout the building are all so lovely and the property has so much to offer. They have really made it feel like home! They have many socially distant/zoom activities that have been so great this year with Covid. I'm excited to see what this next year living at this property brings!

The community is great. The apartments are relatively updated but most have a great view. I would definitely recommend this apartment building. The staff are very friendly and the door staff are super helpful.

My living experience at 1360 has been good. The appliances have been updated. It is clear that there has been renovations to the apartment. Unfortunately there is some paint on the floors from the process. Overall, the living situation has been fair.

The door staff is amazing and make the building feel warm and welcoming. One of the amenities I most use is the dog park which is a great amenity but often does not get the upkeep it requires. Also the gym is small and the equipment very out of date but can still get a decent workout in. The residents are great and the virtual community events are much appreciated during the COVID times bringing people together.

Great location in between North Ave beach and Oak Street beach, within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile, Lincoln Park and Old Town. Love the staff, door and garage staff especially. Love that the laundry is on one off top floors with windows and views. Love that I have a commissary that has a lot of variety, a dry cleaning facility and workout room. But most of all, love that roof top with good furniture, grills and outrageous views!

The community here is great, I have enjoyed using the amentities of this building such as the fitness center and rooftop- you can't beat the views here! The door staff is very helpful & I'm always greeted with a smiling face when I return home!

Great building, very well managed and maintained, excellent staff, neat location. The commissary is very convenient and well run. The roof deck is great in summer and the view of the lake terrific year round.

1350/1360 N Lake Shore Drive is located at an ideal spot in the already impressive neighborhood of the Gold Coast. It is accessible to every part of the city via foot, bus, and/or short walk to the red line. The views of the lake simply cannot be beaten for the price.

My experience has been wonderful. Everyone in the building, from residents to maintenance staff to door staff, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment is quiet and the amenities are incredible.

I enjoy the proximity of my apartment complex to work, grocery stores/restaurants, public transportation, and the lake. The apartment are modern and the staff are wonderful. Only way it could be better is if there were in unit washer/dryers.

The view from my apartment is fantastic as well as from the rooftop. The value is great for the location and the apartment. I love how there are several events going on such as the Treatzza Smores Pizza they provided for free as well as a Pancake Breakfast.

Only issue I've had is finding parking so I was forced to pay for valet which is something I didn't intend on originally but other than that everything has been great. I'll be releasing in October 2021

I have enjoyed living at 1350 Lake Shore Dr. The location is amazing, the gym and laundry room are updated, and the market in the lobby couldn't be more convenient. The events and offers that management make available to the residents are fun and you can really tell they care about the people in this community.

Door staff is so cheerful, kind, always willing to help. Maintenance staff is constantly on sight which means requests are quickly resolved. Rooftop is spacious and amazing views. They were very accommodating when I moved in, despite a mix up with elevator reservation. The units are able to be updated prior to move in so I was able to get new flooring throughout and all new paint (color preference of my choice between available options). Halls are clean and quiet and the express elevator to laundry floor is a great add.

I love coming home to this apartment complex. It's a beautiful, well maintained building with amazing views. There is also such a great sense of community. From the friendly door staff, grocery store owners, maintenance staff, and neighbors. It is a happy, fun place to live.

I love living here so much! I truly feel at home based on interactions with neighbors, front desk staff, leasing, and maintenance. It has everything we need from the dog park to the market downstairs when you need some last minute items. I've recommended it so much that two friends have moved in since I've been here!

This building is in a great location and has beautiful views of the lake. The door staff is very friendly and efficient at organizing packagings. The rooftop amenity is also amazing with beautiful views and grills. The only thing that could make this place better would be in unit laundry.

The community is very inviting. Everyday I'm greeted with a smile, and a hello from the staff. The fresh lake air that comes in is extremely rejuvenating, and the amenities are very convenient. All residents have been very friendly and welcoming.

1350/60 is a great community in a wonderful location! My dog and I have both enjoyed our time here. The corner unit one-bedroom apartment we live in is very spacious and has a nice layout. The only things missing would be in-unit washer/dryer and a balcony.
