Nice community, and friendly staff. The small grocery store in the building is really convenient in winter. Maintenance requests are efficient with online app. Just a pity Internet/cable is not included.

I recently moved in this community. I found the surroundings are beautiful and convenient with Lincoln Park 10 minutes walking distance, Lake Michigan shore trail 5 minutes walking distance , nearest Whole Foods 15 minutes walking distance, and my apartment has a stunning lake view which I enjoy very much. The building management is attentive and provides clear instructions and assistance to tenants. Building maintenance staff are very courteous and helpful. It is a friendly building, I am an elder Asian woman, I do not feel any racial and age discrimination. Overall I feel welcomed and satisfied.

This is a great location, but the neighborhood is no longer safe. Building is 60+ years old and the plumbing and AC show the age. Keep looking elsewhere. There are aso too many dogs and large ones, the dog run is not cleaned out properly. Rents were raised horribly each year. Questionable tenants moving in.

The space you get is large and beautiful. There is a lot of storage within the apartment. And the neighborhood feels extremely safe to walk through. It is overall a beautiful community to be living in.

I have lived at 1360 N Lake Shore Dr for 3 years. The staff here is wonderful. They maintain the property very well. The neighborhood is one of the best in Chicago and I feel very safe here. Love it here!

1350/1360 is the absolute best rental property to make your home in all of Chicago. Lakefront views with friendly staff is what makes it a great home. Easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Gorgeous rooftop deck to relax and see the lake as far as you can imagine.

I do not drive, so convenient transportation is important to me. I am close to the subway and several bus routes. The maintenance and service staff are excellent -- any problems I've reported are resolved immediately. The on-site exercise equipment, laundry and grocery store are very useful. Every two or three years I have looked for, but never found, a more desirable location. And I can't hear my neighbors!

Neighborhood is very nice, peaceful and safe! Lots of dining options in the area, as well as stores, parks, beaches, etc. Public transportation is available too! I highly recommend this neighborhood!!

This building is great. The apartment sizes are spacious, the staff are friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. I've used so many of the amenities and I'm still learning about more. They really do treat their residents well. Plus the location is amazing - so close to the park, restaurants, and two beaches. You can't beat that rooftop either. So happy I chose to live here.

I've loved living here so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly, and the building and grounds are beautiful. One of my favorite things here is the rooftop deck. It's perfect for sunny days to sunbathe, get work done, or just enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.

Amazing community and Location with friendly staff and a great rooftop deck. The dog park is also a great feature. My apartment has a clear view of the lake and the location gives easy access to North avenue or Oak street beach. The door, maintenance, and office staff are all great.

I've had a great experience at 1360. The door-staff and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I've had a few things I put work orders in for and maintenance was extremely helpful and accommodating. They responded fast and and took care of the issues. Love the ease of having the 1350 commissary so close, they have all of the necessities.

Recently, people have been loud at all hours in the hallway- weekday and night. There has also been smoking in the building. This has been caused by a number of units filled with new residents that are inconsiderate.
