A nice apartment building with a great door staff. Overall, I like living here, but the constant construction has been an issue lately. The drilling noise is ridiculous, you can't be in your apartment during the day. It seems never-ending.

So far so good! Definitely a great location for a young professional. The commissary in the 1350 building is fantastic and super convenient. The roof is great for parties. The neighborhood is great and I love being so close to the lake shore path and beaches.

I have really enjoyed living at 1350 North Lake Shore Dr. The door staff and the maintenance staff that are seen on a daily basis are very friendly. The apartment space and views are worth it. It can get a bit hot in the apartment during the winters with the boiler system, but overall I am satisfied with 1350.

Great location, easy access to the red line and the lake. Its great to have the commissary in the apartment to get things you need right away.The apartment itself is great. I will say one thing that you cant go wrong with is waking up in the morning with the view of the lake.

Construction is terrible. Location is Great. Apt. Size is Good. Staff for the most part is great, except for one female front desk person, she is always moody and makes you feel bad when you ask to pick up your packages.

I enjoy the building. The front desk staff are incredible and everyone I see is usually friendly. I really like the location of the apartment complex. I also think that the one bedroom has a lot of great space and I enjoy the fact that my apartment is so close to the water and I have a great view of it. I think it is a bit expensive and my rent went up a lot every year.

So far so good, we work during normal business hours so we aren't impacted by the restoration taking place. The entire building is beautiful, clean, the people are friendly, I enjoy having dogs in the building. I hope the remainder of my time here is as enjoyable as it has been thus far.

The building is up to date and clean. The staff are very friendly and I feel safe and secure here. Management really does appreciate their residents and hold many events for residents to show their appreciation.

Building is constantly undergoing renovation from the outside to neighbors. Not sure what was done to the fitness center that took so long because it didn't change much. I wouldn't choose to live in the dog side without a dog mainly due to how gross the laundry machines are with dog hair everywhere.

The apartment building is conveniently located and the staff is great. The rooftop area is a great place to hang in the summer. If you're looking for a place near Old Town and the Gold Coast, this is a superb location.

Love the location and building. The construction on the building can be annoying at times but I'm not in the building during this for the most part. I'm a little worried that the rent will increase once this project is done though so that will have an impact on me staying. If nothing changes, I plan on staying.

I do love the community and building, however, I would love for the front door staff to be more professional. It is always inconsistent whether or not a door person will call when you have a delivery or a guest and they also seem inconvenienced many time when you have a package that needs to be picked up.

The building is a great building. It is quiet apartment to apartment with a hum from Lake shore drive (excluding the renovations happening through spring of 2018). The door staff is friendly. The roof-top is awesome. Laundry is always accessible.

Great deal for what you pay for. Rooms are extremely quiet outside of the current construction however there are some events held in the lobby if you want to mingle and socialize. The commissary is convenient and overall the staff are really excellent.

Everyone is very friendly, I always feel safe. The common areas are always clean. The elevators are fast and convenient. The location to public transportation, especially the bus stop is very convenient for me to go to work. The mail service and quick store in the building are a huge plus.

Good experience living here. Pleased with the bldg with the exception of the Shiller St front of 1360. This area needs much work to beautify the bldg as well as the neighborhood. Good bldg for young ppl. Many activities.

IT has been a great experience thus far. There have been a lot of updates to the building, exterior and lobby. This causes some headaches, and I'm sure when everything is done, a lot will be better. I would really love if the workout center was updated, it would be nice to have more room, and options to workout in the building.

1350 is a great place to live! A solid, comfortable living space that is friendly and courteous for all. The amenities are well cared for and the staff members are very accommodating. The atmosphere is comforting and homey.
