Our overall experience has been positive. However the pet policy is really frustrating to us. Many people in our building have dogs so I don't understand why new residents cannot. Many people in the community have dogs, so it is definitely something holding the building back.

Great views, nice people, friendly door staff. Always a pleasure coming home after a long day or night of work. I love grilling on the roof in the summer. This the ideal location to be at in the summer with its ability roximity to the lake, north avenue beach and oak street beach as well as the lakeshore path.

I found my 1 bedroom apartment through a an agent. I viewed many other options in many other neighborhoods, and found this one to be my favorite due to price and space. If I could suggest improvements, I would suggest they update the kitchens, as well as common areas (gym, lobby, etc).

really love the space here. I would benefit from a slightly lower rent, given I don't have a dishwasher and less space than other units. It would be great to get a discount for renewing the lease. Overall great community and great door/overall staff

I love the amount of space I have in my studio apartment. The location of the building is convenient and in a great neighborhood. Door staff is very friendly and I always feel safe. I would definitely recommend this building to others. This is a great place to live!

The community is nice and close to many stores and restaurants, close to downtown and accessible to public transportation.WAY too much construction happening for too long. Rent a bit too high for what it is.overall great community to live in.

Great. I wish there were better options for grocery shopping in this area, I'm not happy with the limited options. I have to drive when I want to do grocery shopping. Staff here is wonderful, beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Not as convenient to picking up expressways as I was accustomed to in the west loop area.

For the most part it is a pretty good place to live. It's a bit pricey for what you get but it is relatively safe and convenient. There are other tenants in the building that are not very respectful of others but that is the age. Social events should also be held in both lobbies. Not 1350 all of the time.

I love it here. Everyone is friendly, staff is very responsive. I moved here from South Florida and looked at several different buildings, but decided on this location because it felt like home. The rooftop is amazing. I can't wait for the renovations to be complete this year. I will definitely renew my lease.

Vibrant community with a very good neighborhood. You hear traffic noise during night if windows are left open. Otherwise it is a awesome place to live. Magnificent Mile is easy to walk and it is close to many pubs and top restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

This was my first move to Chicago and everything went effortlessly. The door staff at this building is SUPER nice and friendly. I feel safe in this neighborhood when walking back home at night. Everyone in the building has been very friendly so far and the walls are thick so you can't hear your next door neighbor. The only thing is there is currently construction going on on the exterior of the building so if you work from home during the week, this may be a problem. The fitness center is pretty outdated as well, so an outside gym membership is most likely needed. I read other reviews at different buildings of having bad response time for maintenance and I have yet to have this issue here. I highly recommend this building and hope to talk my future roommate into moving into a unit here again when my lease is up.

Rent has increased and I don't feel any new value was put into the building and units. You can get a 1 bedroom in nicer buildings for a little more only. The front desk staff is very friendly and I do feel very safe. I honestly just hate the carpets and the layout of my unit.

The 1350 North Lake Shore Drive community is great. The staff is always willing to help with any technical issues or questions and I really appreciate the fact that the amenities are always top notch and in good conditions. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Overall experience is positive, but there are definitely more to be done to improve the satisfaction rate, including the fitness room and the laundry. The exterior work was very annoying and my room is always dusty as a result. We have to spend a lot of time clean it every day to maintain a decent living environment.

For the most part we love living here. The noise level is low, the staff is friendly for the most part. The people here are very nice and chatty. The construction going on is annoying. There's been construction since we moved in and they just announced more. Looking forward to no more construction.

I think this is a great place to live! Amazing views, spacious layouts, lots of storage, friendly door staff, safe residential neighborhood and community, steps from the lake shore, shopping, restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. I absolutely recommend this place!

Comfortable place to live with family, friends. Maintenace staffs are so friendly, they have never made me disappointed. Process was clear and prompt. Feedback sheet could check what they did for that day. Nothing happened when living in this property.

I just moved in a few weeks ago, but so far everything and everyone has been fantastic. You expect great service from the leasing office, but the door people and maintenance staff are also top notch. They are friendly and helpful. I'm new to the city, and they've helped me quickly feel at home.

Absolute worst renting experience that I have ever had. The management and some door staff in particular (not all of them) do NOT CARE at all about the residents, the dogs, anyone's safety, or the condition of the building. Some of the door staff will give complete strangers keys to your apartment without any authorization or call to you (so you can be easily robbed). The construction noise and spider webs in the scaffolding are unbearable. A dog was punctured by a scaffolding nail in the "open" dog park and had to be rushed to the emergency vet. One of the residents also had bed bugs in her apartment, was blamed (even though they were in the corner of the ceiling) and was kicked out for over a week at her own cost while they exterminated. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Oh, and it costs a fortune.

While the building is pet friendly and affordable for the area everyone on the staff except the door people seem to not care about the quality living conditions of the residents. Have had several leaks and problems and we were treated as if it was our fault for expecting a nicer living environment. Extremely disappointed in this community.

Amazing view and friendly staff make 1360 N Lake Shore an ideal Gold Coast residence- ideal location close to many shops and just a short commute to the downtown loop area! I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious style of living in the heart of Chicago

I love it so far! Forrest seems to be having a great time and the most important thing is the security and we are very happy with it! I look forward to exploring more the building has to offer. Would love to transition into a 1 bedroom in the near future.

This is an extremely friendly community. It is very conveniently located and the staff of this building is very efficient, and cooperative. The building has a very good view of Lake Michigan and it is a very safe locality. It would recommend this community to my friends.

I truly enjoy living at 1360 N Lake Shore Dr. I have a view of the lake which is absolutely breathtaking. It is a pleasure walking along the lake and because the scenery is so stunning, I always walk to the downtown area unless it is extremely cold. Coming home is a real joy not only because of the spectacular view and beautiful neighborhood, but because of the genuine warmth and friendliness of the parking and front desk staff. The residents are also very friendly and helpful.
