We've loved it from day one. It's very clean the door staff is friendly and tentative. The laundry room is always clean and work out room is also kept up well. The area is one of the safest in the city We've also enjoyed the rooftop the summer. It's a beautiful view

I have had a mediocre experience with the community. I moved in from out of state so I did not get to see the space in person. I don't think it is the fault of the building but it is not what I expected compared to what I felt was presented. I do feel the staff is incredibly friendly, especially Traca, she is the best door attendant I have ever experienced and really makes the building come to life.

Great amenities and friendly door staff. The rooftop is the best in Chicago. The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful. I've loved living here and plan to renew for years to come. The leasing office is difficulrt to deal with though

The views and staff of the building are amazing. Everyone loves the rooftop and friends really enjoy coming over to our apartment to hang out and get together for drinks/food. The area is very clean and there are tons of restaurants and bars in the area that are very close.

Everything was GREAT except one aspect. The building says it's dog friendly when in fact it's more dog meh. Services for dogs aren't maintained regularly and every few months an email gets sent striping dog owners of simple amenities or rights .

This two bedroom two bath rental apartment in located in one of the best spots in Chicago. It has a fantastic scenic view from the large windows overlooking Lake Michigan, two beaches and the weekly fireworks at Navy Pier. The winter view is even better with the dancing movement of ice formations on the lake. A bus line is at the corner that takes residents downtown in just a few minutes. The 65 year old contemporary styled building is well taken care of and has many amenities including regular improvements to the property, a beautiful sunroof with bbq facilities, exercise room, dog play area, excellent response to any maintenance needed in our apartment, and a friendly staff. The diverse residents in these two buildings enjoy coming together as a community for management sponsored gatherings throughout the year.

It has been an overall pleasant experience living in the community. The door staff are very friendly and the common areas are traditionally very clean. The biggest concern is the community laundry, it is not uncommon to have over half the machines not working at a time.

Solid community, good apartments and great location near the Lake Shore. Pets in this community have become too numerous and you will need to be comfortable with pets to live here. The dry cleaner in the building is also of good quality. Door people are also good with a few exceptions. All in all, this is a solid place to live.

From the amenities to the staff, the 1360 building has been good to me. The guys on the door are the best I've seen and the guys in the office & maintenance can't do enough to help. The building is a little older but the roof deck is incredible as well as the views from most apartments. I love living here.

The unit is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues or questions that I've had. The view from my unit is unbeatable to anything I looked at - and the price is very reasonable! It is a joy to live in such a nice community.

The location is amazing and the apartments are very spacious. Though there are some issues with the noise level of the exterior being redone (not quite sure what they are doing with it). Also there are many friendly neighbors but there are quite a few twentysomethings that party a little too hard and leave parts of their party in common areas.

Being a 20 something year old woman, safety is a huge priority when searching for an apt, and I really feel safe here. The amenities are great, staff is really nice and helpful, the commissary has just about anything you can think of! The location couldn't be more perfect, the 151 bus stops right in front of our building.

Great views from the roof deck. Perfect location if you work in River North, but want to be close to the lake/beach. The staff is very friendly and responsive to service requests. Dog-friendly building with a cute little park, which creates a nice community vibe.

Traca and Lyndell at the front desk are absolutely fabulous. They have great personalities and attitudes. They are very pleasant to interact with. The maintenance staff is also great. I would recommend living at this community to all friends/family!

It's been okay so far. Very nice building, most of the staff is very competent and accommodating. Great location in the city. Rent is affordable. The store in the lobby is extremely overpriced, but it's convenient to have it there. I would recommend the building based on what I've seen so far. My only complaint is that all of the appliances were not in working condition when we moved in. It would have been nice if maintenance checked them before we arrived.

Considering all facets of community and apartment living, I would recommend this complex, as my reservations are comparatively minor. Location and convenience are great, people are friendly and security is very good. Fine, safe and very walkable neighborhood.

The building and door staff is very nice. The location is fantastic and most units have a beautiful view of the lake. The units have lots of natural light and although the building is somewhat old the windows and appliances are nice. The carpet and walls were very clean and new looking. The walls are cement though so hanging art is a little more of a process.

I truly love the front door staff and the location of this building. The community is friendly and homey along with being super close to downtown and bars. I am really happy in this location. The rooftop is amazing and is always a favorite for my guests to visit.

Excellent staff and well-maintained apartment community. The location and amenities are great, especially the rooftop overlooking the lake and beachfront. The commissary, dry-cleaning and business center facilities are also very convenient. The community has been a very good experience.
