I like living near the beach and easy access to transportation. Can walk to Michigan avenue and many fine sresturants. For most part, it has been a great experience living here. Staff is very friendly, repairs made in time. Most of the common areas need to be updated. The negative is the work on the fa?ade of the building. I know it needs to be done but it is very noisy and dirty

The apartment is wonderful, its very clean and well maintained. The staff both at the leasing office and the door staff are very friendly and helpful. The location and view of the lake from the apartment is very pretty. The neighborhood is also very safe.

Very attentive and professional management. Common areas are always very clean and well kept. They also provide really great resident events. I feel like they really care about the residents who live here. I plan to live here for a long time.

Great door staff but terrible upkeep with apartments. Have had issues with mold and construction. Rent is way too expensive for the quality of apartment that we are getting. Wishing that I had picked a different building to live in, especially with inunit washer/dryer.

You can't beat the location or the view from the roof but that's about were the positive points of this building end. Most of the apartments are outdated and the construction is never ending. You can definitely get more bang for your buck elsewhere in Chicago.

I love this building. It's a relatively affordable spot in the middle of CHI's most gorgeous neighborhood, with excellent lake views (from every unit), spacious, and with a good amount of amenities (coming from NYC I really value an on-site grocery - especially in the winter - heated parking garage, gym, good dry cleaners, etc.). Maintenance issues are fixed within a day of reporting them, plus the maintenance guys are friendly & helpful. The doorstaff always makes you feel welcome, and the lobby is clean and elegant with a nice midcentury feel (the buildings are from the early '50s). The roof deck is THE BEST spot in spring/summer. The only beef I have is with the often slow elevators (due to the fact that there's a ton of people in the building, and they're not exactly new), and carpet - though it's professionally cleaned with every lease renewal. I've recommended it to friends who are now tenants.

This is the best rental I have lived in. The staff is courteous and helpful. Maintence is excellent and quick. The overall community is easy going and friendly. The convenient store located inside the building has a lot of products and great hours.

So far, I have had a great experience living at 1350, as I have lived here previously. There were some major maintenance issues upon first moving in, but they have since been resolved. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to a friend.

This apartment is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and always acommodating. We have lived in the building for three years and the management staff continues to make improvements. The location is fantastic and the views are great throughout the building.

Very happy to live here, love the location, proximity to shopping, beach. Very safe and clean neighborhood. Like the door staff and garage attendants, they are very nice and helpful at all times. Enjoy having the store for the convenience.

I like my apartment because there is lots of light and it is convenient to the center of the city. It has been quite - at least so far. The kitchen is not large, but it is certainly sufficient for my needs. I may request some attention be given to one of the windows in my bedroom at some point.

The apartments are clean and spacious. The building is located close to shopping and my work. There are events that promote a sense of community. There is a fitness center available and laundry in the building. The store on the ground floor is convenient when in a hurry. You can hear Lakeshore Drive traffic but it's not terrible.

Everyone who works here and that I've interacted with is very helpful, reliable, accommodating, and nice. I really love living here. The only thing I dislike is the dripping sink in my kitchen. One other comment I have is that the elevators are too sensitive to people being close to the doors. The warning buzzer will go off even if there is nothing close to the doors.

This is a great location, but the building is older and needs a bit of repair. They are working to make updates, but still leave some things to be desired. The apartments are very spacious however and the residents of the building are very friendly.

We love this location- the building is well maintained and clean. Residents are respectful and common areas are kept in great condition. The doorstaff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure resident satisfaction. It's impossible to beat the location and beautiful view!

Always a great experience. If regarding particularly to maintenance staff, I see them rarely because I haven't had much problems here. Routine maintenance is well-managed. Minor problems arise, but not often, and are dealt with in a timely manner.

This is an awesome building with great amenities - amazing rooftop & views, grocery store with deli in the lobby, reasonable rent prices, 24-hour doorman, nice laundry room, very quiet due to concrete walls. However, they are doing a LOT of exterior work and there is drilling 830-530 every weekday for the next 24-36 MONTHS. As a person who works from home frequently, it's pretty unbearable. It really is a bummer that this necessary project is ongoing, as I have lived in the building for 3 years and have had very few issues overall.

I have enjoyed my stay at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive apartments. My view is terrific, the neighborhood is safe, the front door staff as so pleasant and the maintenance is promt and attentive to all the repairs. I find these all very important qualities to an apartment. I highly recommend living here.

Amazing experience. Great staff and service. Love the perks and amenities. I originally wanted to own a home but decided to rent instead of buying. I made a great decision. I have everything I need here just as a house but none of the responsibilities

The 1350/1360 community provides a safe and convenient residence. There is a grocery store in the building that sells many items. There is also a cleaners within the building. Transportation to shopping on the Mag Mile is exceptionally convenient via public transportation. Safety has never been an issue within the building and the surrounding area is relatively safe contrary to reports of crime in Chicago.

It is good. In a good location, I like it. It is much more safe than the place I live before. And I can go to downtown very vastly and convenient, either work or shopping. The staffs work here are nice, friendly, helpfully. But, if the building can make the noise a little down, it will be much better.

We have enjoyed living here very much. The staff is GREAT and views are amazing. This year unfortunately has been very challenging due to the noise and loudness of construction. Very intrusive. I understand it has to be done but a big bummer.

I absolutely love the location of this apartment. It has gorgeous views of Lake Michigan with easy access to the lakefront and the shops on Michigan Avenue, but is also near public transportation options
