This building has several valuable amenities including an indoor grocery, beautiful lake-side roof deck, and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly and prompt. I've never lived anywhere where the service requests were taken care of this quickly! The building itself is a bit dated and I hope they work to make it more appealing to the eye! The community spaces (laundry room and gym room) need to be updated as does the front lobby. It is somewhat pricey to live in the 1350/1360 buildings, but the apartments are in good condition. The 151 stops right outside of the building, making it easy to commute to and from downtown.

Great area to live in! The apartments could be better kept up and laundry facilities are not great, but over all, it's not bad. The roof deck is great and the surrounding area is usually in good shape. I really appreciate the complimentary coffee and doggie bags.

Location is fine, althought, i am several blocks away from grocery stores, the neighborhood is very quiet and pretty. Also, is very safe, and very fun on summer because is right along the lake. People are very friendly, lots of pets too. The comunity is a mix of young and older people.

We've lived in a few big cities before, but have been very happy with our choice to move into the Gold Coast, specifically the buildings at 130/1360. It has a balance of authenticity and sophistication--and lacks the pretentiousness that the neighborhood is typically known for.

1350 is a lovely place to live. It is steps away from the lake, shopping, restaurants, etc. The convenient store and the roof top are just two of the wonderful amenities. I highly recommend this building!

Wonderful location. Building staff and management staff have been great. Apartment in great condition when I first moved in (very clean and well taken care of). Only issues have been with equipment in laundry room, but sounds like they are working to get that resolved. Definitely plan on renewing (if rent doesn't hike too much).

1350/60 Lakeshore is a good not great place to live. You are getting an average apartment in an awesome neighborhood. If having a lake view and being in the Gold Coast are your top priorities 1350/60 Lakeshore is likely one of your only accessible options.

Location, views and staff are great. Sundeck is amazing but the rest is average and not worth the inflated rent and high parking. Great for dogs but beware large dogs live here even though they say it is not allowed. If only they took as much pride with the common areas as the landscaping, it would be a great place all around

I was looking for a place urgently and the staff in 1350 N Lake shore dirve leasing center was really helpful. They understood my situation and helped to get all things done as quichly as they could. I moved in as planned and loved the neighbourhood.

Is there a better location? Right in-between Oak Street and North Ave. beaches. Absolutely stunning views of the lake impress even the most jaded of visitors - and believe me, I know plenty of those. The condition of the building itself does not portray the 60 years it has stood on this site. No, it may not have swimming pools or wine tasting rooms. But, I'm not paying rent for which I would expect those sort of things. This building represents an excellent value on the Gold Coast.

This community is fantastic! Though I'm far from my home in Michigan, the people - residents, workers, management - has made me feel at home. Also, I feel safe and sound. What more could I possibly ask for! Of all places I have lived, this is the best.

Love everything about this apartment. The door people are friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the residents are friendly. There is nothing better than spending the summer days/nights on the rooftop deck. We use the grills often and love to entertain on the couches and furniture on the 22nd floor roof.

This is a nice, well-run building, and the very best part of living here is the dog residents!XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatjjjjjjjjjjrxxxxxxyjytri6rx67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i67i7i4444444444444444i766666666666666666666666666666666665i766666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666fggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghrddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryryry

You can't beat the neighborhood for safety and the view of the lake is amazing but the overall look of the building and upkeep of the interior is below average. The laundry facilities are still poor even after a recent "upgrade" and the rules for owning a pet are not enforced. Most of the door staff and maintenance people are great, but the few bad apples tends to weight down the rest. We've never had pest control problems here, but the building still feels dirty and looks dingy.

This is a great starter apartment for couples who are have had a raise or two in their careers. The apartments are small-ish but are of relative quality. The apartments that have been renovated are nicer than the older apartments. Upgrades have been made recently to the gym, lobby and laundry. It'd be great if they proactively offered upgrades to units themselves. The front door staff and maintenance teams are incredible.

Warm, inviting, accommodating and friendly. The process of looking for a new place to live can be daunting; the fact that the building is clean and well-maintained but even more so that the staff of the building is so nice, makes all the difference.

This very dog-friendly apartment complex is located in a great neighborhood and has a great rooftop/exterior appearance. The laundry room oftentimes has broken washers/dryers which can make it challenging to complete the task of laundry sometimes.

This building is a great place to live, except for a few problems. Location is excellent. Management is responsive and friendly, as is the door staff. Maintenance workers are wonderful. Biggest problem is the barking dogs. We're asked to notify the door staff about barking dogs, but when the door staff comes up to verify, the dogs often stop barking because they sense someone in the hall. Another problem is the doors to some of the apartments which slam very hard and loudly, and closet and inside doors which are loud when closed. Some of the tenants are young and impolite and thoughtless, especially late at night when alcohol is involved. As far as tenant social events are concerned, there are too many of them for me and I'd rather see the money going to lower the rent.

It is a nice place to live in but never take an apartment on the 20th floor, the amount of noise affecting this floor is too much. Neighborhood is nice, maintenance team is efficient, the level of cleanliness is good and the view is really beautiful.

It's great but some of the facilities are poorly maintained (laundry, storage, gym, and dog park could use a little love). It could be 5 star otherwise. Door staff is amazing. The quality of the apartments are mediocre but are affordable for the area. Gym could be updated. The dog park is nice but could be shown a little more attention to.

I enjoy living at 1360 N Lake Shore Drive. It feels like home, the door staff is welcoming, and the maintenance staff are very good at what they would do. It is also conveniently located. I would highly recommend this building to any of my friends or family.

It has gotten progressively worse, dirtier and management cares less and less each day. Constant noises, changes to rules, dirty grounds. If you want to do laundry, you have to go during off hours, such as really late at night or during the middle of a work day. There are constantly noises from all around, whether it is drilling or other machinery. The gym is small and when there are 3 people there or more it feels really closed (this is often),

Living here is fantastic! They have a very responsive and effective maintenance team and you can't beat the location. Very friendly door staff and having the Commissary on site is a huge plus. Glad to see they have a plan in place for the laundry rooms and I can't wait to see how it will get decked out!

1350 N. Lake Shore has been a great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Within hours of putting in a maintenance request, someone was at our apartment to fix it. I would highly recommend the building to my friends that are looking to move to the Gold Coast.
