1350/1360 is a great place to live. You can't beat the location! The door staff are always friendly, the building is always clean, and maintenance is prompt and happy to help. There are lots of resident events to build community and give residents something to do. The roof is a great place to impress family and friends with stunning views of the lake and the skyline.

Great location in swank neighborhood. View of the lake from almost every apartment. 24 hour front desk. Good transportation options. Close to Michigan Avenue, Old Town and Rush Street. Numerous grocery options.

It is a fun, welcoming community. The buildings are very well maintained and the door staff is helpful and friendly. Having the convenient store in the lobby is great - especially on those cold Chicago days.

It's an amazing building and apartment with a great view. I love being right next to the lake and the lake front trail. My wife and I take walks to Lincoln Park Zoo and lounge on the roof. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the Red Line. I would highly recommend living here.

The 1350 North Lake Shore Drive apartment community is exceptional. The building is close to every conceivable accommodation on the Gold Coast. The building itself is one of the nicer buildings within the Division Street to North Avenue Corridor!

Move in was extremely easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to answer any questions and do whatever they could to turn a very stressful situation into an easy one. When you leave the building, you immediately feel safe and the neighborhood surrounding it is beautiful and almost out of a movie.

So far, my experience has been very positive. The maintenance staff is wonderful and front desk personal are so helpful and kind. The apartment space and rooftop are big selling points! I cannot wait to enjoy all that the community has to offer.

Overall, a great place to live. The building is kept up well and maintenance requests for our apartment are generally completed within 24hrs. The staff are all friendly and approachable. Most residents are considerate of their neighbors.

The only thing I am not pleased with at this apartment building is that rooftop rules are not enforced (especially things like no smoking, saving chairs, large loud parties, etc.).This cab really ruin the use owns enjoyment off this amenity which is one of the main reasons I Louise to live here.

It has been a great place to live for the past year. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The maintenance staff has always completed requests in a timely manner. I would recommend having trash can put in near the front door which will eliminate any trash in the circle driveway.

Loving everything about the building and the neighborhood! The staff/management and maintenance teams are beyond helpful, the front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and the building itself is a lovely place to live! The rooftop puts it all over the edge -- this place cannot be beat!

Very nice building, all the services that are needed are here and they take care of their residents. The apartments are nice and most of them have lots of sunlight. A lot of storage space within the unit plus additional storage available to rent. The units are very well heated in winter, which I think is very important, especially in Chicago

Moving from GA, and alone, this is a nice, safe, dog friendly place...that is right off the Mag Mile. Doesn't get better than that. Not many accept dogs..Esp. over 30 pounds.Love it! Price matches the location, as expected. Bus/trains near

I have been here for two years. It is a great place to live. The doormen are very nice and responsible. The staff are very awesome. They almost solve the problems immediately. The neighborhood is quiet. This is the best place I could find in chicago.

My experience living here has been very good! Staff are really nice and helpful. The common places could use an update, hallways are not really nice. The community in general and the activities the management organised has been great!!...

So far I love the community. It's incredibly dog-friendly, and the views and proximity to the lake make my mornings. The rooftop deck has allowed us a way to relax and enjoy the summer without having to go out or spend a lot of money, and the building and staff have been consistently lovely.

Sadly the building has taken a backslide and problems (plumbing, electrical) are mounting faster than management can fix them. Management also makes unilateral decisions without notifying residents, like doing maintenance involving loud banging and sawing all day long without notifications.

We have enjoyed the years we have lived here. The location is great, the staff at the desk and in the office are super. The only downside is that seldom is all in shape; rehab is always ongoing which is good long term, but not not so hot in the short. I can't remember how long the ropes, workers and noise have been outside our bedroom window. The decks have been redone, the elevators upgraded, and the facade is still in progress. Work on the lobbies has begun. If you are in for a longer term this might be just the place for you!

Great location, large apartments and amazing door staff. Drawbacks are lack of high quality apartment features (eg. updated kitchens, washer/dryers in unit/balconies) and the management staff - they don't understand what tenants really value, and spend time and money on events that aren't necessary.

Started as a nice place, then they turned it into a kennel and brought in a million dogs. Walls continually crumble. AC duct gets plugged every year, flooding apartment. Management rude/unhelpful on several issues. Evening door staff extremely lazy.

It feels like a neighborhood, a community. It's much more than an apartment building. The on site store, distance from public transportation, valet parking garage, and rooftop deck make living here exceptionally convenient. The friendly door staff make it feel like home.

Maintenance staff does sloppy work, if at all. Door staff can be judgmental. The main reason that I live here is the convenience of access to other areas of the city. If you're not concerned with a sense of community, this would be an ok place to live.
