Great location, good value, interesting mix of young tenants (sometimes feels like a dorm again) and older tenants (who seem to have been here for the long haul). Some door staff can be rude and unwelcoming, but others are very caring and friendly. Apartment is safe and clean but some details inside units are cheap and poor quality.

    I LOVE this apartment community! It is located right by the lake close to various events, local beaches and a great walking/running/biking trail. All of the employees are very courteous and professional; and maintenance is very quick to address any issues you report. There are times when I can hear the person above me or people in the hallway, but it's an apartment community so it's not unusual and it's much quieter than some apartment communities I've lived in. Definitely recommend living here!

      Overall it has been fine. The construction plans were not communicated when we originally moved in which wasn't ideal. Also I was a little surprised at the steep fees to move units- we are interested in a larger kitchen unit (and okay with a price increase) but we were told it would be $750 to move into a more open unit unless one opened up when our lease is schedule to renew- and then it would be a $250 fee. We would rather move into a space that better meets our needs than pay such a high fee.

        Living at 1350 N. Lake Shore Drive is absolutely fantastic. As a resident for over three years, I can personally attest to the quality of the building and its location (not to mention its incredible lake views). The door staff are friendly, as well. If I ever have a question for the building's management, I have a go-to contact who always responds timely and with a positive attitude. If you like a great location (literally right next to the lake, 5 minute walk from Oak/Rush street, with an indoor commissary/grocery store that has all the essentials), quality rooms, and a happy environment, 1350 is the place for you.

          When we began our tour of the building the employee giving the tour was very personable and polite. When we got on the elevators both my roommate and I were very pleased with how smooth and quick they were. When we saw the apartment we were basically sold, the view was incredible and there is so much space! I'm very satisfied with our decision.

            Love the building, really feels like home. Love the layout of my apartment and my view. The door people are always friendly. The elevators are fast. The laundry room is clean and I have had few issues with it. The rooftop is spectacular to grill out with a view.

              Living here has been a pleasure. I have a dog, so finding a dog-friendly building in a good location with nice amenities and a door person was great. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, it gets fixed quickly at no charge. The doormen and women are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is right next to a 151 bus stop which is also very convenient.

                You will not find a better rental building in the gold coast. The staff is friendly, the building is clean, and the views from the rooms are excellent. The building is also located close to public transit, which makes commuting downtown a breeze.

                  I have mostly enjoyed my time here. Sometimes there are some noise concerns, but not much can be done about that living in a dog building. So overall I am very pleased with living here. The staff is awesome and helpful, and I really enjoy the building amenities.

                    Very good. I moved into a studio apartment in 2013 and moved into a one bedroom a few months ago. I enjoy the community feel, store in the lobby and events. Everyone is very nice and the building is in a good location with easy access to the beach, downtown and other attractions.

                      I've definitely enjoyed living in our building. The staff is wonderful, there are dogs everywhere (in a good way), the location is perfect and the apartment is spacious enough for us. We wanted a place with a washer/dryer in unit, but have found the laundry room to be a nice alternative since we can finish 3-4 loads at a time and be done! Shout out to Lindell, Omesha and the rest of the front desk staff who make me smile almost every day!

                        Most years have been great until recently it has become a dorm/frat house. Laundry room is horrible. Manners 101 could be used by many of the new residents ( some exceptions) Dogs should not be used as a crutch they need to be in loving and capable homes.

                            I like the building and the apartment, as well as services delivered. When I took the first viewing the apartment here, the view and cleaness of the room impressed me. What's also important is the rate is good. Parking garage is easy to access. laundry room is clean and in order. They also have an in-door grocery and laundry store, which is convenient.

                              Stay away from this building. The management switched over a few years ago and since then living there was a nightmare. Construction projects often made my apartment uninhabitable, and the building's communication about it was dismissive to the point of being nasty. They even raised rents while the work was going on, which gives some idea of their business practices.

                                  THE VIEWS AND ROOF TERRACE ARE AMAZING. I WISH THE GROUNDS WERE BETTER AND IT'S NOT EXACTLY CHEAP, BUT IT'S IN A GREAT LOCATION, SO THERE ALL COMPARABLY PRICED UNITS ALL AROUND. IT WOULD BENEFIT FROM BETTER CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS AND LANDSCAPING

                                    Everyone I have encountered in the last two years at this residence has be friendly. Between the front door staff, valet's in the garage, and neighbors in the dog park. The multiple building events and food truck dinner options have also been an enjoyable addition to the atmosphere.

                                      The apartments are a good value, the door staff at 1360 were excellent so I wanted to return, great safety and location. Only complaint is the smell of cat dander in new apartment is almost overwhelming. I hope to get it removed and then will enjoy place.

                                          Overall good experience - property is kept clean, and staff is friendly. The roof in each of the buildings has been closed for part of the summer (with little notice), which was very disappointing and there were no financial concessions made to the residents (just told we could go to the roof in the other building). This is a top amenity of the building, and a primary reason why I chose to live there. To have it closed for a portion of the summer was very upsetting.

                                            I did a lot of searching before I found this place and I love it. It's quiet, the location is wonderful, and you can't beat the rooftop. The management company frequently has some sort of special treat either first thing in the morning or when you get home, there is free coffee weekday mornings, and they coordinate food trucks from time to time. Door staff is wonderful. And I love that the laundry room is on the 21st floor with a fantastic view vs being in a dingy basement.

                                              Poor water quality, ongoing plumbing issues, the paint all over is cracking and chipped after 1yr. When the AC is running, mildew grows on the walls, the front desk lets anyone up without signing them in, and provides keys without checking ID.

                                                So far have few complaints after the first couple weeks. My only gripe would be they need better enforcement/regulation of people picking up after their dogs. I have already noticed that I have to be on the lookout for dog poop while walking in the surrounding sidewalks. Otherwise for staff is great, the office staff is responsive to emails/questions, and the views are awesome as well.

                                                  This building is a great place to live. This staff and tenants are all so friendly! Every time I walk into the elevator each neighbor says hello to one another. It is not often you are shown such respect. You really feel safe in this area, and the location is awesome!
