The location of this building is perfect. We have access to popular restaurants and stores as well as the lake. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. This is the perfect building for residents with or without pets.

Not terrible, but sometimes not worth the rent price. It's nice that the building allows dogs, but the building will admit aggressive dogs as well which is a concern if you have a small dog. You have to be sure about the size of apartment you want before signing the lease because rates to move apartments, even after your lease has ended, is exorbitant.

Excellent well maintained building, close to public transportation. Great staff on site, with a commissary and dry cleaning also on site which is most convenient. Would highly recommend this building.

Having relocated 6 months ago, from across the world, all the staff, including our leasing assistant, who conducted our first tour of the apartment complex, the supportive application process, to moving in or any maintenance issues which may have arisen, or the daily contact with the concierge at the front desk, have all been totally positive. Also the social activities calendar on offer, which is regularly communicated to residents, has provided us with the opportunity to make new friends of all ages & partake in a variety of social activities. This community definitely feels like home!

Management kicked out the store who did not want a month to month lease. The same month to month lease clause is included in all rental contracts now. Plans to renovate trump any contract you sign. It's a one sided arrangement. Once you're in there is no feeling of security about what tomorrow could bring.

Good overall, but you could get more for your money if you went a little north or west into a different neighborhood. Also, there seems to be a bug problem, and not having a garbage disposable in the kitchen sink is really annoying- sink clogs and fills with water often.

After a long day of apartment hunting, and seeing countless options that didn't fit my needs- I was greeted by the friendly leasing staff at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive and knew the building would be a good fit. The application and move in processes were easy. After week 1 as a resident, I can happily say that I made the right choice in selecting this building.

Nice initially but lately the building has gone down. Rent has increased but services and amenities have decreased. No value. I'd leave tomorrow if I found a place. Utilities are high, being charged for every little thing.

So for my experience in this building has been very friendly and kind. Everyone in the building has just been very nice and everything is Italy located more like the gym and the laundry room. The building itself is also very clean and neat, which I like.

Warm-welcominng community with fully-equipped amenities, such as business center and fitness room, as well as pet-friendly vibe. Definitely recommend to those who want to reside nearby the Michigan Lake, which elevates the quality of your life to the next level!

It's quiet enough and close to fun streets. The maintenance staff responds to repairs very quickly. They're always courteous and helpful and leave a detailed worksheet of the work they perform on a unit.

Rude management staff, appliances are always breaking or having issues, bathtub liner is pealing, walls are paper thin, apartments are gross when you move in, mail constantly gets lost, they make you pay for a dumb delivery service that always loses your packages, like the list goes on and on for why this place sucks

The staff is amazing. They are always so friendly. The units are spacious considering the average size in the city. The overall cost is more expensive as all utilities are covered by the individuals renting which is frustrating.

No problems. Quiet. Staff is very good. Not a party building. The upkeep and overall appearance are good. Close to lake and Lincoln Park as well as to CTA and restaurants. Also close to Jewel, Walgreens and CVS.

Love 1350 and all the community staff members. Building maintenance news is always communicated early and thoroughly, common areas are well maintained, and you can't beat the convenience of a grocery store in the lobby. Would recommend to anyone!

Overall a good experience. I suggest D&K have the big shredder truck available once or twice a year. I thought this was valuable activity years ago. Also could D& K find a company that would pick up old computer and electronic equipment and they could recycle it.

The community and service in this building are unmatched. From the door staff to the maintenance crew, smiles and willingness to help are met whenever you see them. Any questions I have as a new resident are easily answered by the leasing staff and I could not be happier at any other residence.

Management was slow and rude when locking in a price. The building hallways and gyms are run down. False advertising online. The bus is close, best part. Requires Fetch, which is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When moving in, even though you reserve the freight elevator online, you still have to let the front desk know as well or else other people can still use it. Also, for the doggies that can only poop off lease, the dog park is not open 24/7.

Overall is ok. I like my neighbors and the view of my apartment. But the room is not soundproof enough to hear outside, especially the building is near the highway. Also the rent increased $700 in a year which is ridiculous.

Great door staff, always feel safe. Super great location, apartment well kept. Amenities can be upgraded as they are a bit outdated. Amazing rooftop views, prompt services for maintenance. Love having a convenience store in house too!
