So great for the location near Lake Michigan and many shopping areas in the Gold Coast neighborhood. The building is very close to both the North Ave Beach and Oak Street beach, as well as the Oldtown restaurant and bars

It's lovely, utilities are an unexpectedly high cost Parking garage is expensive but excellent service Staff make it pleasant and safe Maybe clean the halls more often with the leaves and increase heat A few residents are rowdy but front desk is very helpful

Amazing location, access to the lake, beaches, transit, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. Only downside is suffering from typical large property management company problems like large rent increases and decisions that don't feel popular with what the tenants actually want.

I moved here in 2022 with the hopes of finding a new home that was close to work for my new job. That goal was successful and I also got a view of the lake on top of that. It's close to everything. Unfortunately the end of this year the Commissary closed and it's been a very sad and hard transition because I used it at least once a day and now we have nothing. It has been a hard transition but other than that I've been happy for the most part here at 1350.

Great location and great views. The market on the 2nd floor was a staple of the community here. Unfortunately it is no longer open. The rooftop has fantastic views and a great amenity to enjoy during the warm months.

Over the past year, my experience within this community has been nothing short of remarkable. The communal maintenance, amenities, and social activities have collectively enhanced my quality of life in numerous ways. The meticulous upkeep of the premises, the availability of top-notch amenities, and the vibrant social activities have all contributed to a truly enriching living experience. However, amidst these glowing attributes, one persistent challenge has been the inability of my apartment's heating system to provide sufficient warmth during the winter months. The community's dedication to maintenance and amenities is commendable, but my unit's heater has proven inadequate in battling the winter's chill. Despite this singular drawback, the positives of life within this community remain undeniable. The well-maintained surroundings and the plethora of available amenities have made everyday living a pleasure. Engaging in social activities and fostering connections with fellow residents has added a sense of belonging and camaraderie that is truly invaluable. As I reflect on the past year, I remain hopeful that the community's management will address the heating issue, ensuring that all aspects of life here align with the exceptional standards they have set in other areas. With the promise of a warmer, cozier winter in the future, my enthusiasm for this community remains undiminished.

I love the apartment and community, however, very disappointed the the evictions with commissary and will be looking for another apartment unless this gets resolved ASAP. The apartment is not as valuable without it and the convenience is gone.

The staff at this community is really what makes the building special. They are familiar with everyone that lives there and make an effort to get to know you. I always feel safe and welcomed every time I come home. The apartments themselves are nice and the amenities within the building are helpful.

Pricey but a nice place to live. I have not had any major issues since moving in 4 months ago, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. Typically, there are always a couple broken washers/dryers but have never had an issue finding an open machine.

I have looked how friendly everyone is. There is always support/help around if needed. The views and location add a charm to the apartment complex. I have had no complaints while living here for a year and a half!

Leasing office was so friendly and helpful throughout the process. The amount of space I have in my one bedroom for the price I'm paying can't really be beat, and I've very much enjoyed my time here since I moved in!

I have enjoyed living here so far. My unit is quiet, clean, and spacious. When looking for an apartment, I really valued location, safety, and space, which my apartment has all of. The only true negative is that there isn't an in-unit washing machine

This building is really great! The staff are super responsive and the amenities and community are very nice. It is an older building and comes with some of that "charm" when it comes to some maintenance issues but those typically get fixed pretty quickly.

Overall, 1360 is a great place to live. The location is convenient, the door staff is friendly, and I feel safe living there. The building itself is a little dated, but maintenance staff is super responsive if there are any updates needed. As long as I continue to live in the Gold Coast area I will stay at this apartment building, and I would recommend it to a friend!

This apartment has been great! The location is great and the staff is amazing and welcoming! The downside for me has been that I can't control the A/C and heating all year round. I like my apartment around 68-70 but the building has it closer to 75 during the winter which makes it hard to sleep.

So far I have had nothing but a positive experience. The door and maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful - they even helped my family move a couch in. For the price we pay there is tremendous value - a great neighborhood, friendly people, and everything you could need!

This apartment complex has exceeded our expectations. The units are recently renovated, very high quality, and very comfortable. There are frequent community events. The staff are all exceptional. It is very safe. And the amenities are awesome. Would recommend this building to anyone.

This apartment building is a great location (close to the lake, Lincoln park, etc.) and is super pet friendly. The apartments are good sizes but have no in-unit washer/dryer and the units are a little outdated

It's been good, but the units are a little outdated for the price. The location is great and I love living by the water, but the units are in definite need of a modern upgrade. The kitchen layout in my corner unit is also not ideal for cooking.
