This is a fabulous location with easy access to the Magnificent Mile and Lake Shore Drive. The actual community is quiet and peaceful; however, its location is both a positive and a negative with street noise from Lake Shore Drive being a deficit. However, the door staff and parking staff more than make up for the less than serene external environment. Both the door and parking staff are welcoming and helpful, making this place feel like a community.

Great location and community! The door staff is friendly and professional. The rooftop deck is amazing - you won't find a better view in the city. Large and airy living rooms and bedrooms. All around a great place to be!

great location directly across the street from lake michigan, amazing 24/7 door staff that will tend to your needs and always greet you/want to learn about you. community in general is very clean and maintenance requests are few and far between from my experience. staff is very attentive.

Been great to live here, just think that it should be cheaper. Overall it's been nice to have in unit laundry as well as a gym in the building. Closish walking distance to food and transit but there are a lot of options for rent that are closer.

Apartment is in an amazing location and offers great amenities. You have to pay a $25/month package fee, even if you don't have any packages. Door staff is so kind and always willing to help. Rooftop is amazing

This is the best building. The door staff is phenomenal, the maintenance is timely, everyone is friendly, and you get great space. Additionally, it is I. The perfect location - close to public transport and shopping! I feel very safe living here.

When I moved to this location, I was in a bit of a rush to find a unit. I honestly was very lucky with what I found here at 1350/1360 Lakeshore. Staff is very friendly in the building tries to conduct community events every month. It is also very very close to the lake, which is amazing in the summertime!

The location of the apartment is great and they are close to several bus lines and the red line. There are several events in the community you can join and the apartments' appearance is good. It is a good place to live!

The community that is within this complex has been fantastic but the package amenity is terrible and is required by every person to pay for. The utilities can cost you $200-$300 additionally to the rent cost.

I love my home, it's been a great first apartment for me in the city and the staff has helped it feel more safe and comfortable to live in. The parking garage being connected is incredible. The laundry is solid. Overall, a great experience here.

Amazing location. Having a grocery store on the first floor is a benefit I didn't know I needed and my friends love the convenience as well when visiting. Staff is friendly and courteous, the pets are well behaved. The building has had great communication. All 4 elevators have worked for the entirety of my lease and they are very fast

1360/1350 offer safe, clean and spacious apartments, as close to the lake as you can get! Great commuity events, two accessible gyms, friendly and responsive staff, and it is affordable. I would recommend renting here!
