Very clean building. Great appliances, large balconies. Amenities are top knotch? pool, gym, dog run. Maintenance team & door staff are kind and welcoming! I have had no issues with my apartment unit.

it was close to work, and at the time River North was considered very safe. in the last few years, that has changed. The area is not safe and i don't feel safe leaving the apartment after i return home from work. They should do something about the homeless people/panhandlers that are always present.

I love this neighborhood and love the location of this apartment. It is centrally located and is surrounded with great restaurants. It is so convenient to be located right above a jewel osco too. There are so many nights were I need to grab some quick groceries and it is perfect.

There needs to be some control in the pool party scene and the dog park , people do what they want with no consequences. I also do not feel safe in river north , the crime is terrible and I don't even leave the apartment after 7pm , I worry about this area and my safety

Grand Plaza is a great community as far as residents in the complex! A lot of social events which is great for meeting new people. Great restaurants in the area and close to the river. Also, great dog community!

Apartment itself is great, it was renovated before I leased it and is in excellent condition. The building, the elevators and the hallways are very dated and need to be renovated. Closeness to Jewel Osco, restaurants and transport is good, and closeness to Lincoln Park.

Grand Plaza is one of the first apartment complexes that I've felt has an actual community. They plan lots of events for residences to participate in like happy hours or gatherings with food. They also have some great amenities

It's nice but not the best location anymore since it's close to the redline and in the River North area that has seen an uptick in crime. The gym is really good. The pool area is warm. The closeness to grocery stores is great.

High quality apartment with great amenities that are used frequently by all the residents. This gives you a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and feel a sense of community. Having a jewel osco right next to the building and the red line also gives you the best possible access to what you need and where you need to go in the city.

Just moved in. Great leasing staff, Halli was very helpful when I had questions or needed anything. She helped my moving process run smoothly. Everyone is very welcoming to new residents. Great place to live!

Apartments and staff are wonderful, but feels like living in a fraternity due to the other residents. Most importantly for someone who works from home, the internet service is AWFUL. We were told by the internet provider that because we live in a corner unit the reception just "isn't that good" and there's nothing they can do. Huge bummer since the building made a big deal when we moved in about the faster internet. Love the apartment, love the folks who work in the building, but would NOT recommend the building itself especially if you WFH.

The community events held here are great, Happy Hours and DJs at the pool in the Summer, free food and resident gatherings, it provides great opportunities to meet your neighbors! Overall, have been extremely happy with living here!

Great community, Bill is an outstanding building manager. The building is great, however the neighborhood crime has gone up. Additionally, the security staff (check-in staff, and pool security) did no take me feel as they were there to support me, rather had to explain myself why I was entering the pool, or why I have visitors in my own residence.

The staff at Grand Plaza is very responsive. The door crew is pretty quiet and reserved, but they get the job done. The community is reserved to each other, so a wider variety of community events would be really appreciative.

The appearance of the apartments are great with wonderful views. If you have a dog, the dog park is an amazing amenity for River North. Great neighborhood central to shopping, restaurants and public transportation.

I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The amenities are par none in the area and the location is great for work and pleasure. The building staff are very respectful and accommodating. Living above the Jewel is also a major plus for convenience.

After seeing multiple places around the city, Grand Plaza offers the most spacious apartments at an even better value than the smaller ones. The amenities are near the best and the location is prime. strongly recommend

This apartment building is very conveniently located. It is in the heart of river north located near lots of restaurants and grocery stores and near the red line for easy, convenient transportation. The staff and amenities are great.

I loved my time and the experience of leasing s the building. The leasing office was amazing specifically hailey and she worked incredibly hard to get us the best deal. The ground and amenities are amazing. The only issue we have had is some safety event and the floor on the apartment is slanted.

I have lived in nice apartment complexes in cities all over the US. Grand Plaza is hands down the best complex I have ever lived in. My apartment, the staff, amenities, location, etc. It's all 10/10. I would recommend the Grand Plaza Apartments to anyone moving to Chicago.

I have really enjoyed living in this building. The apartments are beautiful and get so much natural light. I love all the community events and amenities. Also it being a dog friendly community was a major priority for me.

Overall I've had a great experience at Grand Plaza. There are plenty of amenities including a large gym, basketball court, pool, study room, etc. it's a great building for entertaining. We also enjoy the resident activities provided!

It is a very friendly and welcoming community. Staff and management are quick and responsive and the move in process was smooth. I've enjoyed the decor, package facility effectiveness, and the social events the building puts on. The amenities of the building are very well maintained and great to use.

Grand Plaza is extremely convenient for most of your needs: grocery store on the first floor, gym, pool and dog run on the 9th, surrounded by some of the top restaurants in bars that Chicago has to offer. The space that you receive in your apartment is some of the biggest in the city. They strive to provide a sense of community every day.
