Stay Away

I was set to move into this building but my treatment by the management staff was so poor I decided not to move in. Those that weren't downright rude and disinterested were disorganized.<br><br>I now live right down the street at a nicer building, and can the few steps to enjoy Jewel anytime I want. Besides, the whole foods down the block is much nicer.<br><br>Do yourself a favor and don't rent here- there are much better places for the same (or less) money.

it's nice but too expensive

I've lived here for about a year. The doormen are very nice. The people living here are so snotty!! I have yet to meet someone that is nice here. Even my neighbors don't even say hi! The rent is too expensive!! You can have a morgage for the amount you spend on grand plaza. When I first moved in they pro-rated 3 free months NOW my lease is up and they only want to pro-rate 1 month, bringing my lease up $250 more!!! Overall the building is clean, safe and very close to everything. not to mention having jewel in the building!!

The Grand is Not Grand At All

This property HAD great potential, however the management company is totally rude and unprofessional. You will get sucked into all of the amenties, but they were always breaking down. Business center is a joke, computers slow and functions only half the time, "winter Atrium" flooded everytime it rained, this place is a joke, and for all of the money I paid in rent, horrible managemnt staff! WARNING STAY AWAY!

Mostly good, however it´s too expensive!

I lived here for over a year, and there are some great points. The maintenance is fantastic! The doormen are friendly, and the West Tower is the one you want to live in. The East Tower has too much traffic and rif-raf coming through it! The management staff is rude, the computers are very slow and half of the time they don´t work, and the fitness center is too crowded. I would continue my lease, however it is too high in price. Our rent was raised $130 from one year to the next. I was able to find a 2 bedroom in a building next door that was brand new for the price of my one bedroom at Grand Plaza.

Rude Stuck up People

the managment was the only mgmt group I know that would show ones apt while u were still living there! we had moving boxes everywhere but they just wanted the potential buyers to see. <br> <br>overpriced and their amenties are not that great...compters in the lab were always slow and the free cable was nothing! <br> <br>they actually had a breakin in several apts (in the east tower).
