Good Building. Great Staff Lobby needs updating. Smoking restrictions need to be enforced. one problem that is not under the buildings control is that the Jewel next door (which is a positive) attracts a number of homeless individuals who can be difficult to deal with

We have enjoyed living in our current apartment for a year and a half, and in a different unit for two years before that. We love the amenities, especially the pool over the summer, as well as the large fitness center. We have had nothing but good experiences here.

Really liked the community, clean and safe. Staff and residents are good. Pet friendly. Convenient location and access to all daily needs near by. Excellent facilities like gym, steam, sauna, swimming pool, leisure and business center. And yes the coffee (free) is really good.

Great location and good layout. Also great amenities--particularly if you have dogs. The onsite laundry and fitness center are also great, as is the convenience of having a full-size JewelOsco downstairs. Depending on the apartment, the views can be phenomenal and have good size balconies as well.

The apartment complex is great. It has a dog park which my puppy and I really enjoy. They do a great job maintaining it with a super friendly staff. Everyone here is very accommodating and has made my move to Chicago great!

Very pet friendly, great appenities, can rarely hear neighbors it's super quiet. Love the location! Close to restaurants, bars, Michigan Ave and the loop. I live close to work so I can walk which is a huge perk.

This is great building to live in. I love the cleanliness, the amenities and the community atmosphere. The front desk and maintenance staff go above and beyond for their residents. Only downfall of living in this building is the mail system ? the mailroom staff is rude and make it extremely difficult to receive packages in a timely manner.

Great location but noise and smells are horrible. Delivery people are allowed into building (beyond lobby) which is not secure. Not sure that residents aren't subleasing or there isn't Airbnb business going on.

The neighborhood is phenomenal and the building amenities are nice. However, the rent price is so high that it's impossible to truly get the value back. There are a number of other buildings in the area that provide same amenities for less.

Staff is professional, always friendly and makes us feel very valued as residents. The building is meticulously maintained and if every something needs attention it is taken care of immediately. The building offers so many fun events for the residents on a consistent basis and this makes residents feel like the building appreciates us. Hands down the best building we have ever lived in.

This is a great place to live there is no doubt about it. The apartments are very nice. All of my neighbors are respectful and I have never ever had a problem with noise in this apartment. The community space is a really nice and I hope to use it soon when the virus is over. The management team has been very helpful with dealing with the Coronavirus to keep everyone safe.

Outstanding River North location close to CTA Red Line and endless entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. This is an active area, and street noise is frequent, but no one should be surprised by that given the primer location. The amenities and common facilities are top notch. I've often used the business center for printing.

The front door staff is awesome and friendly. They make us feel safe and are nice to interact with. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly as well. The building offers some Nice activities. Some amenities really need some updating such as the washer dryers and the dish washers. Also could update the flooring and painting maybe the cabinets to be more visually appealing.

The building is great, terrific amenities and very modern apartments with a primo location. The building has frequent community events and happy hours that helps with resident engagement. The building amenities: Pool, Roofdeck, Dog Park, Fitness Center including Basketball Court, Sauna and Steam are unmatched.

Best apartments, best location! The Grand Plaza is unique, in that it has TWO towers, with twice the amenity space that most single tower high-rises offer. The community areas are extensive, and so well maintained. The units themselves are oversized compared to what you can get in River North. It is also difficult to find a place with both a W/D in unit AND very loft balconies that you can even have your grill on. The fixtures are very modern and beautiful. The walls are thick.. I never hear my neighbors. Have I mentioned it is super pet friendly?? There are happy hours and community events fairly frequently, which are always fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. But more than anything, the location is so key. You are right over a redline stop, have access to multiple bus routes, you are over a grocery store, medical clinic, and CVS (coming soon), so if you work in the loop or in River North, you really don't need a car. Everything is so accessible from here! Also, you are over a parking garage and across the street from Enterprise car rental. Oh, have I mentioned you are two blocks from some of the best shopping in the city?! This is a move, I've never regretted.

Neighbors come and go every year. They slam doors and leave trash outside their doors or in the hallways. Residents inconsiderate of their neighbors. They smoke Pot all the time inside and it comes into my apartment. May apartment has never been updates.
