Management hosts many resident events, the staff is very nice, and the building has a great dog run which is especially convenient in the winter and late at night. Great location in the River North neighborhood with access to many restaurants and theatres.

Building is great overall - nice amenities, staff, and facilities. River north can be an extremely noisy and active neighborhood, so please factor that into any decision you make. That said, the access from the building is unmatched - multiple grocery stores steps away, a subway station right outside the building, bars / restaurants / cafes galore - whatever you need, it's around. Finally - the views are gorgeous.

I have enjoyed living in the apartment complex and appreciate the sense of community! I was referred to this apartment complex by a friend and it has lived to to my expectation. It is kept very clean and everyone is super friendly!

It is a very friendly building with amenities that are second to none. If you live in a high rise, it has debatably some of the best views in the city. There is unlimited nightlife surrounding the building, and any type of restaurant you could imagine. Could not have picked a better building to experience.

Elevators break a lot but everything else is great. Close by everything in the city and public transport is a breeze. Grocery stores are all around and you're a short distance to the lake and river. Overall very great apartment.

Didn't really have a frame of reference coming into the Grand Plaza, but my experience has been amazing. Really nice tenants. Solid, well kept amenities. Staff is friendly and very responsive. No complaints

The amenities are great. The unit is well organized with excellent use of space. The flooring is nice and the kitchen has a surprising amount of cabinet space for anyone who enjoys cooking. The bedroom walk-in closet is great too, as is the in-unit laundry. The building is supposed to be non-smoking and unfortunately my unit often smells like marijuana, so I will likely be looking to move a building that enforces it's non-smoking policy.

Grand Plaza is a great place to live, steps from the red line , right next to a Jewl Osco and countless of stores and restaurants. The staff and neighbors are great and the amenities including the pool , gym and half basketball court , are amazing !

Grand Plaza has a fantastic location both for walking/local restaurants and grocery stores, etc. and public transpo. The staff is super friendly and timely with things like maintenance requests and emails. The appliances are all brand new and super nice (plus gas burners!!). Overall living here has been a great time

Leasing staff is unhelpful when problems arise, wifi quite literally couldn't be worse but apparently they are finally changing it. Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter. Get ready to wait for elevators all day because they choose to not make necessary maintenance decisions.

It is a great building with awesome amenities and a friendly staff. I love my unit, it is spacious, modern and has really good in unit laundry. Balcony is large and overlooks the dog park amenity which i love.

Overall, pretty great. No complaints about the staff, the amenities are great, and the location is also amazing. The only thing that would make the experience better is better WI-FI. Also, the heating/ac in the winter is not great in terms of being able to control the temp in your apartment

Big fan of Grand Plaza. Location is great, and so are the in-apartment amenities. The door staff is friendly, the package room is reliable, and compared to other nearby high-rises, I really do think GP offers solid bang for your buck.

The Grand Plaza is an amazing apartment oasis in the heart of river north. I love that there are so many amenities to take advantage of. I work from home, so it's nice to use the quiet community space to get out of my apartment yet still feel safe.

Experience in the rental property has been great. The amenities and staff are excellent and worth the value of the rental. The neighborhood noise is the most annoying but it comes with living downtown. Highly recommend.

This building has great amenities and the rooms are much bigger than anything around the area. The staff is always really nice and helps you feel really safe in the building. It is in a prime area as well

There have been a few hiccups. And rent was raised. But overall this has been a pretty good experience and I would like the staff to take into account changes to be made. And cost adjustments also to be made to rent and a new portal for residents

it's good so far! i like the amenities and this is my favorite apartment i've ever lived in. the view is great and the staff is friendly and i feel safe and i feel like my packages are secure too. i like being close to the train and lots of bars and restaurants

I moved in to Grand Plaza last week. While the move in was smooth, we've made notes of some appliances and fixture issues that has still not been addressed. Still waiting on the maintenance staff to do so.

The community is made up of very nice people who are kind and considerate. The front desk staff ate friendly and helpful. We have lived in this building since 2008 and have had opportunities to move elsewhere but we have not. We enjoy the location relative to where my husband works, grocery stores, and other shopping.
