Parking garage is over priced and very dirty and some of the front door man are very rude A lot of homeless people live outside and in the stairways from the parking garage that connects to the building above.

The apartments are beautiful and larger than most, I also love the balconies . The staff is responsive. The negatives are that the apartments don't get cold enough in the winter and it can get pretty hot.

Great apartment, very clean and modern for a great price point. Amenities are great and well kept, staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds incredibly fast to issues (issued request at 9pm on a Saturday, they show up at 10pm). Fantastic location as well,

amazing place to live. people here are so welcoming, the front desk staff and the maintenance workers all know us personally and are incredibly helpful. the location is perfect - right off the red line and super close to lots of things to do in the city

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Grand Plaza. All of the staff has been friendly and welcoming. My favorite perks are the building amenities such as the gym, common areas, and pool/sundeck. I'd recommend Draper and Kramer as a managment company to anyone. They are the best I've encountered in the city.

Grand plaza has been a pleasant place to live for the last year. The apartments are nice, the maintenance staff is responsive, and the location and amenities are great. Biggest downsides is that the lobby and amenities are showing their age and need to either be renovated or updated. The surrounding area can also get pretty rough come nighttime

Overall I have loved living at the Grand Plaza. The building is in a convenient neighborhood, close to public transit, multiple grocery stores, and amazing restaurants and shopping. The amenities at the building are wonderful and taken care of by the building staff. The pool in the summer is amazing! The units themselves feel spacious and updated, and feel more like a home than many other high rise apartments in the area. Overall we've loved our time at the GP and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Grand Plaza is located right in River North. Many restaurants, bars, clubs just steps away. Very easy to navigate with transit next to the complex. Also, groceries within the same building is a game changer (especially in the winter). Amenities are amazing, 24/7 gym and mini basketball court is something you can't find anywhere else in the city.

Do not waste your time and money! I DO NOT recommend renting here!! Terrible and lazy management! It is like living in a slum! Nothing is kept up! Needs a total new makeover with first off hiring a NEW property manager and team that actually shows some appreciation to their residents and cleanliness of the property instead ONLY caring about their paycheck! Courtney is a joke! Also watch out for Miss Tara in leasing the biggest scam artist there is with all her misleading and lying! She needs to be out of there like a hot potatoe!

I really love this building. Friendly staff, neighbors are quiet and mindful. Love seeing dogs in the elevator and in the dog run! I plan on staying another year at least, as long as the rental increase isn't too bad.

We liked the looks and amenities of this apartment. But slowly come to find out the building staff doesn't communicate with anybody for anything. Maintenance can only do few tasks you need done anything else they tell you to hire a Task Rabbit.

The overall neighborhood is taking a big step backwards. More homeless near the building and more businesses are closing down around the premises yet the price continues to go up. I also feel the algorithmic rent pricing that is non negotiable is also most likely illegal.

The door grinds against the door frame but overall its great. Maintenance was super helpful, but I've only lived in the building for 3 weeks. There may be changes in the service but I hope it keeps this way for years.

The community at Grand Plaza is excellent. The changes to the social hours have been awesome and have helped me meet more neighbors. Amenities and Pool are top notch. I really enjoy living in the building, you really get the best value for the rent you pay compared to other neighborhoods in the city.

It is a great building to live in. Welcoming staff, great maintenance, wonderful amenities. Plus the community-wide recreation events and celebrations help build a sense of community in the building. I'm very happy I made the choice to move to Grand Plaza.
