I have lived here 5-6 years. The maintenance dept is great. Extremely pleasant always smiles and acknowledges your presence with a hello. The pool is refreshing I must say. Management works with your leases

My family is very grateful for such a wonderful and secured environment which our church (West Chicago Church family) took upon our arrival. As new immigrants, we very happy for being part of this community. Security wise, we have no problem, cuz there is community watch in place and most especially the very friendly, intelligent and tireless cops on the watch 24/7. This is a wonderful place to live in that the community is ideally located. Shopping and medical centers, as well schools are at an accessible locations. We are also very grateful for our good, friendly and accommodating management and staffs. They make sure that those necessary things (such as water, washers and dryers, very clean environment, timely maintenance etc) are always up to date. We have no problem recommending this wonderful home. Again, we are very grateful to God for our stay here.

The staff is helpful and responsive. The grounds are well maintained with a good amount of open space. Parking fills up at night, so I sometimes have to park at the building next to mine if there are no spaces. The floors are concrete, so noise isn't a problem at all. Maintenance is usually quick to respond, a day or two.

Since moving here Ive had problems after problems. There is always plumbing issue. I moved here in May 2019, within the first 3weeks my apartment flooded 4 times. Since the apartment had carpet, it developed a really nasty odor. Management dragged their feet on transferring me to a different apartment. Finally get moved to a different unit and the plumbing in the kitchen is an issue. The pipes keep breaking because its plastic and the pressure from the water is affecting them. Also in the winter, I didnt have heat for two days! The only reason I continue to live here is because I dont want to keep bouncing my kid from school to school! He really like Marquardt Middle School, and his happiness means the world to me!

I really like living here. Mostly everyone is quiet and respectful, the employees at the leasing office are very kind, and the quality of the maintenance team has improved since I first moved in. From what Ive heard, management has been very accommodating with those that lost their jobs due to the pandemic. I will probably sign a lease extension when my lease expires depending on price.

I would not recommend anyone moves into the old buildings. There is a huge issue with noise and squirrels. Maybe the new units are better but I would not recommend the old ones. I would highly recommend they fix up the old ones.

Friendly and helpful office staff and excellent maintenance crew! The neighbors keep reasonable noise levels. The laundry facilities are convenient. And the garbage dumpsters are readily available with plenty of space.

The area seems nice just annoyed & upset that I had to move into an existing bug problem. The apartment was clean when we moved in but the very next day we started too see bug smh ittts very unfortunate. Hopefully my families living here will get better.

Could use some cosmetic help for exterior of building (going on 3.5yrs now). Walls are super thin. Seems to go under new management regularly, nice area but honestly these apartments need a serious demolish and rebuild.

Love living here and raising my children and dog! The amenities and ease of access to parks makes it a fun place to call home, especially in the summertime! The school districts are great and nearby. Perfect for families!

Come live at Ellyn crossing, its a great apartment complex! The buildings are a bit small. But they are respectful! They provide good service. Leasing office does get back to you as soon as they can. They have an awesome pool and keeps it clean. But, I love it here. And hope you guys too!

Besides having multiple maintenance issues that are not being taken care of the management team is not concerned with any issues their residents are having. They don't take the time to fix the issues or address them at all. Will not be renewing our lease

ELLYN CROSSING IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I DONT REGREAT LIVING HERE. I WILL RECOMENDED THIS COMMUNITY TO MY FRIENDS. MAINTENANCE DO A NICE CLEAN UP THE PARKING LOT. I SEE THEM EVERY MORNING. AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB VACUUMING.

If you have a lower income this is a good option until you can get your feet under you. Maintenance is great the office staff are helpful. Certain things take a while to get attention but nothing pressing.

N/A Honestly nothing left to say. I'd recommend some one about apartment listings here if they don't have children or asthma. Other apartment buildings look more kept up with cleanliness, late nights with a young crowd surrounding the area while under the influence is disturbing.

Nothing positive just an all around horrible experience. No handicap parking and i suffer from severe RA/fibromyalgia. I sent in a request and was asked by Tony to send the email. I did and have not heard back.

Dirty people and cockroaches that new maintenance doesnt want to resolve unless they see them. They shouldnt come in during the day, no bugs found and leave that note on my service ticket. How about spray!!

Affordable, clean, well kept apartments. No problem with neighbors for the most part, (a little noisy sometimes and there is a small issue with pet waste and littering). The staff is great and resolves maintenance and other issues very quickly and professionally! Close to grocery stores, fast food, etc. and easy access to 355.
