The staff are always helpful. The improvements over the years have been noticeable. I love the pool in the summer. The ownership has replaced all the roofs, new parking lots and all new balconies. Close to all types of shopping.

Es todo diferente a lo que parece hacer

SÃ estÃ¡ muy tranquila el Ã¡rea Solo que no es lo que parece no tiene lavadoras estÃ¡ sucio el edificio las puertas de la entrada no sirven buenas y el mal estado te estÃ¡n cobrando por drenaje y no sÃ© cuÃ¡ntas cosas ojo con la letra chicas cuando firmen su contrato el agua caliente se termina cada rato cobran por parqueaderos

I would like to say that the on-site leasing team and management team are very professional and friendly. I was paired with Leasing Agent, Patty J, she was very welcoming, thorough and professional. She asked what I was looking for and my rent range. She provided information on the apartment community, policies, rent concessions offered at the time, and also showed me a video walkthrough of a couple of apartments to demonstrate layout and level of various renovation options. Afterward, Patty showed me the exact apartment available based on my move in date and requirements. Patty was also very helpful and thorough during the entire application process, as well as the lease signing once I was approved. So, I have had a great experience from the beginning and thus far.

Everything was great until the cockroaches. The issue hasn't been resolved and it's been 6 months. Every 2 days I wake up and see a cockroach in our bathroom, at this point I'm expecting it and that has been the most disappointing part. I'm afraid to sit in our couch at night bc my husband has had one crawl on his hand and seen them come in through the bottom of our door. We are super clean ppl and this has been really disappointing for us. We have lived in these apartments before and never had such disgusting problems. At this point I feel hopeless and want to get out of here asap. I've known someone who had a similar situation but the problem was resolved asap and I was hoping for the same resolution but it's been HALF A YEAR with this problem.

Very friendly leasing staff who accommodated my crazy schedule. It's in a good area near shopping and near the expressway so it's great for work. The apartment is pretty basic which is what I was looking for as it's my first one. Noise level is minimal to moderate but there is a train nearby. I don't notice it too much though. My stairs aren't indoors though but some areas of the community do have indoor stairs. I love the view from my balcony. It's a great place so far.

I just moved in. So far, I don't like the snow removal process. Handicap spots should not be covered in snow. My dishwasher is broken and moldy and smells disgusting. I should not have to complain about the same issues more than once.
