Ellyn Crossing is a safe, friendly and diverse community. I enjoy staying here. I like the pool area and the fitness center right next to my unit. There is different events that they have available for friends and family.

It's a great community, I like the environment. Close to almost everything, good foods around, commute, the E way is very close 365,290, not far from the city. It's in a perfect location. Great amenities as well

The Service requests are handled well. The Regional Director is very good. Not a place for seniors though. Lots of security cameras on the property. The grounds need better landscaping. Some parts look good and others do not.

It been ok as of lately it been downhill kids playing at all in the hallways at all times of day the police are there every weekend now and I keep finding drunk drivers in the park lot which concerns me but other then that it fine

It was an easy application process. Staff were friendly. We liked the apartment set up, so we applied and heard back the same. It is peaceful, nice maintenance team & location is close to a lot of areas.

So far it's okay. Some of the neighbors are a bit noise but it doesn't seem to be constant. My biggest complaint is the dog poop on the walk area. It's annoying. And I'm not liking having to pay for water, trash etc. I'm not used to paying for these additional utilities

Good place to live, awesome staff.

Love living here. Well maintained and quick to respond to any issues or questions when needed. Mostly hear to thank Ricky Young (Maintenance team). Had some regular upkeep requests like anyone would, and whenever he takes on my fixes, he consistently gets the job done quickly, correctly, and all while having a great attitude. A real asset to his team and to have working here. Thanks again!

Don't move here. The office staff is terrible and they will tell you anything to get you moved in. These apartments are not as advertised. I have a character minimum, so I will say again, Do not move here!

Horrible experience. I would never advise anyone to move into this apartment complex. Weed smell. Loud parties right outside of our unit and overflowing garbage. I want to move out of this lease asap!

The upkeep is very good, everything thing you need as far as grocery stores, restaurants is close by. Office is very helpful to your needs, maintenance crew is always around to help and any service related issues are taking care of in a timely matter

It was great living here 3 years ago, rent was low. Didn't have to spilt utilities between the buildings. Office staff hardly answers the phone when you call, they change their phone numbers frequently. Only one mainatence staff is great which is Ricky! Everyone else doesn't know what they are doing. I been having a mold problem in my bathroom for months! Hasn't been resolved, an outside company came 3 times just to paint over it, but the mold just comes back within a month. I do not recommend moving here with the high rent and lack of space in the apartment. Washer & dryers work sometimes, better off going to the laundromat. Cops are always here issues with residents, parking sucks here too.

El apartamento que me toco no esta en muy buen estado las puertas no cierran muy bien las ventanas estaban rotas y el ba?o me loquea agua los de mantenimiento no hacen buen trabajo pareciera que ni saben lo que hacen al igual que el buz?n de correo ni sirve seg?n te dan llave pero se puede abrir con la mano sin necesidad de meter la llave, a y a pesar de todo eso la renta la cobran muy elevada estos departamentos no valen esa cantidad

It is a good community, any problem that arises in the apartment the maintenance service solves it quickly, it is a very quiet and safe place, it is very well located, you can find supermarkets nearby, there are schools nearby.

The staff and maintenance are nice to work with. The property is kept clean and safety is also emphasized. There is a pool, workout room, shared office equipment, playground and tennis court. I have had nice neighbors over the years here.
