Would be better if the complex actually cared about their residents and not just getting more. Yes fixes can be expensive but they only get more expensive the longer you push it aside and ignore. Contracts out pretty much all work and stick to no schedule. I dont expect perfect thats illogical but at least not feeling like there will be a collapse due to foundational issues. Care too much of superficial and not of actual structure or engineering

Its ok here because we have a security door protecting us somewhat for our packages and safety but we need outdoor security cameras obove every door front and back coming into the building to cath the mischief from kids and adults and the parking lots security you only have security during the day it will also help catch the people that let their dogs mess in the grass and not clean it up

You can hear almost everything in these apartments. Theyre also really small. I paid extra for a balcony and have not been able to use it since I moved in, and I felt like I was cheated because they mad me pay extra for something they knew I wouldnt be able to access. The park area is okay not really much.

I am not happy with the overall service here. It is unprofessional. The rent is overpriced regardless of remodeling. Im happy with the inside of my apartment because Ive made it a home and they did good with the remodeling. However, outside still looks bad. The siding and roofing are trash.

Simply a waste of time. My partner and I were told we would not be able to see a unit prior to applying. They took the application deposit of $235 per applicant to hold the apartment, but we heard nothing back. After over a week had passed we contacted management by phone with no response. Finally we were informed by email that we had been denied, and according to the application terms they would return the deposit. Norma informed us we would be receiving our deposit back soon. It has been several months and still no check or any indication of when it might come.

Very quiet and peaceful . I love my apartment and the amenities! Very cozy! My kids love going to the pool and the complexs park for kids. The schools are less than a 5 minute drive away from my apartment! Definitely recommend

I have been here 7 yrs and this by far the best management and maintenance team we have ever had. Dawn was very helpful in getting my lease renewal done this past season. I just would the rent to go up every year but I do understand the business end of it.

The apartment when I signed the lease was super clean. A maintenance guy, Matt I believe, was double checking in something in the bathroom as I was checking the place out. He was super polite Shanon in leasing made the process easy and answered any questions I had within 48 hours.

First year and a half at the community was a terrible experience. Dilapidated and ugly buildings, bottom of the barrel neighbors living here because of the low quality, bad groundskeeping, unreliable front office. In the last few months, things seem to have turned around. I am optimistic about the building renovations, problem neighbors have left, groundskeeping is significantly improved, and I have had much nicer experiences with the front office. More to do, but I appreciate the effort being put in.

The maintenance do a great job here and they try to keep this place clean but no matter what they do it's still dirty outside the people that live here are dirty they throw there garbage all over the place it's disgusting to see went you go outside or have family come over to visit

I chose Ellyn Crossing because it was warm, inviting, diverse, beautiful, clean & quiet. Lots of that has changed as newer residents have no respect for our beautiful grounds by LITTERING all over the place, BLASTING their music as the drive through, park or hang out in the parking lot sometimes long periods at a time as well as the ARGUING & FIGHTING is out of control & sometimes last long periods at a time. Not to mention my neighbor smokes heavily & it comes into my apartment (almost a year now). Over all I love my apartment & community (I LOVE ALL THE NEW WORK THATS BEING DONE BY THE WAY! GREAT JOB to those guys!) so I've over looked these things & pray for change & try to be the change by picking up garbage from time to time. Also, the fact that people steal other peoples packages is disturbing. Most complexes have packages dropped at the front office. Sometimes I'm hesitant to invite anyone over as im afraid of what they may see, hear or experience. Its not suppose to be this this way. Ellyn Crossing is amazing its unfortunately some of the tenants who make it undesirable to live here.

The property is not kept up to standard by tenants. Parking is always a problem. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. The rent is continuously being raised without any insentives to stay. I have been contacted by management in regards to my concerns, Im still waiting for them to be addressed.

My overall experience is okay. Could use better security around the apartment especially around the laundry room. I feel noise level doesnt really get resolved. I dont plan on recommending these apartments to anyone if this doesnt get solved.

Don't address concerns and some of your staff are rude, I'm sick of calling the office with the things that are going on and being told to call security, no I pay you my rent, I think management needs to be more productive

My wife ended up losing the key to our front door it's a $25 fee not too bad they gave me the key the key didn't work because my lock was faulty Ricky from the maintenance team immediately came down and changed out the lock And gave me new keys??

My experience started good but has changed as time goes by. The issues I would complain about are the laundry room and increased crime rate. Also, a mistake was made on my lease renewal last year, but I didnt catch it and management didnt accept any accountability for it.

Overall love where I am at...but the parking lots...and the outside lighting is horrible...and really hoping our balconies will back on soon. The time frames for the pool and workout room are not good for those who work 9 to 5

The experience has been good for the most part. Some issues here and there. Some important communications are vague. Over all its been fine. Management needs some better process with certain items which affect the living situation.
