Leasing office staff is nice. Just disappointed with the apartment I guess because its not a renovated one they don't care too much about the classic apartments and just try to make it look decent when it needs upgrading actually

It is a safe neighborhood. I do not have any bad experience in this community. Staff are always attentive whenever I am Visiting the office. They are all smiling and you will feel at home. It is clean too.

The apartments should be rehabbed. Better communication, and wild life needs to be handled better. The price of the apartment isn't worth the condition. Also the breakdown of utilities needs to be a set amount not fluctuating each month.

It's not a bad place to live but paying what we pay for rent plus all utilities, it's not really worth it for what you are getting. My apartment isn't terrible but it's not nice enough to justify the cost. I also had many issues with my apartment needing maintenance when I moved in and the response time was extremely slow.

Living at Ellyn Crossings has been fine for a first time apartment renter. The fitness center and pool are attractive qualities that are here. Location is also relatively nice to restaurants and stores.

Good apartment, nice area and convenient location. Neighborhood can get loud at times, but overall good value. Really close to schools, major shopping areas, and the highway which makes it easy. It's a great starter apartment

I have been here doing 4 weeks now and everything is good so far. it's very quiet when I get home from work. and the people in my building is very friendly. have not had anything to complain about so far. i would recommend this place to other and I can't wait until summertime come.

I rent here because it is conveniently located to wherever I need to go. I am retired living on a fixed income so the monthly rent is an important factor in why I continue to rent here. Also, anytime something goes wrong the maintenance department fixes it promptly.

My experience has been extremely up and down. Up to where I have met some.wonderful people and some awesome ellyn crossing employers. Other times, maintenance and the leasing office has made less than anything due to my illness and the units with mold etc.

To get a hold of someone is extremely difficult and rent increases every month for no reason! The neighbors have no sense of respect to everyone around them the loud noise every night! We have security but never even see them at night by our building

Great size and location for the value. Close to a lot of things. It's hit or miss with the apartment you get and your neighbors but i think it's all worth it for the value in renting apartments these days.
