This community is clean, modern and affordable. The staff is helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is very up to date, stylish and has alot of storage space. The floors are in wonderful shape and the screened porch is an extra added bonus!

Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. Great fitness center. Beautiful cafe. Big apartment layout with plenty of room. Closer to my job than I was. Any pets are welcome. The garage have a really good amount of space.

I would prefer not to comment at this time, until I see improvements made that I mentioned in my service request! I would however prefer better communication! Contractors picking up after themselves! Grounds detail much better improved!

I love this apartment complex. I have been living here for a few years now and the staff has always been very friendly. However, there is an older lady that has recently started working in the front office that isn't the friendliest on a few different occasions. Legacy towns and flats needs to be aware of who they are hiring. First impressions are everything and maintaining a good relationship with your residents should be number one. Other than that, it has been a great experience living here.

Clean grounds and apartments. Feels secure and safe. Nice layout. Friendly staff and great maintenance. Nice gym and 1/2 basket ball court. Love the dog park with the needed supplies. It is in a very convenient location.

Coming from Houston, this community complex is exactly what we needed. Nice, friendly, and very good neighborhood . Schools are very close by. They have several different shopping malls within a 20 min drive.

PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS FULL. WE WANT TO FIELD PLAY AREA NOT ONLY GIM. FOR EXAMPLE TENNIS COAT, WE HAVE TO GO SCHOOL OR SOME WHERE RIGHT NOW. FOR HOUSE EQUIPMENT, WE CAN NOT USE WATER AT OUTSIDE, NEED IT.

Great location and floorplan, 24hrs store close (kroger), just around 10-13 min driving from Carmel Midtown, close to a few park and other grocerys/restaurants, nice walk side in the neighborhood and friendly pet community

Leasing an apartment at Legacy was the best decision for my husband and I. The community feels safe and secure. Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in. They even did a walk through a day or two before and decided to replace the carpet. This was something they could've ignored and pushed to the side for their own convenience, but we truly appreciated the extra steps taken to make sure the apartment met our needs. I love the layout of our apartment and the large amount of natural light we receive on both sides of it.

The community is very friendly. Both the people that live here and the staff. Great area for family walks wide sidewalks and bike trails. The community also have a daycare within walking distance. I smile every time I pull into the complex.

This is the quietest apartment I've ever lived in, even being right next to the dog park. The staff has been super friendly, the grounds are kept very well, and my apartment was very clean (including a new apartment) upon move in.

The level of customer service is commensurate with what you pay, which is exactly what you want. The staff actually cares about the community. There are constant upgrades and improvements to common areas and the maintenance staff is top notch.

The people here are very nice and friendly. The buildings look excellent on the outside and very good on the inside. Having an indoor gym, basketball court, and a pool/hot tub gives us plenty of free things to do within one or two blocks of our apartment.

My experience at Legacy has been wonderful from the start! The leasing office staff is friendly and accommodating. The property and apartment is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are a plus!

This community is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The staff is beyond amazing, any service requests are filled in lightening speed. We had them install a ceiling fan in our living room and we came home to a spotless living room, you couldn't tell they have been there at all, except for the little note that they found our watch kitty hilarious. I still have that note, they didn't have to take a minute to leave a cute note like that but they did. The apartment is the quietest place I have ever lived. Overall it's an amazing place.

I moved in a week ago and am loving it so far. This is a great community, very safe, and in a convenient location. The move in process was quick and easy, especially being on the first floor. I am near my work which is very nice, too.

I've lived in a JC Hart property for 9 years. Up until last year everything has been great. The apartment I moved into last year has been nothing but problems. Based on this recent experience I would not recommend this property to my friends. I'm only here because it sporks for my child's school district.

We were very pleased with the cordial management staff who assisted us. They went above and beyond to make our townhouse available by the date we needed to move in. When we found a problem the first morning after moving in, a maintence gentleman arrived within 15 minutes of our call for help.

When searching for my apartment and signing my lease the staff at Legacy Towns and Flatts was incredibly kind and helpful. They genuinely care about their residents and it felt like home from the moment I walked in to talk about renting from them. The neighborhood is warm and inviting, with lots of families and pets. I couldn't recommend it enough.

The apartment was in great shape when I moved in. I have 2 dogs and the community is very pet friendly. I had an issue with my dryer vent hose not reaching the outlet port and the maintenance staff fixed it the same day I reported it. The apt. is very quiet -- I never hear neighbors.
