Great! Except for smoking neighbor on the first floor. There are many dog poops which need to cleaned by dog owners. Music in the neighborhood is sometimes too loud. USPS could not deliver package to our apartment, and they ask me every time to visit post office.

We have had a great experience our first year living in the community and are hoping to stay. We feel safe and can trust our neighbors have our best interest at heart. Everyone has been extremely friendly.

Profession, courteous and helpful staff. The maintenance crew are on site 24/7, prompt and knowledgeable, they observe safety first protocol. In winter, they keep sidewalks, streets and parking clear. The grounds are well kept.

My wife and I have had a great experience living at the legacy towns and flats.Staff has always been nice and responsive. The community as a whole is amazing and very well kept. We would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to rent.

Friendly clean community with great staff!! I love that they don't discriminate on breeds for animals as well. We love having a extra bedroom and the layout is awesome. Maintenance always responds quickly

Quiet community, safe in regards to door code entry! Living by the road can get a bit noisy at times but it isn't too terrible! Apartment is nice and spacious and any issues have been fixed in a timely manner!

Being new to the area/state, we were very appreciative for the helpfulness of office staff in helping find a "home" in a pinch. Any Maintenence issues we ever had were always attended to promptly. Overall friendly community & very pet friendly. During the winter months, the parking areas walkways, etc. are VERY WELL taken care of for all resident's safety. Would definitely recommend Legacy Towns & Flats to anyone looking for a great community to live!

It's been great minus having to call maintenance for the same problem more than once. The area is awesome and the people in the community are nice. The office employees are very nice and very reactive to the needs of us.

It's a great community, it's a dog community so be prepared to hear and smell the doggies!! The management staff is very fair and easy to communicate with.The maintenance staff responds quickly. The apartments are nice in size, and very nice and clean.

Staff is helpful and kind. Atmosphere is nice and inviting. Water fountain needs to be replaced or removed. Usually doesn't look pretty. Pool needs a lifeguard just to "police the area" due to people leaving glass bottles etc. Treadmills need replacing. Entry way and hallways need to be better maintained. I say all this as a means for improving but I know the staff tries their best to meet our needs and I am thankful.

The apartments here are great and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They were able to meet all of my needs and work with me on my timeline for moving. The community itself feels like home, with clean landscaping, friendly neighbors, and sidewalks for walking.

I was robbed at gunpoint right outside the building. I was offered no help from any of the staff. They refused to put up cameras around the complex and lied to other residents on why they never sent out a safety letter to others.

I'm quite happy with my decision to rent here. The community has a nice aesthetic, and the people living here aren't obnoxious or excessively loud. The location makes it easy to get pretty much anywhere you need to go, which is a huge plus to me. Staff has always been pleasant and the one time I needed maintenance, they were very quick to solve my issue. The parking situation seems abysmal at times, so having a garage is worth considering, and sometimes the trash compactor will be overfilled, but overall I'd recommend considering this community.

My wife and I love legacy towns and flatts! We recommend this place to ALL our friends. We have gotten 1 friend to move here and hoping for more. We love the location, the staff is amazing, and we just feel safe here and worth paying what we are paying.

I recommend Legacy for anyone. It is a very good place to live. The staff and the maintenance guy very helpful and professional My son loves it and loves his school. The neighbors very polite and nice. I love legacy

Overall it's been a good experience. We've loved here for some time and would recommend it. Gym equipment is pretty outdated, but office staff is nice and maintenance is pretty good. They're quick at responding too.

Our experience at The Legacy Towns& Flats has been exceptional. The pet friendly atmosphere is a real plus and great way to meet other neighbors and dogs, even a dog park in the middle of the complex. The flats, where we reside, are unusually quiet and designed so that neighbors are not next door on the other side of a wall. The conservation area directly east of the complex is a nice touch of country and chance to see some wildlife, and the pool is is a good addition and located next to the conservation area. The staff is engaging with pizza special deals at Marco's and arranges for Kona ice truck visits. All the maintenance crew are outstanding and always friendly and make you feel welcome. Enclosed garages are nice too.

I have had a wonderful experience living at the legacy. The community is very kind. I would highly suggest this location to everyone. The hallways and stairwells are always kept very clean and they always have different resident appreciation activities.

Buildings and grounds are Clean and well taken care of. Kind, caring and knowledgeable management. Great location and amenities. I love my space and location. Maintenance issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Legacy towns and flats. Nice apartments!

Overall my experience was ok I just felt that some of the features of the apartment like the cabinets and blinds were very cheaply done and the hot water heater doesn't even provide enough water to have a warm bath being that the tub is so large. Also with having a pet waste disposal stations were not in a great layout with me having to walk several buildings away or out behind my building to reach one and at one point and time the station closest to my apartment, which was out the front and too the right of my building, was removed with no explanation and no replacement which was frustrating seeing as they already weren't close. But I'm just giving small details I thought could be improved, overall legacy was a good community and has helpful staff and I enjoyed most of my time in the community

I was looking on my on and had a wonderful experience.I have been very happy with my experience. The entire team work very diligently with all my desires they painted an accent wall along with hanging my new lighting and I was so happy about it it really came out beautiful I am not ever had an experience like this when renting a home.Thank you Legency Towns And flats

Nice place, good location, good staff. We selected the apartments as they allow all breeds and size. It was good to see a complex this nice and accepted my dogs. The wooded trails around the complex are nice short dog walks in the woods.
