The school is so good and neighbour is so good too. the officer staff is so nice and helpful. It is so quick to respond to my issues and the problems were solved immediately. It is so lucky to live here.

Overall, we love our apartment because it's comfortable, homey, safe, and most times peaceful. We also the love the community and neighborhood feel of the complex. The complex also offers fair, affordable, and reasonable fixed rates for certain utilities, especially water usage. There seems to be high turnover as far as maintenance is concerned. The bathroom/kitchen cabinetry and walls stain or get worn too easily. I feel for the amount of rent that we pay monthly, the cabinetry should be much better quality or at least not wear so easily. There is also a lot of dog excrement still not picked up, which I understand is difficult to monitor. Again, we love our apartment, but we just don't want to be blamed for damages to the cabinetry and they become an eyesore to look at. I don't feel comfortable touching up the cabinets myself since I don't know the proper tone to use and don't want to cause any damages to the cabinetry.

Fun and safe great schools. Caring staff, pet friendly environment. The pool is always clean, and a fun place to have a beer. I would recommend this community to anyone wanting to live in Carmel. It is close to several golf courses, and great parks.

Legacy Town and Flats has been a great community to be a part of. The overall community culture and staff have been a pleasure to work with. There are a few maintenance things that could improve the outer appearance of the community that I know the staff have on their list of things to address. At times, the contractors completing work that is unable to be addressed by local maintenance staff has been needed to be readdressed. Overall, the community, front office staff, maintenance staff, and management are amazing and I am glad to be a part of it.

This is the smoothest transition to a new apartment I've ever had. Cathy was so helpful through the entire process and made me feel at home the first time I visited the property. I moved from a different property just 10 minutes away because of how nice and reasonably priced these units were compared to where I was.

Wonderful place that instantly became our home and haven. We loved the beautiful neighborhood community, as well as spacious and comfortable apartment home. We felt very safe and enjoyed the pool and workout facilities. I highly recommend this community to anyone wanting to find a long term or short term home. You will not want to leave.

We love living at Legacy Towns and Flats. The value is second to none- we live in a gorgeous 1100 sq ft apartment for less than we've seen most places around this location. The office staff is wonderful- always helpful and kind. We feel so safe. I often take walks around at night and have never had a problem. There's only two things I would appreciate approvements on- the pool is small and always over crowded and the gym is very small and many of the machines are broken. Other than that- we love living here!

Just disappointed in the bathtub and being unable to darken the sleep space. The lighting situation is detrimental To a person's health as a cool dark sleep space effects the bodies hormone production.

Great complex with amazing staff, I love living here and the community environment. They also have some wonderful events and you can really tell that the staff here loves their jobs. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!

Rent keeps going up as quality of the property goes down. Minimal improvements on the property are not worth the cost of living here. Amenities are good but need to be kept up (gym is definitely showing signs of aging) and people not picking up dog poop is basically the norm. It's a good location for commuting to most the downtown areas of Carmel, Fishers, and Noblesville along with downtown Indy. I just wish this place kept up with the cost of renting.

The location is great and access to highways is great. The community is clean and quiet. The office staff is very responsive to your needs. There is not a lot of walking distance restaurants but not too long of a drive.

Being a little older and on my own for the first time I was scared of how this would all work. The leasing staff was professional and incredibly helpful, the maintenance staff has been over the top responsive and respectful, the community is gorgeous, I've never even heard my neighbor. I'm so pleased to be here!

Legacy is an amazing community, everyone I met here including staff and residents have been nothing but friendly. The community is pet-friendly where every breed is welcome! If you are into running/walking there are trails all around that lead to a nice park down the road. Also, for what its worth the pricing is great for the area! I have lived here twice in the past few years and nothing really compares.

The staff has been very helpful and friendly. They are very accommodating in taking care of my needs and answering my questions. The complex itself is what I would describe as quaint. I feel like I'm on my own little island.

The Legacy offers clean, well managed apartments for rent as well as several included amenities. The apartments are pet friendly and the maintenance team is very efficient. The leasing staff members are helpful and will answer any questions you have. This is, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had with renting an apartment.

This apartment complex is so up-to-date with its appliances and countertops. Very fancy look. I would recommend To anyone and am very interested in staying here in the years to come. Staff is great! I also love the indoor basketball hoop and workout center.

The staff here is friendly and the apartments are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient. Pets are welcome and there is ample room to walk dogs. I would highly recommend this community.

it has been a wonderful experience. I like the services provided but the floor plan of the apt I am living in is not the best to fit my purpose. The closets provided are good but again not adequate. Some amenities are provided at charges which are included in the monthly rent.

So far it's been great! I have noticed lately that some folks aren't cleaning up after their dogs though. Other than that everything has been fine. I really like the fact that the community is diverse. I appreciate that more than anyone could know.

I just moved in and everything has been wonderful, the leasing and maintenance staff are all so nice and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean and everything is working properly. The whole process has been very smooth as far as moving into a new home goes. I am so happy that I chose The Legacy!

We love it here! The staff works hard to address all and any concerns or requests. Our apartment is very nice and they have not increased our rent in 6 years. The legacy offers bonus perks each year when it is time to sign a new lease such as carpet cleaning or painting. Bottom line - we plan to stay a while ??

I have no idea what other reviewers have written, but my wife and I could not be happier. Apartment living can be horrible, but here we feel like we have as close to our own how we can get. We live less than 1min from our child's school, 1 min from Rickers gas station a couple of restaurants in a liquor store, 3 mins from a nice Kroger with other restaurants pharmacies banks and public parks. 10 min from all major shopping areas in Castleton, Carmel, fishers,and noblesville. The staff is so friendly and takes their job seriously unlike MANY others who work at other apts. They are adding a series of small shapes and restaurants right on the edge of the complex. Idk, I could honestly go on and on. We love living here, and it's the closest thing we can have to owning our own home.

Legacy is clean, safe, and is centrally located. My wife works in Carmel and it's location is simply perfect for her commute. Even though she works evenings sometimes, I don't feel required to escort her from her vehicle to our apartment. The staff is friendly and they were able to help us through the entire process. The apartment is a bit small and it can be pricy, but the peace of mind is worth it to me. I can't always be around, but I know that she's still safe-- The stairwell is well lit and there's a security door (with keypad) even before we get to the apartment.
