Good community. Nice and helpful office staff. However, big issue with dogs and picking up after them. Have complained more than once. And have given info on which tenants do this and tenants are still doing it. It's becoming a BIG problem now. This is my only issue I can think of.

Unfortunately, we are not happy with the living experience; we signed a month to month and are looking to relocate. We are unhappy with the noise from the tenants above us, they have a toddler who is obviously never reprimanded nor told to stop having tantrums, stop stomping/banging throughout the apartment, etc. The first floor of our 2 story townhome rental is frigid, while we are roasting on the second floor. Unbelievably poor construction, planning regarding heat distribution.

Love this neighborhood! Clean and quiet! Great location for my daughter and I! Close to shopping, schools and restaurants. I would highly recommend this complex to others! Thanks, Legacy or taking such great care of us!

Service was completed in a timely matter. Both Brian and Jeff were great, with installing the washer and dryer, Brian came out to work on the heating issue and adjusted the vents to allow the heat to flow better to the master bed room.

My experience with Legacy Town and Flats has been amazing! I have lived in apartments the last 8 years, and this one has been the most helpful this far! The maintenance team is great, and the community is well kept, clean, and quiet. The apartments themselves are built well, and the appliances within them are up to date and well functioning. When I moved in the first day, someone from maintenance took me around the complex showing me where the trash compactor, dog park, pool, and clubhouse were located. He then showed me all the appliances in my unit, as well as how the water heater worked and where to hook up my washer and dryer. The office staff has been friendly and helpful every time I have called, and they always stay in communication with me regarding maintenance work order updates. They salt the sidewalks in the snow and maintain the property. I highly recommend this community and the J.C. Hart ownership, as a whole.

I look at ALL the details when making a big decision. That being said, I love everything about Legacy, even down to the bath tub! When I first drove around and saw all of the different style buildings, I got a "neighborhood feel" and it just felt like home. The staff are very helpful and completely personalized my experience. They made me feel like an individual, not a number. That speaks volumes to me. When I found Legacy, I couldn't beat the price I pay for the amount of square footage I have (not to mention the quality and location of the apartment) anywhere else. I definitely recommend living in this well-designed, affordable community! I couldn't be more happy with my choice!

Well maintained property, friendly and capable staff, great quality apartments. I am so pleased at how easy move in was and how dependable the staff was. The apatment is so . The fixtures are high quality. Everything works well. So happy to be here.

Very nice, quiet and family friendly community. No complaints so far. Management is great and very responsive to any maintenance service requests!! Amenities are good Good place to live if you have kids!!

Originally moved in because of a break up and my mom lived in the complex too. It was my first apartment and I couldn't afford it. My parents were helping me pay bills. When it came close to move out they told me I had signed an 18 month lease, which I was shocked. The leasing agent at the time 100% did not tell me that. I assumed leases were always 12 months, so didn't even think to ask that question. The new management was so understanding of my situation and come to find out that it's very unheard of to let people out of leases like that. So this company will always have a special place in heart. It was a fabulous place to live. I had no complaints except for location wasn't idea for me. I was driving around 80 miles a day to work. Then I got laid off at the last month, so the timing ended up being perfect. Now I'm in a place close to my new job and can afford. If I ever move back to Carmel or can recommend a place it will definitely be JC Hart! Thanks for making my first apartment experience a great one that I'll have with me for life :)

We love living here . The staff is amazing and is always so friendly whenever we stop in the office . Work orders are always done the same day and they are usually here within the hour or sooner :) Love this place :)

My experience has been mostly pleasant. The neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly. The parking is abundant. The office staff is friendly and does things to get the community together and involved. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants.

I truly enjoy the facilities are wonderful and the maintenance is quick to fix any problems family enjoys that the apartments have a community residence week, most apartments don't have those things. It's nice to grill some food while hanging out at the pool.

Love it, love it, love it! It's gorgeous, quiet, and the staff is outstanding! It's like a charming little village and less of an apartment complex. We have a townhouse and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of being here.

Simply Amazing staff. I just wish the other residents were as considerate! - Excessively noisy children playing on the grass DIRECTLY outside our bedroom window, despite being asked to quieten down and / or move to a more open space. Parents not particularly keen to control their offspring. - Dog owners who leave the gate to the Dog Park open.

community. Very quiet and located centrally from outdoor mall and restaurants. The apartments are maintained and spacious. The management lets you do what you like as well to make it your own. They are very flexible.

Maintenance and office staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Never had any problems. Apartment is beautiful and was clean when I moved in. Common areas are equally clean and tidy. I've never had problems with loud neighbors and even living pretty close to a busy road, it's incredibly quiet and secluded. Being so close to a trail is an added bonus! Highly recommend.

This apartment is very good. I am happy that the event is held frequently. I always look forward to entering the pool neatly. I think that the noise is quiet, but occasionally I am concerned about the noise inside the apartment. Especially at night. Sounds going down stairs and sounds walking in the corridor.

This is a decent apartment community. The office staff does a lot to create activities for the community. There are a lot of dogs, but everyone does a great job of keeping them leashed and trained. I have been here for 2+ years and have no concerns. Neighbors are all pretty quiet.

We moved to this community because we wanted a safer place to bring our baby home to. We were tired of break-ins and crime at our other community. The Legacy Towns and Flats has proved to be nothing short of the safest place I have ever lived! I feel at ease raising my child here, right next to her daycare. The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they always make it a priority to ask how everything is going in our home, even if we are just there to pick up a package. I would (and do) recommend this community to anyone seeking a safer neighborhood.

It is very expensive for a one bedroom and one bath. The neighbors are very friendly. Insulation isn't very good. Maintenance is extremely friendly and very fast at fixing the problems. Office staff handles business very well.

We have never lived in an apartment complex that made us feel so much at home. The office staff is amazing. They are always very nice when I have to talk to them about anything. Honestly,hands down, the best apartments ever!
