This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The actual apartment itself is nice, clean, it has a functional layout. the grounds are beautiful. The office staff has always been super helpful and friendly - granted, I usually only see them when I get a package, but they're literally always there so I don't have to wait to get the package. They do a "resident appreciation week" once a week EVERY month, which is great. One of those days is always a valet trash day, which is my favorite thing in the world. Maintenance has always responded to my requests immediately - Requests have included to have a lightbulb replaced (we live on the 3rd floor, so the ceilings are too high for us to reach), there was a water spot on the ceiling from a leak - and they never left a trace that they were there - lights all turned off, no footprints, etc. It's a very quiet complex, which I love. The only time I ever hear a neighbor is through the bathroom, and even then, it's VERY rare. you never hear anything - not the people above/below you, next to you, or in the hall. All in all, this place is seriously the best. Visitors are impressed with us for living here!

It's nice and clean. It's in a nice area which is what I like. Love the view from the top floor. Haven't had any issues with the area so far. Very nice staff. They answered all of the questions that we asked. Very helpful

The Staff members are very professional and courteous. The maintenance crews are great and are always on the ball. Seldom have we had to wait more than a day to have something fixed and they have always cleaned up after their work.

Awesome place to live. The maintenance team is top notch! They will go out of their way to help a person in need and always respond in a timely manner. The ammenities offered here are super nice as well.

Very beautiful apartments and very spacious no matter the size. Great access to 37 and plenty of shopping for anything you need. Also have access to other main roads to avoid the traffic of 37 if you commute during busy travel hours.

Nice , good looking, well maintained community with lot of space. I will suggest this community to my friends , it's very neat and clean , safe too, good neighborhood. Need some shopping mall near by .

Great move in experience. I was looking for apartments that were bigger and had updated appliances and legacy had everything and more. I love the pet policy. There's so many dogs in the neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly and we did have a paint issue when we first did the walkthrough and they fixed it the next Monday. So far so good.

The Staff at Legacy were very helpful in arranging our lease long distance, understanding our particular needs. Always very courteous, friendly and attentive. It's located in a very central location! Should be a "must-see" !!

Staff is friendly and amazing. Always going the extra mile to satisfy the community. All of my neighbors are friendly and quiet even with it being a dog friendly environent! Office staff is open and accepts our packages everyday which is so nice.

Legacy and the staff have been amazing in our experience living in the community. The neighbors are friendly and I have referred multiple friends to the area. I plan on leasing again soon and have no intention of going elsewhere. I am really happy to have chosen Legacy Towns & Flats as my home.

This community is not worth the value you pay for. All they care is they get your rent monthly. Utilities are very expensive based on the square footage of the space that is being rented. Maintenance does not fix things to last.

The staff team was extremely kind and helpful! The apartment was beautiful and clean upon move-in. I feel safe with the locked door of my building. The dog park is awesome as well! However, I wish the dog park had a few more lights for night-time walks.

Legacy is an awesome place to live, from the office staff to maintenance, they are all superstars. What a great community, incredible school district, friendly people, up and coming things to do and see.

I absolutely LOVE living here. On top of being so quiet, the grounds are beautiful, staff is very responsive & caring, and maintenance is quick to respond to requests! I can't recommend the property enough :)

From move-in on, I have had a wonderful experience at this beautiful community. The property is updated, stylish, safe, comfortable & feels like home. Not to mention the wonderful staff of the leasing office & maintenance team. Would definitely recommend.

If you want great customer service, maintenance and spacious town homes, then go to Legacy Town and Flat. It is a great community with high expection and cleaniness. It is a great place to come home to for relaxation and family time.

I am about to move due to a job promotion and moving to another state. The past 12 months living here has been wonderful - and allow me to elaborate why. Moving across the country is a arduous task for anyone and finding this place was the oasis I needed north of Indy when I arrived from California. It is within reasonable distance to the highway, grocery store, shopping, and commuting for work was a breeze because most roads around here are 4 lanes and the beautiful roundabouts they are installing reduce traffic significantly and keep everyone moving. For me, a luxury feature that isn't listed is the seamlessness that the background tasks the neighborhood operates under go mostly unnoticed - that is until you notice how convenient and easy everything feels living here. A great example is during wintertime. When It snows, the facilities crew ensures all walkways and public spaces are cleared and salted, and when it REALLY snows they waste no time getting the big tools out to keep it clear and navigable before you've even walked out the door for work in the morning. I had a garage and the weather protection was worth the additional costs, and at no time whatsoever did I have any issues with security. Like. At all. Regardless of your moving reasons, or wether this place may be just a little further out than you expected or you don't know if you want to have this place make your shortlist - stop by because it will make it to the top of your list. Also understand that if you opt for the two story unit like I did, your bills will be slightly higher for winter or summer because obviously you have a much larger space. Understand that some neighbors have dogs and some have kids and some have both! And thats great! But if you're looking for ultra quiet to mention that, and they look for the quieter units for you too. I did not mind the activity around the neighborhood because that meant I could work in my garage in the summer evenings and play music and wave at my neighbors. I will miss this place because just like I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the greatest part of living here is that it fell into the background so I could focus on seeing friends, spending time with family, and relaxing after work. I really hope I can find a place like this where I am going!

All staff from the front office to the maintenance personnel are very committed to providing outstanding service. All issues have been answered or addressed in a very timely manner. Highly recommend the Legacy Towns and Flats.

Maintenance and staff here are completely useless. The insulation, electric furnace, and water heater are all garbage. If you move in plan on taking 10 minute showers, having a $300 dollar electric bill during the winter, and inhaling your neighbors secondhand smoke.

Maintenance did a walk through the day of move in to note any issues (there were none) and went over how to contact them if anything should arise. They also made sure everything was to your liking prior to accepting the lease. Everything was organized and made move in day go smoothly.

The staff is really great and are always available and respond with kindness. One of the team members even stopped to help me and my family move in when they saw struggling to get a couch in. The community offers amenities, like the pool and gym, that a clean and convenient and definitely superior to other apartment complex amenities. You definitely pay the for the really great environment of the complex and for the opportunity of living in Carmel.

Not much of a community but what apartment complex is. I did not expect to get to know neighbors or other members in the complex but there are events the staff puts on to encourage the sense of community
