It's a great place to live. The residential staff and neighbors are friendly and it's quite. We enjoy going to the workout facility, basketball gym, cafe, taking our dog to the dog park and walking in community.

We had a great experience when we moved in but after being here for a few months there are some things that take place that are questionable and you feel like you are being watched by people in whatever you do. Also when you complain about noise nothing is done to take care of the issue.

The availability of short term leases worked well for us while we were waiting for our new home to be finished. They also are a pet-friendly community accommodating our dog. The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained.

Very friendly community. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities and easily accessible. We feel appreciated when they do Residence Appreciation Week. Everyone is friendly in the leasing office. We are conveniently located near a lot of things.

It is a wonderful community and we love it so far. It is well-maintained, neighbors are friendly and office staff are really nice and have been very welcoming and supportive with our move and settling in the place. We are looking forward to our stay here and be an active part of this community.

Apartments and town homes are pretty and well maintained. Maintenance staff stays on top of things and are quick to respond to issues. Little pricey but worth it for the location, amenities, and aesthetics.

It's been a great living experience at Legacy. I wish I could stay but if I didn't have to move to help my family I would. You won't find a better property manager than Cheri or s better team than The Legacy team.

The Legacy offers luxury apartments at a great rate! The community is always well maintained and the office staff are super helpful. My maintenance requests are always done quickly and correctly. A maintenance guy has even jumped my car!

I have tried to hold off on leaving this review to see if things would change and/or improve. But, I can't hold off any longer. I'm going to run through my experience thus far at Legacy. I would like to point out that I am ONLY leaving a 1 star review, because it will not allow me to put 0. My initial visit and viewing to Legacy was fantastic. The units that I was shown appeared great and it helped that the leasing consultant, Amy, was personable and gave a lot of good information on the area. However, my experience started to go bad once i signed the lease and picked up my keys. The first time viewing my "clean apartment" appalled me. Let me list a few of the things that had to be completed (after my scheduled move in date) before I could even move into my apartment. First of all, the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. The dryer vent duct had dust/lint caked in and on. The walls were not painted. Some areas may have had a touch up, but several areas had black marks/scratches on the paint. The walls looked dirty. The fire alarms and notification light were covered in dust as well as the living room fan. The door handles on the bedroom and bathroom doors were loose and were not painted around. A couple of the kitchen lights were blown. One of the wall sconces in the guest bath was broken. The cabinet doors were very loose and one was almost falling off when opened. And the carpet was stained. Every rental home/apartment that I have lived in has changed the carpet with each new renter so I was shocked to find this. Once it was reported, some of the issues were resolved but others remained. My carpet still had stains. My door handles were still loose and had not been painted around among other things. Fast forward a few months, I now have a leaking ceiling (on the 2nd floor). The area above my bay window starts leaking. I call the emergency on call and the on call maintenance tech comes out and takes photos of the leak and says nothing can be done about it that night... I go a couple of days and here nothing, so I call the office to find out that several tenants are having the issue and that a roofing company is scheduled to come out. I never hear anything else on this matter. It doesn't leak anymore so I FELT as if the issue had been resolved other than the water damage that was left and not corrected. Well let us fast forward to today. My room is once again leaking! It started with one continuous spot. Emergency Maintenance was called. He came out and took a couple of photos and again said that nothing could be don't about it tonight... 20 minutes later, and i had multiple areas in the ceiling leaking. The best part is a whole then burst open and started leaking on my coffee table and on the carpet. I again called maintenance emergency number; the tech came back out with buckets. Said that he would add some relief holes and put buckets beneath them for the time being as nothing else could be done. I now have 3 buckets in my living room floor with several holes in my ceiling. I am paying for a premium apartment and community and am getting section 8 qualities. I am FURIOUS at this situation as well as the entire experience I have had here at legacy. I would like to say that every conversation I had had with Amy (who is longer here) and Cherri the new property manager have been friendly, which is a plus. The maintenance tech that came out did apologize. When I said that this was ridiculous, the maintenance tech said that he wished he could disagree with me but he couldn't. Thank you sir for realizing that this is unacceptable. For the amount of rent that I am paying monthly, this is ridiculous. I have stayed at other places where my rent has been around 300.00 cheaper per month and never had ANY of these issues. If my review of this property is to change, something positive has to change here at Legacy Towns & Flats and it needs to change quickly. I would attach photos to this review but that is not possible, so I will be attaching photos on this page if possible. STARS: 0/5

In the begining the staff and community seemed amazing. But I learned fast that looks can be deceiving. On my move in inspection the apartment was supposed to be in it's best condition for move in. It wasn't clean, some lighting fixtures were broken, and because of this my move in was moved back a week. This was fine because I needed the time but I was already disturbed at that point. After moving in the friendliness of the staff and community quickly disapated. Maintenance was not timely and is not avaliable on the weekends which seemed odd to me and also that some issues were not considered "emergencies" even if something is broken like the A/C. I have a dog and was adjusting him to the new apartment and used a crate when I went to work. It wasn't long after moving in that I realized there were a lot of pet friendly people here. So I assumed the community was "Pet Friendly" but I was wrong. I received a call and email from the front office accusing my dog of barking for extended times during the day. Not during the night or early morning but during the actual work day. I was of course concerned but upon further inspection, it wasn't my animal that was causing noise complaints. But to be accused was enough to sour any positive experiences I had with the staff in the beginning. Have had issues with roof leaking in my unit as well. the issue has only gotten worse. Maintenence doesn't upkeep the community very well unfortunately. I would not recommend this community. It isn't even remotely worth the rent you will pay for the address.

So far we have really enjoyed our time here. The service has been great, and the apartment has been great for us. There has been one maintenance report that has taken a while to answer but it was not an emergency.

The staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Not to mention, the atmosphere brings a sense of peace and of warmth when you enter into the complex. I have no complaints but gratitude for living here.

I have been living here for 16 months and really enjoy living in this community and decided to lease another 18 months. It is very convenient to everything that I need. Everyone is very nice and all the staffs are great. The only issue is some noises above me.

The apartment is beautiful. I like that you need an access code to enter each building. I also like separation between the individual units. The maintenance staff is excellent. The office staff is excellent as well.

We were able to get a townhome right away as it became available. The staff was great to work with and easy to get ahold of. The townhome is amazing. The color scheme is perfect for any style of decor. The layout is great for a growing family. The laminate floors are nice in the downstairs.

The Legacy Towns & Flats is an exceptional apartment community. A five star rating does this place no justice! I have only lived at my apartment here for a little over two months, but I am already dreading the end on my lease a year from now! Cannot recommend The Legacy Towns & Flats enough!

Great community. I believe the gym equipment needs updated. The AC in the gym has issues and it's continuously hot in there. There's has been communication regarding fixing the problem but it still exists a year later. The back of the complex is very dark I believe there should be more exterior lighting. The pool/grill/patio area should be enlarged. Many people want to use the grill area in the summer months but there is only 1 grill and 2 couches for seating. There should be more to accommodate the tenants.

Very good so far even though I was disappointed at seeing my apartment the first time because it didn't match the great look and feel of the model unit I first toured. The staff at Legacy made sure I was satisfied with my unit

Quiet community that is pet friendly (and without any breed restrictions). Nice rentals that are close to everything--shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and near I69 and 465 for commuting to and from work.

The apartment is great. The maintenance staff is awesome. When it comes to the leasing staff, I felt like a big inconvenience. I couldn't get hardly any responses to messages or phone calls. I felt as if we were begging to live in this community. We were not made any kind of priority whatsoever. Nothing was ever offered to help fix the situation either. There was no kind of discount offered and minimal effort was made to fix the communications issue because there still is an issue. Just an apology. If it wasn't for the fact that we have family in the community we probably would have gone somewhere else.
