Overall a great moving experience. Beautiful apartments, with a great view! Well kept grounds. Surrounding locations are convenient and easy to access. Staff and maintenance crew are incredibly friendly and hospitable.

Legacy Towns and Flats is a great community, warm and welcoming. The residents, and staff are kind and considerate. My number one reason for moving in for me was the fact that there were no breed or weight restrictions for dogs. I have 2 pitbulls and it was great that I was able to find a rental for us to call home.

The housing is adequate, the AC/Heating units are atrocious and the costs are crazy. The current staff is just fine as it relates to the h elp but the overnight emergency help left me without heat and has left me without AC.

We moved from a apartment complex we hated. The staff at the Legacy knew we were looking for a better experience and we feel that everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was amazing. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to move to this complex. The layout is perfect, there's so much storage space, and in the perfect location!

Very friendly staff and maintenance staff. Had some issues with things being fixed properly and it can be frustrating hearing the neighbors above us in our townhome moving about and coming/going in and out of their apartment quite easily. But a very dog friendly community!

These apartments are beautiful and convenient. There is a gas station down the road and a Kroger. Not too far from Clay Terrace mall. The parking isn't the greatest if you have to get home late, but you will be able to find a spot somewhere. I love that the main door has a keypad so not just anybody could walk in. It's a little bit expensive but worth it if you can afford it!

Overall our experience has been okay, not superb. Sometimes work orders take forever it seems to be completed. Had a few people in the office answer to me rudely on the phone and one really scary tough guy attempt it in person. Haha! Aside from that, the gym equipment left on the basketball floor, the bird droppings on my steps leading up to my apartment are just irritations that could simply be solved but never are. There's times I come in to play basketball and someone had lowered the basketball goal to an unrealistic level. It would be nice if either they would prevent people from having that ability to pull that off or put the tool hanging from the wall within access so that people like myself could simply raise it back to its realistic hight.

This is in an up and coming area. The complex is pleasing to the eye and the apartments look to be in very good condition. The leasing staff is very helpful and friendly. We haven't been here very long but look forward to living here.

The move-in process was very smooth. The staff was super helpful and we were able to move in very quick. During our time there, the staff was very quick to answer all of our questions. I used the workout area frequently. It was very good quality for an apartment gym. They did always have machines down due to breakdowns. Machines would take months to fix. If we even had a maintenance request for our apartment, it was handled within 24-48 hours. However, when we moved out we asked them to take down a light that we bought and had time install during move-in. The request was put in 3 days prior to our move-out date. It took them 1 month for them to take down the light after we had already moved out. There were multiple calls, emails, and even visits before the issue was actually corrected.

I like the location and the townhouse itself, but there are a couple things they need to improve on or I am looking somewhere else when my lease is up. The rent is a bit high but not unacceptable. The maintenance work orders are not consistently taken care of. The amount of residents who do not pick up thier dog's waste is numerous, creating a mine field if you are walking your own dog. Most important of all, the lack of routine maintenance is appalling. The filter on the AC unit is never checked or changed, the batteries in the smoke detectors have all gone bad and had to be replaced, and the fire extinguisher has not been checked since moving in just over a year ago. Overall, it is not a bad place to live, I just expected more for the price.

Cherry was phenomenal during the whole process. She truly made feel like I was coming home she was great. I gave them such a short noticed as to when I was going to move in but she made it happen! She even got them to give brand new carpet. She follow up to make sure everything went smooth. Honestly cant thank her enough!

Very clean, pretty neighborhood. Plenty of doggie stations. We never hear neighbors on either side when we are in the apartment! The maintenance crew has been very speedy with any requests we submit. This has been a great place!
