We have lived in our apartment for 3 years now and it has been the perfect home for us while we saved to build a house. The office staff is very friendly and we LOVE the maintenance staff. Everyone is so kind and considerate. They smile and wave when they see us out in the community. It just makes it feel like home. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor with the living room window overlooking the prairie. THIS is the thing we will miss most about our apartment. We have seen so many deer in the prairie from our window. We have seen coyotes and you can hear them howl sometimes at night which we love because we love nature in general. So much wildlife right from the comfort of our living room. You can also see many fireworks from the balcony and living room around Fourth of July especially Connor Prairie's fireworks. We will miss this place so much. We thank you for providing a lovely place to call home for the last few years ??.

We have enjoyed living here for the past week! So far, it's a great community with great neighbors. My only complaints are that the parking is very limited and the trash compactors have been completely full since we moved in.

The apartment complex is in relatively good shape. Our particular apartment had a few issues upon move in. Most were resolved by maintenance early on but some are just not fixable. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful.

We have overall had a satisfactory stay here at Legacy. The location is great, the community itself is pretty well kept. The maintenance staff has always been responsive and professional. The only issues that we've had since we've been here seem to be management/front office issues. There just isn't the level of service you would expect from a corporate management team. I don't think we have actually had many requests or needs from the office as some others might in the time we've been here, but every time we had a problem, it took a lot of effort on our part to get it corrected. We've resolved most of our issues but it just sours the experience that I had to be on top of them to get my concerns fixed. And it definitely doesn't make you feel like you're part of a community that cares about you.

The office got in touch with us right away. We scheduled showing and moved in 7 days later. The move in deposit was cheaper than most places ask for and the pet deposit/monthly rate covers both of our pets; another thing lost places don't do. The overall appearance of our new home is absolutely beautiful. 12 ft high ceilings, walk in closets, so many windows to let the sunshine through and there is a laundry room in our unit. The only thing that bothers me is that parking is first come, first serve. For someone on the top floor who is pregnant or like many other people, grocery shops, the walking a mile to you car and then up hree flights of stairs is quite exhausting. It would he nice if our lease incorporated at least one guaranteed parking space. Either way, this would not and did not change my mind about this beautiful place. We are so very happy here.

Wonderful neighbors and community! Super nice quality apartments and kept up super well. Everyone is very friendly and supportive and there's a great sense of community. The gym equipment is lacking and they expect you to schedule an appointment but when you log onto the portal the times are all filled up even though the gym is empty 90% of the time.

I sold my home/immediate possession. I love it here. I moved here for the second time. Lived here 9 years ago and moved here after selling my home. Staff,maintenance,landscape, everything is wonderful. There is even a protected wooded area that my dog and myself trail on. This place spoils you and I'm not very motivated to buy a new home??

Great place to live. Friendly community. You are smack dab between Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, and Noblesville. There's a great sense of security staying here. And the Maintenance staff is top notch. They always come within 24 hours of your requested service/ repair

The community offered a great price especially for the area. My significant other and I decided on this community after having visited several surrounding apartment communities. The community has lived up to all of our expectations, though; admittedly there were some minor hiccups upon move-in (Storm took out the A/C and other maintenance issues showed). The maintenance crew has been helpful and have responded quickly to all of our requests. For the price, there isn't a better value in the area!

Overall, I love the community. I have lived here for a few years now and love the location. The maintenance and front office staff have been great, and I truly think they try their best to accommodate people's needs. However, grounds the past couple of months has been subpar at best! As a pet owner, I have noticed the pet stations do not get emptied near as much, they are left overflowing on Friday and during the weekends, and the dog park is not being cleaned at all. It has gotten so bad that I had to clean it out myself with the scooper just to enjoy the dog park with my dog. I got 4 large scoop fulls in what little time I was out there. The dog park is suppose to be an amenity, but when residents are having to take care of it themselves and do the employee's job, it feels like less of an amenity. I understand that a dog park is not going to be spotless, but over the past couple of months it has been horrendous. I do not know if they got a new grounds person or not (I believe they have), but something must change. I am afraid to see what winter brings with snow and ice removal! I have loved living here, but if something does not change in the grounds department, my dog and I will be going elsewhere.

We like living here. I think it's weird that I need a minimum of 200 characters though to make turn in survey. It took days for them to come look at a smell that was a dead animal. And we have kids. And we couldn't use the bathroom till it was fixed
