It is very nice and quiet. Great place to live. People are nice around here and not noisy. Way to get to 31 and Keystone and 465. Easy to head in any direction needed. There is a sense of community here.

We've had a wonderful experience living here! The office and maintenance staff are always super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels very safe, and I've made great friends with neighbors, especially through the dog park community. The upgraded dog park is such a bonus, and it's clear the community really cares about residents and their pets.

The staff is kind and courteous. The grounds and buildings are well kept. Maintenance issues are always fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I enjoy the many amenities they have to offer, especially the dog park for my pups.

I like the community cause it quiet and peaceful it's in a good spot the staff is nice and the amenities are amazing I like the cafe it is really nice and mainly always stocked and the gym is full of good equipment and the basketball court is clean and useable

Although some of the facilities in this apartment complex are a bit old, they are maintained well and everything is kept quite clean. Occasionally it can get a little noisy at night when people gather outside to talk, but overall I find the environment comfortable and the community pleasant. I am satisfied living here and feel that the location and atmosphere outweigh the minor inconveniences.

the area is nice. pretty quiet and everyone is courteous. lots of things are relatively close by as well. the amenities are nice. street noise is not a problem like at other complexes. has a homey feel

We love it! Great that there is so much walkable paths nearby and that we have a pool. Only thing I hate is when there are packages deemed too big by the post office, I have to go to the actual post office to pick them up.

I have loved living here so far! Our apartment is the perfect size for us and our pets. We love the convenience of being able to walk to some restaurants, a coffee shop, and a nail salon! Staff is prompt with communication :)

Made the process informative, simple, and enjoyable. I am excited to live in this community. Rent in Carmel can be wildly expensive and this was a decently priced apartment in a great area. You get a lot for the price.

The front office and maintenance staff do a great job at communicating with residents, improving amenities and responding to requests promptly. Issues lie in the apartments themselves and surrounding areas as well as some residents. Multiple times there have been alcohol bottles and trash littered in greenspaces in the community. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with garbage. The apartments have outdated HVAC systems where electricity in the winter for a 1 bedroom apartments reaches the $300's. As well continued construction around the community has caused month long road blockages for what I view as useless "raised" crosswalks that people still speed over, and condos being built next to the apartment that stir up dust in the air and noise during the day that shakes my apartment building.

I saw the complex on the web, requested to be contacted and they did it so fast. I had an appointment made and the leasing agent was great. She helped me find an apartment that meets my needs and took me to a unit. She answered each of the 200 questions I had with great attitude. I submitted an application and I hope they have the same great service for the residents they have and it is not only for new residents.

I see lots of people outside walking their dogs and enjoying the outdoors. Everyone has been quick to clean up their mess. It's very quiet despite being near a major road. Several neighbors have already introduced themselves to me.

Legacy Towns & Flats presents as a premium residence accented by value for the square footage & the amenities offered. My experience is that the community is staffed with consummate leasing professionals serving the leasing public. The most important aspect for me is that my amazing leasing agent allowed me to have my voice, she listened, and she offered solutions that met my needs perfectly.

It's a nice community to live in. The complex is nice and friendly. Safe and quiet community to be in. The units are spacious and cozy. Staff is quick to service you and always helpful. This is the reason why I've been here for three years. I will probably stay here until I find a house.

My experience has been ok. Excellent maintenance team! Office handles matters promptly. Only issue is my neighbor causing tension that I've been overlooking but it's becoming overwhelming. Overall a great community.

The apartment is decent but everything feels cheap and they do the bare minimum. I am also disappointed they removed some ammenities like the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace hasnt worked in years. I wouldnt recommend to others. Trash service also is overpriced and they made us use really cheap trashcans. They have ridiculous charges for little things when u move out.

so far it has been great. Never really had any issues except for they don't give you an option to not enter your apartment without permission. It defaults to permission given. Would prefer to have another option set up but I have used the notes to advise not to enter and they have followed through most of the time.

At first I had a great experience although a little frustrated with the condition of my unit upon move in. I had an issue and asked for assistance. I was treated very poorly even though the issue was valid and the residents were evicted. The office disclosed that information to me. I am still waiting to hear if I can terminate my lease November 30 but no one has returned my email.

When touring, Jamal was extremely personable and made for a great experience. After our tour we were quickly contacted by Matty who made the application process easy and quick. We were accomodated with our move in date since we could only do certain days. So far the process has been smooth and exciting !

Outdoor Building Lighting needs to be addressed. Many Lights are out. Something needs to be done about the speed on Community Drive and generally though out the community. The Diagonal Parking on Community Drive is unsafe due to traffic speeds. Other than these items the community is first rate.

It is a good place to live. It is quiet. It is close to grocery stores, schools, and shopping. It is close to major roads that can get you in and out of Indianapolis. There are a lot of activities for the tenants.

We've just moved in but so far so good! We are still waiting on a few move in requests but management has been very responsive thus far. Our maintenance issue was resolved same day very quickly! We even called the wrong number.
