It's been great and we feel safe in the apartment complex. We have great access to multiple places to eat & get haircuts. The leasing team was amazing and one of the best places we have lived! They have great communication & we would recommend this place!

It has been great! Well priced for the area. Kept extremely clean. Maintenance has been fast and friendly. They also have plenty of community events such as food trucks coming by. The gym, although small, has some good equipment and gets the job done for the moderate user. Community has been very friendly too. Overall, I would highkt recommend.

I've only lived in this community for a week but love it so far. I used to live in a JC Hart community years ago on the south side. I really loved the apartment and the staff. I actually like this apartment better because it has a den that I use as an office. In the past I used my guest room as an office and for guest. I also l love the Carmel location better too. There is so much to do here and the neighborhood is amazing!

Good neighbors and Office and maintenance staffs are so nice! One problem is dog poop,I don't understand why someone doesn't clean their dogs poop. It's real problem. Some places are still need to be cleaned.

Awful
This place is horrible. Don't waste your time nor money here. They are racist, unprofessional, rude and narrow minded. Once you sign that dotted line you lose all your rights. Any and everything is a violation of your lease.

Beautiful, Quite and Clean apartments. My wife and I love living here. We love our huge windows in the apartment and our balcony! This community is quiet and has a great sense of community within it! All the neighbors are friendly! Highly recommend this community!

I have had a great experience living here. It is super quiet and everyone is extremely friendly. The only concern that I have is availability for parking, which I completely understand. I look forward to renewing my lease.

Overall, it's been an excellent experience. The only negatives is that the trash compactor is frequently broken, the community no longer has recycling, and the interior of the buildings is often in bad shape, with broken doors and hols in the walls that go unrepaired.

Great experience with the community. I have not had any major issues since I have lived here. The office is always available during business hours to help with anythin you need. The community is quiet.

First impressions have been rocky. Office staff have been great but maintenance team has not. Maybe it was a bad day or bad timing. Maintenance requests are still ongoing and have not resolved any of our multiple issues.

Rent is reasonable, but the community is dirty. There is dog poop everywhere and the trash compactor is always broken. There are dead birds and mice everywhere. It is not kept clean and there is broken glass always by the dumpster.

Great place to live. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The pool and community room are nice amenities. The lawn and landscaping is well kept. Lots of parking. Great location; close to Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville shopping.

Too expensive for quality of apartment, energy costs very high, garbage is constantly overflowing, some maintenance issues unresolved, package delivery issues Friendly staff, ample parking, safe area, multiple ways to pay rent

This community is quiet and friendly. The management is friendly and helpful. The maintenance response quickly and things are completed in a timely manner. Legacy is a great place to live. I could not recommend it enough.

So far so good! Love the apartment and the care that was taken during the upkeep. The place was super clean during move in. everyone was so helpful during the moving process. I really appreciate our move in process.

The apartment complex is nice and quiet. Parking can be an issue if you don't have a garage and you may have to walk a ways. Apartment themselves aren't too bad and there isn't too much noise that comes through the walls. Location is good, too.

I love the area and the complex. Friendly people and quiet community. The gym and basketball court amenities are amazing. If you have a pet, you will love this place. They have a gated park for your dog.

Nice community. Well maintained . Conveniently located to shopping , restaurants, interstates and entertainment. Staff is nice (maintenance & office). Pet friendly. They seem to allow all breeds and weight.

We love it here. The staff is friendly and always available. It's a quiet community and we have never had any disturbances. The pool is a great perk to living here. I highly recommend J.C. Hart here at the Legacy.

Great place. Great staff. Great area. Not too much going on, but still enough going on to keep you engaged. Area is growing and always adding something new. Ever have an issue, it's taken care of in a timely manner.

Overall I have been pleased with the community and apartments. It is generally quiet and clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible to many of the Hamilton County areas. This is why I have lived here as long as I have.

Windows don't work correct, there's a film on the windows and they will not replace it fix. Must have been a privacy film that was later removed and now looks terrible. The cordless shades don't work correct unless you slowly open it inch by inch. They said it was ok at time of check in but later come thru and check the windows. Why?? Varnish of the kitchen cabinets are sticky and they say it's due to just being varnished. Weeks later it's still sticky and they now say they cannot fix it but mgmt will try to gas light me for damages to cabinets. This is Carmel. Not Karen
