The apartments are very nice. There's some wear and tear from being an older building, but maintenance does a nice job keeping it as updated as possible. The grounds are really lovely with a lot of walking space and everyone is very dog friendly!

Everybody is welcoming and everyone seems to have a smile on there face. The move in process was seem less and knowing that these units are at an accessable driving distance to almost everything you would ever need

Great living space, close to the highway and my job. A lot of great restaurants and businesses in the area that are close and quick to get to. The neighbors are friendly and the upkeep around the complex is great.

Cheri in the leasing office was great! I love the property and all the staff. When I moved it, Rob took me to my apt and was very informative! My apartment is bigger than I imagined and I am very pleased.

Highly recommend - I love my beautiful apartment - I went from a house to an apartment and I don't feel like I'm living in an apartment. If there is one thing I wish they could change would be closing the pool so early in the season, we still have quite a few nice days still

We moved from the west coast sight unseen and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the green spaces that surround this complex, dog run, trails and many tree lined sidewalks. The entire staff was so friendly and were very available to answer questions and provide helpful suggestions on moving in day!

Our experience moving in here has been amazing. The staff here are so friendly and always willing to help whenever needed! The property is beautiful and the location couldn't be better! Plus our pups love the trails that are right outside the complex! We love it here!

We just moved in, but so far our experience has been fantastic! The staff are so nice and helpful, the apartment is in great condition and the perfect location, and we love the amenities. It's so nice have a gym, pool, and hot tub so close by! We also appreciate the measures JC Hart is taking to be as safe as possible in the midst of the pandemic. Overall, it's wonderful!

The minute I walked into the leasing office Inwas greeted with smiles! Lovely exterior buildings and very clean quiet living spaces! I do not hear my neighbors, and love the coded entry. Very secure. Quality appliances and extremely helpful maintenance staff!

The apartments are a little expensive, but you're paying to live in Carmel so we expected that when we moved in. There are a lot of community days that the complex puts on (more so before covid). The amenities are great, and recently a camera was installed in the pool area to cut back on the irresponsible people that misuse it. The only problems we have had here are overflowing recycling to the point of blocking parking behind our building, and a broken trash compactor leaving heaps of trash on and around the ground and road by the compactor.

The complex looks nice from a distance, but upon close up view is not maintained well. Units need pained, screens need to be repaired, trees trimmed and blinds maintained inside the units. We were disappointed and glad we are there for a short time.

I moved into this community during COVID 19, but the experience was nothing short of great! The leasing agent I worked with was super helpful and accommodating through the move, and I think that the apartment is one of the best that I've seen!

While the apartments are beautiful and landscape is nice the conditions of the grounds vary month to month. The apartments aren't built well to keep heat in or cold air out, same goes for the summer time. Our electric is higher than I would like, but we do have a larger unit. The gym needs some updates but the space is nice. The pool and grill area is nice, I like that its not attached to an office and that no buildings are surrounding it. Walking through the community is typically peaceful. Maintenance has been a miss any time I've really needed something taken care of. I have to reach back out multiple times to get whatever taken care of properly. I dont know if its a breakdown in communication or carelessness. The office communication Ive had has been my biggest turn off of this community. Its always felt very insincere when Ive had any concerns or frustration, big or small. As of late ive been not getting email regarding changes in the community and all I got was a " well we sent the email, that's weird". Where we are fits our needs currently but we were kind of pushed early to resign a lease. We would not have done so had we had the full time to give them notice.

I was sold on this apartment community the second I saw it. Things like the massive fitness center and dog park were the icing on the cake. The location is perfect and I always feel safe when I'm here. I recommend this apartment community to everyone and anyone!

The Legacy Town Town & Flats leasing staff were great with getting us information and ensuring we were prepared for move in. They answered all our calls and emails with questions promptly. With what I have experienced so far, I would 100% recommend this community to a friend.

Lovely community! Easily accessible to shops, playgrounds, trails, schools, etc. Maintained, clean and safe. Great neighborhood and neighbors! Variety of amenities and resident events to engage community and enjoy activities!

We have really enjoyed living here! The staff is kind and the apartments are very affordable for being in Carmel. The property itself is surrounded by sidewalks and trees which makes it feel like an actual neighborhood.

The overall appeal of the apartment is beautiful. They have many different floor plans to choose from. The neighborhood feels safe and inviting. The readiness of apartment was one of the factors that helped make our decision a little easier.

I've lived in the community for 3 years, stayed in one apartment for 2 and transferred frapartment to another in the 3rd year. The transition was quite smooth. Office staff was willing to work with me and were great! If I have a maintenance issue, the response time is fairly reasonable.

My move in experience was the best that I've had yet. I'm actually quite satisfied with all aspects of this community - from checking it out online, visiting in person, working with the management team, moving in, and living here. The management team was more helpful than any other apartment management team that I've dealt with in the past when we going through the new resident process (signing lease, asking questions, etc...)

So far so good! We loved this place the second we saw it and knew it was the one for us! The window was broken and a floor board upon arrival but they got one fixed already so no complaints there life happens! It's a great place so far!

Overall, very good. Great office staff. Great amenities. Would like to see some bike racks, and some means to get packages other than delivery to the office. I like that the office will accept packages for us, but my work hours, in comparison with the office hours, create delays in claiming deliveries. I do not like the fact that each building does not have a dumpster, and that we are required to haul bags of trash to the compactor ourselves. Also, we have several "dog poo" stations along the various walking paths, but there is not a single waste receptacle for humans to dispose of their trash, that I have seen. Lots of litter.
