The property is well maintained and all the employees work with tenants to ensure we have a great living experience. The grounds are well maintained. There are always fun activities for the families and the gym is kept well. I'm very thankful.

Overall, pretty good. Neighbors that I have run into seem very nice. Good access to walking trails throughout the subdivision to the south. Efficient staff. Recycling facility could be better. (Always seems to be overflowing)

Everything is perfect to live here. Forest is close to our apartment so that we feel great from great environment. Office and maintenance services are very wonderful and we can get quickly responses if we have problems.

Nice community, spacious apartments, great location. Rent is too high especially for the cheap repairs that are made to the apartments and how long it takes to get something fixed the right way. The staff is not always friendly and the company will charge you for things saying it's due to negligence when you weren't negligent at all-they just didn't repair plumbing correctly.

Beautiful place Does need some updates and they need to make sure thand make sure that the town homes are already for you to move in before you get your key and sign lease. Overall it is a very nice place to live just needs some things done faster that's all

The staff here is so nice and helpful. So far, the community here is like an utopia lol. Everything you may need is around the way (Kroger, Walmart, food joints, CVS , etc). Before choosing Legacy Apartments , I searched almost everyday for the right apartment for me. It was a challenge trying to set up tours for different apartments while living in another state (I didn't want to Go into a lease blindly) but the funny thing is I had to have faith when choosing Legacy because I wasn't able to have an in-person tour until my move-in date. At first I was not ok with that lol but for some reason God didn't allow me to say no. I felt at peace when I signed my lease even though I still haven't seen my apartment in person at that moment but my apartment ended up being GREAT. The staff was prompt and helpful!! Although life does happen, there were no hiccups in the process! That was just another confirmation that I belong here!!

Love the fact that there is easy access to anything you could need within a ten minute drive in basically any direction, yet we still have outdoor space and walking trails so it doesn't feel like we in the middle of the city.

The staff is amazing! Truly phenomenal. I work in the leasing field and the staff are not only present, but they actually care and treat you as family! The complex is beautiful and we fell in love with our floor plan. Looking forward to being here for years to come.

So far a great community. Had a big problem and they were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner with understandability. Pet friendly community with no breed restrictions or judgements against particular pets.

Really like this apartment complex! Never had any issues with maintenance and love the area. Everyone is very nice in the office and responds in a timely manor. Nice gym equipment and nice pool. Would recommend to anyone!

So far we love it! Great location, very nice apartments, and great staff! The amenities are fantastic too! I personally like the fact that I feel I can go outside and walk around and still feel safe. The only con is that it's a little on the higher end of the budget but otherwise it's been pretty good for us.

Legacy town and Flats apartment complex is a great place to live! Very safe, clean, and everyone is friendly! It's in a very nice part of town too so there are plenty of eating and shopping options around the area!

Legacy is a very clean, safe, and friendly community. Everyone I've met so far has been accommodating and understanding. The apartments are beautiful and I love how pet friendly Legacy is! There's a dog park, lots of sidewalks, and multiple doggy bag stations. I love seeing all the furry friends walking by!

The apartments are beautiful. The community seems very nice. Great amenities. Staff has been very helpful so far. The apartment is nice as well. It's close to the town center which makes it a great location.

Cathy Pimley provided by roommate and I with more than enough assistance as we made our move into the apartment complex. We are more than impressed with the community, cleanliness of the unit, parking availability, location of the complex, and immense amount of amenities available to us, including a pool and fitness center.

The only issue I have with this complex is trash and recycling. It frequently overflows to the point that garbage is strewn about the parking lot. Residents also don't know how to properly recycle and will put all kinds of stuff in the recycling container, thereby nullifying your contributions to helping the environment. You may as well just throw it away since the unrecyclable material mixed in causes that load to be garbage anyway.

Excellent experience. We have lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed our stay. Our problems are promptly addressed and when something more substantial happens (ie. dishwasher isn't working) they are quick to order a new one and install. Hardly ever a headache dealing with maintenance and office staff. Everyone is very courteous and respectful.

Started out great but has been on a steady decline. The grounds are not kept as clean and the pool is not maintained as well or even as needed. There is a big parking issue which they choose to ignore and not deal with.

Maintenance takes over a year to complete tasks. Office staff gossips about residents and don't do anything else. Manager makes promises and doesn't follow through without pressure from residents. Pool closes all the time

Move in process was about as smooth as I could have hoped for. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions on move-in day and thoroughly showed me around the apartment. Not having an elevator for getting heavy items up to higher floors made the actual move-in not the easiest process, but it wasn't bad at all. Having lived here for about two weeks now I can say that I'm very happy with my apartment so far. The community is nicely taken care of and fairly quiet. Appliances and carpet were in very good condition. Internet through AT&T has been as-advertised. Proximity to shopping and groceries is very good.

The apartment was clean when I moved in, but there were two issues that still need to be resolved due to backordered materials. Getting my keys was an easy process and maintenance showed me where to find important locations around the complex before I moved in.

Friendly service and help. Truly Appreciated! Maybe would have asked more about upgrading a washer unit but maybe I will get used to it. All the information was provided in a timely manner and they were able to accommodate my situation when making my decision.

Legacy towns and flats were great to work with and made sure I was educated on the current available floor plans. Cathy was great to work with and kept me updated through the whole process. Maintenance was great and did a walk thru as I got my keys.
