Everything below is in my opinion. In my opinion, very bad management. In my opinion, They ILLEGALLY modified the lease mid lease with ZERO extra services or services NO ONE WANTS. There are slim to ZERO lawyers to represent you when there are issues with the staff in this state. They have threatened residents for issues that were caused by them. They refuse to maintain the ONLY trash compactor on the property then blame the residents for the failures. They raised rent higher than the worth of the units. They treat the residents like trash. They give the door codes TO ANYONE that asks for them opening the community with possible crime.

Legacy Towns and Flats is a great community. I have been a resident 3yrs and very well pleased with the management staff, maintenance, and grounds. The teams are very responsive to questions and or concerns and respond in a timely manner.

It was a great stay! Loved how the apartment has a separate door to an outdoor patio. Our favorite thing that really sold us the apartment. Really love the design of the 2 bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms. Those 2 features are what caught our eye. Unfortunately its just a little too expensive for us so we are probably looking to move out

I have enjoyed living at Legacy. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate how timely and precise maintenance is on work orders as well. The only issue is the trash piling up outside the trash compactor consistently. I am hoping the trash valet service will mitigate that. Overall, the apartments are well kept with little noise heard from neighbors.

The office staff is so nice and get back to you fast regarding complaints or issues. The maintenance staff is friendly and respond to the maintenance staff quickly. The community is safe and feels like a neighborhood.

The community has been unproblematic. There is plenty of space to walk dogs and kids. The apartment we live in is a bit older and has had some issues but staff has been quick to fix any of those issues that might come up. Traffic on the main roads can be a little noisy and dangerous at times but that's no fault of the complex itself. Overall a pretty good place to live.

The community is great, office staff is kind and courteous, and very professional,the maintenance crew is awesome and complete work orders fast. In the summer though, the trash compactor gets full and the smell is disturbing. I would hate to live near the compactor.

Everyone is pretty cool! I love the neighborhood. When initially moving in, Cathy was so sweet and willing to answer all questions. I've only had two minor maintenance issues. The team was very prompt in helping me with the problem. It's a quiet neighborhood, next to SO many of my favorite spots. Chipotle, Kroger, Walmart, ulta, and more.

My experience in the office was excellent, Cathy was very kind and helped me live here, and so far all the apartment's problems have been solved. I have not had any bad experiences, everything was very good.

This community is very nice, and the staff is great. The units could use some updates for the amount paid in rent (countertops, paint, leaks, etc.) but overall they are a nice quality, just dated. It's a great location with some nice amenities, and is pet friendly which is great.

The experience at this community has been extremely wonderful. This apartment has really felt like home. Any service issues I have had have been responded to at a quickly manner. I will definitely be renewing my lease!

Thank you legacy towns and flats for making the process of moving in goes smoothly, especially the agent Jamilia. Great place to live, very clean and convenient property. We are really glad we made the decision and choose this residence as our home.

Awesome community great maintenance service. Love the amenities with in walking distance and driving distance to this community. There are great walking trails within the community. My favorite thing about this place is my apartment. Unbelievable space I love the layout of my space.

Parking was an issue at first, but that seems to have gotten much better. Other than people not knowing how to use the trash compactor or clean up after their dogs (people are the worst) it's a nice place to live. It's getting a little pricy but it's conveniently located next to everything.

The complex is great. Has a nice quiet and clean set up. Location to area grocery stores and entertainment is extremely convenient. Would definitely choose to live here again. I've heard nothing but great things prior to move in!

Legacy Town and Flats is a wonderful community and the apartments are clean, spacious and affordable. The leasing office took my budget and showed me multiple properties that would suit my needs. The move in process was easy and the leasing office reached out multiple times during to ensure I had a great experience.

I have had great experience, but I wish my toilets could be changed as promised when I moved in. My home was dirty when I moved in and toilets were rusted. Manager promised to change the toilets but never did it. During renewal, still refused to change one toilet. I am not happy about one toilet.

This is very quiet place to live. Everyone is really nice and the staff that work here are very pleasant! They do a good job keeping up with communication on events and letting the residents know what is going on.

We have only been at the community for a week now, but it has been great! Grounds are nice and well kept, dog park was just updated and really nice. The staff has been really helpful throughout the move in process.

Beautiful community, haven't had any issues within it. Great pricing along with great neighbors. The community is quiet and seems safe. The gym is close by and also has a basketball court which is very cool

Amazing staff, especially Cathy. The walls are very thick and we never hear our neighbors except when they walk up the communal staircase. Very dog friendly with lots of DogiPots around. I do think the price of the apartments is more than they're worth. The current construction on 146th is also quite annoying. Going to the grocery store is a bit of a drive regardless of which you want to go to (Costco excluded, as it isn't completed yet). It seems as if the area is being improved upon, but I will not being living here to experience them. A great place to start out if you have just moved to Hamilton county.

Don't expect to get value. The cost is high for what you get and it's becoming a rather old facility. Not a huge urgency from a service perspective. I've had plenty of issues with heater, dish washer, ac.
