Everyone here was so nice and helpful when it came to use asking away questions. And they were very quick with the email replies or text messages. It was probably one the best things when it came to looking for an apartment. The apartment looks great & we definitely are glad we chose to stay here

Great management team! Love the community. Everything is very well kept. Maintenance is of great help. I really appreciate how much this apartment complex is taken care of. It is beautiful and I love it.

Great and quiet place. Beautiful surroundings and community. Appliances and apartments are kept up well. Staff is friendly and willing to help you out. I look forward to my stay. Glad to call those place my new home.

Recently moved in and the experience was great. Staff is responsive and generally glad that we are here. Neighborhood has a few amenities you can walk to. Interstate access is close by as well so it's convenient to get to many places.

The apartment community is wonderful. The staff does their best to keep the area clean and fun with their activities they offer to residents. Parking is never a problem. Apartments are built well enough to where you do not hear excessive noise from other tenants. Pet fees are great as they charge $25 for 2 pets instead of what you find at other apartments. Very clean, well kept, and friendly, caring staff.

We moved in recently and could not be happier with our decision. The property has a lovely neighborhood feel and is well maintained inside and out. The location is convenient to shopping, entertainment, and easy access to downtown Indy.

I really like the community aspect of the property. Me and my dogs enjoy walking along the hiking trails when it's not too hot out. I enjoy using the basketball court, but they need to fix the net because it's broken.

This apartment community is clean. The apartment staff and maintenance staff are friendly and very efficient. There are no breed restrictions and the animals are awesome. The apartments a clean and spacious. JC Hart communities are all around amazing.

Maintenance enters units without permission! Unacceptable. We have a dog that does not like strangers, also just had surgery that limits her mobility. Proper permission should always be granted before entering. I don't care if you were fixing a problem, I had no idea the office staff submitted a service request.

So far so good! This has been a very welcoming and helpful move. We like the space that our new home provides us with. The location of the property is ideal. Not too far away from 465 or 31! It doesn't take a lot of time to get to places.

Overall a good experience. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive to issues you have. The only issues I have involve lack of parking and valet trash service. I use the gym often, updated equipment would be nice as well.

Legacy towns and flats is overall a good community. There are a variety of floor plans for different price ranges. Staff are almost always very responsive and helpful. I've never had any safety concerns.

I moved here from another state and the experience so far has been great. The townhouse is well built. The staff has been nice, polite, welcoming, responsive to all the maintenance questions and needs. It is a clean and well maintained community. Great open spaces to walk, exercise, and breath fresh air without the noises and pollution of the city. Love it.

The apartment is in good condition. We've lived here for 10 months, Only garage door and water heater have some problem and the service team fixed them within a day. The neighborhood is lovely and I highly recommend this community.

Live here for almost a year. The neighborhood is excellent. The apartment is in good condition and the maintenance requests response quickly. Only have issue in garage door and water heater but they are fixed in one day. The school district is great. This is a nice place to live which I highly recommend.

Cathy made moving into Legacy Towns and Flats very convenient and easy! I was able to schedule a virtual tour as I was moving from another state. My apartment is super spacious and the layout is great.

So far so good. Have noticed the apartment rental rates are getting ridiculously expensive! Was thinking of another two bedroom style within the complex but the rates have shockingly increased within just one year!

Very clean and friendly people; I love the nature preserve that is close by. I also think the quality of the apartment is great. Even a one bedroom is quite spacious and great value for what you pay! I plan on resigning.

I have loved living here. This was my first time living totally on my own (I usually have roommates) and I was pretty nervous, but I couldn't have asked for better. Safety was a big concern for me, but I take my dog out in the middle of the night and have never felt unsafe. Maintenance is amazing and fixes every issue quickly, the office staff is very polite, and the community is pretty quiet overall. I haven't had any issues with noisy neighbors which has been a huge plus for me. The only reason I won't be renewing my lease is because I am moving to a different city.

I moved into my JC Hart Legacy Apartment at the end of March 2021. The water heater wasn't working and the dishwasher was not working properly. I assumed that maintenance knew about these issues prior to my move in but they didn't. The water heater was replaced immediately. The dishwasher needed to be replaced and it was installed successfully. Thank you.

I love living here, the community is great, quiet and safe, the people from JC Hart, they are great, anything you need they are there to help you, they respond quickly to your needs, they are always available, I have not had any problems here, if something happens they solve quickly both at home and in my environment, their activities are very interesting and even awards I have won ... I feel very comfortable living in your properties, thank you for your attention!!
