The indoor basketball court was a huge seller for me. I also ha a service dog and they were very understanding. There is plenty of space in the apartment and the high ceilings make it feel less like an apartment and more like home.

So far at this community i have had no problems what so ever, the people are nice, the staff is nice, the maintenance guys are always waving and making sure things are ok in your home and if not it's taken care of immediately.

Very nice apartments. A touch pricey, but they are quiet and very safe. I would highly recommend these apartments if you are not interest in looking for a house. Maintenance is responsive particularly the head of maintenance.

I have lived here since 2014 and it has been a great community. The new manager Cheri, is on point and providing so many more community gatherings since she has been here. Her and her team are fun, friendly, and always so helpful. Maintenance staff is also friendly, timely with completeting work orders i have put in, and helpful. When my male pitbull of 12 years passed in April, the maintence supervisor and staff helped me remove my fur baby from my home so i could take him to be cremated. Through the next several weeks everyone was so thoughtful and expressed their condolences. Also the front office staff has always been very helpful when i have been up there to answer questions or get the questions answered very timely. They also ensure we get our packages and more. Looking for a great community, dont look any futher!

Maintenance goes for the quick and affordable fix. Causes bigger issues down the road. Office staff is very hands off and only gets involved when they feel reputation on the line. Space is not equal to rent paid. You can get a better deal elsewhere with more space. Parking is inconvenient and multiple tenants have multiple vehicles or trailers that they park and keep parked for months on end causing those that leave to park far away from home and walking. The street lights are often burned out causing someone who is a single female feel vulnerable during the night hours.

The Legacy Towns and Flats is a high quality community with reasonable and competitive rent prices for the area, excellent apartment/community amenities, and is conveniently located to shopping and other community attractions. The office staff and maintenance staff are top notch and are responsive to resident needs. The neighborhood is primarily families and professionals, so the noise levels cause no issues. The community is situated near Conner Prairie so residents do hear noise from fireworks and other events occasionally. The community events hosted by the office staff are plentiful and to the benefit and fun of the community. The quality of the apartments themselves (based on my experience from my Amber 1 bedroom layout) are great with high ceilings, big windows allowing natural light, and smartly laid floor plans. Overall, The Legacy is a GREAT place to live. Check it out!

Really nice community. Love the location and the amenities. The gym could use a bit of equipment maintenance and the West windows make it WAY too hot in a gym. The pool is always clean and fun place. Love the resident appreciation events.

We previously lived here around 2 years ago and had a great expereince, but moved due to personal reasons. The place we moved to was also nice and great location, but the customer service there was awful. The staff would not answer the phones, or return calls. We moved back to the Legacy simply because of the Customer service. The Customer service here at Legacy is hands down the best we have ever had. The staff is friendly, and always goes above and beyond to get all of our family's needs taken care of. A 10/10 rating from me, and I will reccommend Legacy Town and Flats to anyone looking for a safe, spacious, updated, well priced, and friendly apartment community.

Very nice community. Love the atmosphere. The staf, maintenance crew and for the most part neighbors are very friendly. I am a dog owner and this neighborhood is pet friendly, with most people being responsible pet owners. Of course there are those few who spoil it for others by not picking up after their animals, making it difficult for those of us who do.

Although I just moved in a week ago, I really like my environment. The community here is nice, clean and welcoming. I am from another state so finding an apartment that is truly "as advertised" when first looking can be tricky. Would definitely recommend!

I've never been happier at an apartment complex than I've been at Legacy Town and Flats. The staff are all incredibly nice, friendly and responsive. Another resident accidentally spilled something in a shared hallway, and it ruined my welcome mat and stained the shared carpet. I reported the spill so maintenance could hopefully save the Legacy actually bought me a new welcome mat. How nice is that?

Living at The Legacy has been a wonderful experience. The way the "Towns and Flats," along with the grounds are maintained displays great pride and care to present this apartments complex as one of the finest in Indiana. I have lived in two different apartments since coming to the Legacy in 2012. The entire staff, from the management in the office to the maintenance people have all been top notch professionals. Great Place and Lovely staff. Maintenance service is great. Quite and Peaceful. Clean. Good for Pet Lovers. Nice Swimming Pool. Plenty of Open space. It would be really great if they have a dedicated KIDS play area in the Apartment complex.
