it has been a very positive experience and i am very satisfied. My experience with last service request was completed by Mark. He was outstanding. I have had three previous techs come in for the same problem (black stuff in bottom of dishwasher. The other ones used a cleaner to run through the dishwasher. Mark took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly. And it was disgusting what he cleaned out. So appreciative.

Great staff and clean environment! I love the apartments and quiet community. The Legacy is conviniently located near wonderful shopping centers, grocery stores and the interstate. My husband and I are very pleased with our overall experience!

It is a nice clean apartment community. Our apartment unit is really nice, new ,and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. We have enjoyed our time here. It's nice being close to shopping centers in both Carmel and Noblesville.

My experience has been wonderful. Love the office staff. The manager always has something planed for the residents each month. The office manager goes above and beyond her job title to take care of the residents. The front desk lady (Cathy) is always polite and energetic. The assistant manager (Randi) also is willing to go the extra mile to help the resident even with typing up their home work. These ladies are a great assets to the J.C. Hart community

It was a very smooth process. Everyone is really helpful and nice. The community it really nice and the layout is great. I would recommend this place to anyone. I plan on staying in this community for awhile.

Legacy Town & Flats has been a great place to live. Excellent amenities- pool, gym, walking paths. Townhome updated well- dishwasher, washer/dryer, new carpets and paint. Would recommend to others! Quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Overall decent experience. People in office are very pleasant and professional. Maintenance and work orders are executed to perfection. Cons: Sometimes neighbors can be noisy, 8pm or later with loud car music.Times for delivery of mail fluctuate greatly and on more than 3 occasion i have gotten a key in my mailbox to access other people's packages. Neighbors give delivery drivers door codes instead of getting up and receiving their food which defeats purpose of door code security.Sometimes neighbors leave trash outside their doors..

My boyfriend and I love living at the Legacy. The exterior buildings are inviting and clean. The outside area as well as the amenities are clean and great to have. The parking outside is free and we really love and appreciate that!

The office staff are helpful, the quality of the maintenance staff is on the poor side, they don't do a very good job in fixing issues. After submitting a claim of a leak in the garage nothing was ever done to resolve the issue.

I like living here. The only problems that I have are the noise from 146th traffic. Since we are closer to the street, it can be noisy at night. Better insulation in the windows would help. Also we've put in requests for maintenance that was not handled.

I have really enjoyed living here. It is conveniently located, yet not crowded by stores or other structures. The office staff is helpful, and the community members are friendly and kind. The apartments themselves are of very high quality.

This is a great community. I've only been moved in for about a week and it is already starting to feel like home. The pretty kitchen, design details such as French doors and the cleanliness of the apartment are wonderful!

Staff is very friendly and efficient, from the office to maintenance. The dog park is great as are the dog walking areas. The property is very quiet despite 90% occupancy. We are happy to be here while our home is being built.

Management office extremely friendly. Location is in convenient area of Carmel. Everything you need nearby. For those with kids, great schools within minutes. I'm very happy with my decision to choose Legacy.

This community has been so fantastic. I just recently moved in and the process was so quick and easy. Working with the office staff made me confident that if I had any issues while I was living there, I could easily talk to them and they would be handled promptly.

This is a completely safe and nice community. I love being here and wouldn't want to move to any other apartment complex once my lease ends. I love the amenities too. maintenance is amazing too, they are really quick.

I loved this community at first, especially because they have no breed restrictions. However, after a drive-by shooting occurred, management acted like nothing happened and did not help distraught tenants. Because of the way they handled this situation, and many others afterwards, I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone. If management is cleaned up, then this place is great for dog lovers, especially if you have a pitbull. However, management is so poor and made our experience living there miserable, that I would not recommend Legacy Town and Flats to anyone.

I have been been living at Legacy for about 7 month now, and I love the complex. The apartment has a lot of natural light, and there is a lot of space. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was a little messy when I first moved in, such as drawer not being cleaned out, but nothing major. They have appreciation weeks every now and then, which is nice. I highly recommend this apartment complex. :)

This is the 2nd time I have moved into this community. I love my apartment and the layout. Plus, the bus stop for my son's school is just steps away from our door. The property manager is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend!

I really enjoy living here at Legacy. The staff is courteous and helpful. I appreciate that dogs are allowed, with cleanup stations and a Park for them. Also, the extra things that are done through the year.

I have only just moved in, but the process of moving in here was great. Very friendly and responsive staff. The apartment was well maintained and clean prior to me moving in. The complex is very pet friendly which is important to me. The location is convenient to access multiple route options to head to my job downtown as well.
