There are so many positives with The Legacy apartments. Newer, upscale, clean, very modern. Tremendous pool area with hot tub. Friendly staff. Great location. Conveniently located between Carmel and Noblesville on 146th street. I like the fact that the apartments are set back off of 146th street about 500 yards. It gives the apartments a more secluded feel. The apartment buildings vary in color and materials, nothing worse than all of the buildings the same color and texture and go on forever. Well lit, very safe. Dog friendly. I love it here. Bike and walking trails. It is hard to believe that there is a McDonalds & a Kroger?s just 2 miles away. Fitness Center and ? basketball court. Numerous floor plans to choose from. The staff puts events together to get people to mingle and meet their neighbors. I highly recommend it here. If you are looking for a nice apartment on the Indianapolis North Side, you owe it to yourself to check out Legacy Towns & Flats in Carmel.

Quantity of maintenance issues was unacceptable for apartment cost. Be sure to install a water softener or hard water from the apartments could ruin your dishes, clothes, skin and hair. Greater attention to detail and customer service would have changed my overall perspective. For example, the landscaping in the front of the apartments looked great but the landscaping in the back of the apartment complex went unattended.

I have enjoyed my time here. My only complaint is that I moved into a two story townhome when I got married but there is someone that lives above us who is very loud. I don't understand why we pay this much for a townhome but have someone living above us in which we can hear every step he makes.

My experience was wonderful in the beginning now the quality has decreased. The response I get for things not looking or sounding good in my apartment is not good. I pay a lot of money in rent and I could go somewhere else that looks better.

Everyone has been wonderful! From the first time I walked in to get leasing information to my move in day, everything was great! I would recommend this property to anyone. Very pet friendly and everyone is so nice. Love it here and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I love the Legacy. The only thing I dinged them for is not really being a super convenient location. It really depends on the type of person you are. I like it. I moved here to be "away" from everything. As best as you can be with an apartment, any way. Unless something radically changes, this is going to be my last apartment before I purchase a house. I have lived in 4 apartments previously, and the Legacy is head and shoulders above the rest. If you can afford it, the price is seriously worth it. I have never had a maintenance request take more than one business day, except for a slight miscommunication when they were changing systems. Even then the manager gave me her personal cell phone in case it happened again. Even if you just have a light bulb out on a high ceiling, one day or less. The staff in the office isn't a revolving door of turn over. They all remember your name & face when you come to get packages. I sometimes have a hard time making it home by 6 to get packages, but they will still open the office door if they are still around at 6:15. Or if you call ahead they will usually stay and wait for you. Most of the time they email you letting you know you have a package. It is the small things that make all the difference. Not to mention I lucked out and got a balcony with an awesome view of the nature preserve! I also have a garden tub in the master bedroom. Once you go garden tub, you never go back. :)

Great experience! I love the environment and the staff! Everyone is friendly and nice. I know that I am living in a safe place which makes me feel comfortable. I also love how clean the apartments are and the landscape outside. There are many things offered such as a pool and a fitness center which I enjoy.

Legacy Town and Flats is a fantastic place to live, but it is very expensive. I pay about $900/month plus utilities for a 1BR and I own my personal washer and dryer. The office staff is the friendliest and most helpful you will find and they try to create a real sense of community for an apartment complex.

I love my Legacy Towns and Flats JC Hart community. The office staff is very friendly and diligent in there work. Maintenance staff is timely and courteous. I have enjoyed the company of my fellow neighbors. The apartments are nice and spacious. I would highly recommend this community and company to anyone.

My overall experience in The Legacy has been very good. They have a good workout facility that has very generous hours. The community is very pet friendly, which is important to me, having two dogs. The apartments are very quiet -- I very rarely here noises from other units. There is excellent access to miles of walking trails. All in all, a great place to call home.

Everyone was very helpful when I was looking for an apartment. Angie always answered all of my questions and never got annoyed. The move in process was simple and the apartment was clean when I moved in. The building is quiet and I love my new garage. I hope to stay at J.C. Hart for several years until I can build a house. Great apartments, I just don't like the location of our unit, it backs up to the road that has a bad noise from construction traffic. I did not realize that it would be so mach traffic during the day. Everything else is good, very clean unit, like the floor plan and garage availability. Thanks!

The move in has been a breeze. Very quiet neighborhood and not far from shopping or highway passage. The overall appearance of the property is well maintained. Cars are parked on the streets but there is ample room to drive through because it is pretty much three lanes wide. My only suggestion would be to have multiple trash areas. As of now there is only one and fortunately for me it is not far but for others further away it could prove to be a hassle at times.

Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and the maintenance staff is super helpful. Any sort of maintenance needs I have had, they have addressed within a day or the same day if it was an emergency. I have lived here for 3 years in 2 different apartments and both have been great.

I love living in this community. The staff are so nice and professional. The grounds are beautiful and I have everything here that I need. I appreciate the fact that the community loves dogs. Our neighbors are friendly and I love the impromptu extras they have had for us such as cookouts and other fun activities. There is a real sense of community here.

I was really impressed with the amount of space that I have in my one bedroom apartment. Parking is abundant. In addition, the bark park for my dogs is also an extreme plus. Most importantly, I feel safe and am satisfied with my new apartment!!
