Megan made moving in such a seamless experience. I love the facilities and location of this apartment. I also loved the map of all the pet facilities. My apartment has lots of windows which is really what sold me!

I love The District at Saxony, we've lived here for almost three years and we've never had any problems with the apartments. There have been some issues with a neighbor but the apartment took care of it right away and was amazing about whole ordeal. Everyone I have met that works here is very nice and knowledgeable. There's not a lot of public transit but there are a lot of things to do and the area is beautiful.

Absolutely love the community felt like home as soon as I moved in. All the upgrades this community offers is above all others. Ease of access to shopping/highway is nice. I love the layout of my new place and the staff is amazing.

I am very comfortable. There are also a park and gym. I am walking around the park such as a walk, but I am walking safely and comfortably. Convenient for shopping and close to expressway I think it's convenient to go anywhere.

Everyone at District at Saxony has been amazing! From my first visit I knew I wanted to live there. The neighborhood and community is so safe and welcoming. The entire area is very well put together, and the office staff are so will to answer any and all questions and go above and beyond to give you the best experience!

I don't think the quality of the apartments is up to community standards especially for the price. The carpeting has not been replaced and is dirty when we moved in. Baseboards need to be replaced from previous tenants there was a dogs or something chewed it or scratched it. The paint job was rushed-paint on cabinets dropped on handles. The paint on walls not high quality. The rail on balcony is not sturdy and is cheap plastic and not up to building code.

Very responsive staff, clean community. The floor plans are very spacious, great options to add a garage. Community does have noise, kids, and parties. Lots of pets which is great, but they can be loud when the owners aren't home.

Very nice apartment complex. Maintained very nicely. Easy to rent the apartment and move in. Everyone he's been friendly and extremely helpful. All questions are answered right away and maintenance is very responsive.

This apartment complex is conveniently located off of 69 and by plenty of shopping and entertainment options. The apartment is clean, and staff is inviting. I love that there are no breed or weight restrictions, so my dog was welcomed with open arms. Overall, this is a great community to live in.

Everyone has been very helpful in our relocation and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is close to stores, schools, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and well organized. We couldn't have found a better community.

The location of this community is close to the interstate and shopping. I love the look of the townhome and it was very clean. The staff is awesome too...very accommodating. I love that it is in the HSE school district!

This is the best apartment community I've lived in. Megan was very helpful and knowledge throughout our move in process. The whole staff is amazing. The overall community is great. The area is ideal for anyone. We love it!

Awesome staff. Shay was a great help during the move. The apartment was in perfect condition. Liked there was daily events for the residents especially the pizza. Community was quiet and the lake is awesome

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience at the district at Saxony. The staff are all so kind, the apartment complex is in a safe and clean neighborhood. There are amazing amenities around here. Highly recommend.

I feel so comfortable and happy here. Truly feels like home. Everything is well organized and the building always strives to make sure the residents are comfortable. It's quiet and clean and the apartments are very nice

Moved in few weeks ago and we are extremely pleased with apartment, staff, and location. Nice grounds and surroundings. Easy access to shopping and Resturants and close to major roads. Great place to live and highly recommend.

Staff is great, apartments are nice and quiet, residents are friendly. Proximity to lots of shopping, hospital, restaurants. There's a scenic path all around Lake Saxony. I run and walk around it everyday.

The community is beautiful with terrific staff members who are professional, friendly, and attentive. Our experience from day one has been positive and welcoming. Our townhouse definitely feels like home. We couldn't be happier!

Experience has been positive - apartments are up to date and clean. The location is lovely for outdoor recreation as well as shopping. It is conveniently located near the interstate to get downtown. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Appreciate that there is no weight limit for dogs.

This apartment has been great as a short term rental. I was able to do all of the paperwork via email which is great for my busy life. The apartment is nice and was clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth as well. Overall I am very happy with it.

I love living at the District of Saxony. Lots of amenities, large living space! Maintenance is always quick and effective. My 11 year old loves the pool and indoor basketball court. I love the view of Saxony beach it's so beautiful

Great location and community. The office staff here is amazing and always willing to help out if they can. They are always having activities for the community. The location is pretty well kept up and the maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues and always does a great job. I would recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere long term or short term.
