Overall great community to live in. The staff is so personable and will really get to know you and find exactly what you need. Everything is so safe and every single person I met has a smile on their face.

Very well built and nice looking. Was looking for an apartment that had people around my age of young adult and in a nice and convenient location for my work and this provided both. The rent is good for the quality of the apartment I am renting.

Did not meet expectations. Poor upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment . Maintenance was prompt but issues were inherent . Staff on site were available for questions and concerns. Overall a good team but not happy with the apartment quality.

District at Saxony Apartment in Fishers, Indiana Staff is not friendly to new Residents always. Chris Miller is a Maintenance Supervisor of the District at Saxony Apartment in Fishers, Indiana because He is very cruel to 3 former Ground Technicans always. He is unwilling to train to former 3 Ground Technicans to become a new Maintenance Technican in Training position. That is why the former 3 Ground Technicans quit or terminated from the District at Saxony Apartment for every 6 months to one year always because they are not unwilling to train to new Ground Technican position or to new maintenance Technicans in Training position because they were not truth.

I love how light and bright the apartments are! When I first walked into the apartment, I felt that it was very clean and well maintained. It was very exciting because I have never moved into an apartment this bright and this well maintained before!

The one thing that I love is that I've never had an issue that wasn't easy to fix. It should be considered a compliment to the staff that I have always recommended our community to anyone looking. The staff cares and it shows in their actions.

The District at Saxony is a beautiful, affordable apartment complex. It has a beautiful lake to walk around and a large dog park that we love to use. The staff in the main office take the time to know you and are very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, great amenities including dog friendly. These apartments check off every box I had when searching for apartments. Maintenance is also very quick to respond. Probably the first apartments I haven't had issues with since being to rent 4 years ago.

The community is in a prime location, has a very clean appearance, and seems to be well managed. The office and leasing staff have been extremely helpful through the move in process and I expect the same if any issues arise. Some minor issues like a missing light bulb but nothing that would keep us from living here!

Great apartment complex with beautiful view and courteous staff! It's in a great location next to restaurants, shopping and a beautiful little beach. Close to 69 for an easy commute! Saxony is great for young professionals, families, dogs and those entering retirement!

Since we moved during the COVID pandemic, we didn't get an in-person tour of the apartment. Everything was done over Skype and we saw some pictures of the apartment. We took a risk and decided to rent it, since it seemed like a good place to live, and we weren't disappointed. The complex is gorgeous, with a nice lake and beach right outside our door and the neighborhood feels safe. There's plenty of parking spaces available at all times. The apartment is very nice, spacious, well-illuminated, with new kitchen appliances. We immediately felt like home in here. :)

New resident, nothing at all to complain about! The cleanest apartment community I have been at, while also having the most dogs/being the most dog friendly. Office staff is fantastic. Submitted a maintenance request and it was fulfilled within 12 hours.

Beachside Apartments are very nice and have great veiws. The fixtures and floors are nice and some have two stories. The trail around the lake is nice to walk or run on and the beach is a great asset to the community.

Love living at the District I have only lived here a couple months but everyone I have worked with has been awesome! I'm really happy with my apartment and the floor plan it fits my needs perfectly! So glad I chose the District at Saxony

The staff did a great job assistance us with details about the complex and made us feel very welcome! This apartment complex is a prime location for several local dining and shopping centers. Another great thing about this area is that it continues to attract young, progressive families who strive to maintain great neighborhoods and promote good health.

The staff, including maintenance, is very friendly and knowledgeable. The area is great and kept clean, close to places for eating, and events. truly enjoyable experience so far with the J.C. Hart team.

The management staff are friendly, courteous, and engaging. The property grounds are well managed and esthetically pleasing. The maintenance team are quick/efficient, provide quality work, and are friendly and courteous. This is a great community to live in.

JC Hart always has Great staff at their communities. I have lived in 3 different communities of theirs and a total of 5 different apartments. Their Apartments are Typically pricey for what you get (Especially sq. Ft and closet space) . But the areas are always nice and the communities are always well kept.

Poor upkeep of staircases dusty and no attention to detail communal trash area not maintained over the weekend see attached photos . Residents dumping old furniture in the compactor and around trash area (beds , mattresses, contents of their apartment!!) rents are not cheap so I would expect a better upkeep level

This place (stand alone town home) is not worth the money. These buildings use electric heat and also do not retain any heat. This makes for a very expensive electric bill. My electric bill should not be a quarter of my rent. The maintenance guys are nice, but are not trained, equipped or expected to fix the root of the problem. We have had electrical issues from day one. The office is nice, but that sums up my positive notes.

This is the first time I have lived in an apartment and I feel I could not have found a better place. The entire staff go out of there way to help and make you feel welcome, especially Maddie he is fantastic!!

My experience has been good with this community. The office staff is pleasant to work with and genuinely tries to get to know you and work with you to solve any problems you have. This is the most pleasant staff I have encountered at an apartment complex.
