It's been a great move in. So many helpful, friendly staff members and just an amazing community overall. The scenery is beautiful just like the inside of the buildings. Everything is clean and kept up to date.

Our move in experience was smooth. Everyone that works here is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance team responds to regular requests same day, and they are very punctual with emergencies as well.

Apartment is nice. There isn't really a community in my opinion. The public beach is a turn off because it brings in people who aren't residents. Cars driving around that shouldn't be here, cars blocking the road that allows you to enter. It's a very nice lake and the idea is cool. I just find it frustrating that I have to work around people who don't live here.

This apartment has been wonderful, the amenities are a huge influencer and does not disappoint. The process of finding our space was seamless and the office kept in close contact. Every staff we have encountered has been easy to work with and extremely pleasant!

After living here for the past 2 years, I can say that this is a peaceful community. I think anybody can make themselves home here, whether it's a family, a couple, or someone living on their own. There is always something to do, and the District lets us know what's happening in the community. I enjoy being a resident of Fishers. The only suggestion I could make would be to have more accessibility within the buildings. I've had relatives that cannot visit because they can't climb stairs and we live on the top floor. Over time, that should be a goal to strive for.

Living at The District at Saxony has been wonderful. We have loved the community, staff, and the maintenance staff that go above and beyond for the residents that live here! The location is excellent and the apartment complex offers so many incredible amenities that we use regularly since living here.

Apartments and surroundings are well kept. I feel very safe in this community. Staffs here are very nice and courteous. Whenever I needed something or do have a maintenance work, they respond very pretty quick.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They made the move in process very easy and Taylor had everything ready for us a week before our move in! They are an amazing community that I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I enjoy where I live! I love the Lake District and the cleanliness/ up keep of the grounds. Maintenance is always done promptly and efficiently. I feel comfortable and safe with the communication and security of access to my home especially with me being pregnant and sharing this home with my new baby ??

Units are small but nice. Maintenance is very prompt. However there is no reason for them to increase rent during a PANDEMIC. That is absurd and very inconsiderate. If the quality of our unit isn't changing, then neither should the rent.

I had a wonderful experience! Matty was so quick to responding to my emails with any questions I had. Overall I absolutely love my apartment! The lighting, paint choice, and kitchen are all so perfect! Would recommend this complex!

Our apartment needed additional cleaning and wasn't in ready condition when we arrived on move in day. The staff tried to correct some of the issues, but my overall experience was not ideal. We expected more and there is room for improvement in this area.

Staff is amazing here. I personally recommend Matty Jacobs for the leasing process. They allow restricted pet breeds and the neighborhood is very safe and convenient by the interstate and several schools

I only just moved in but have already had 3 maintenance concerns and they were taken care of very quickly!! during my initial walk thru w/ maintenance I noticed a moldy smell in the laundry room. They immediately took care of it by removing the drywall to look for leaks. It was put back together better than new

The community as a whole feels very welcoming, safe, and clean as a whole. It was a nice addition onto what I already deem the apartment as above expectations! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move into the area!

So the leasing agent matty was awesome from the start he was very knowledgeable about the community and the apartments. He was very welcoming to a potential resident. The Community is located near shoppingand restaurants as well as close to the interstate for easy access.

The application and move-in process was quick and easy - especially because we were coordinating an out of-state move. Our point of contact in the leasing office was Matty - he's amazing and definitely an asset to the company! He made sure we had everything we need and made the whole process as painless as possible. The property is gorgeous and is maintained really well. The amenities are fabulous and we can't wait to use them! We were a little nervous about moving into a townhouse that was sight-unseen since we were out of state, but the virtual tour let us know exactly what we were getting. Overall we are extremely pleased and would recommend this property to others!!

Nice unit with a great amount of space. Very accommodating to pet owners. The amenities are a nice touch with a great full gym and indoor basketball court. The staff are very kind and respond very fast.

Quiet and secluded. Great walking trail. Close to shopping and hospitals. Perfect location. Nice pool and clubhouse and hot tub. Excellent staff and maintance. team. Outdoor fire pits and seating area. Saxony Beach is on premise.

The District at Saxony has been a wonderful place to live! The community is clean and well kept, including indoor and outdoor spaces. The office staff frequently organize events for residents which makes it a fun place to live. The building is generally quiet and maintenance has been fast and efficient. Overall it's been a great experience

My experience has been great. The office staff is kind and responds to any questions or concerns within a few hours. The maintenance team is also fast at responding to any repairs. I love the key codes on the doors it gives me a great sense of safety and security.

Awesome staff in the office and maintenance. They are quick to help and fun to be around. Very close to resturants, parks and shopping. I have met many very nice people in the community itself. Pets are very welcome.

This community has be spectacular from the moment I moved here. The staff and maintenance are really good and they keep the complex looking nice and presentable! They are very responsive and involved in the community in which they serve!
