So far our experience is wonderful the front office is nice and helpful we have a dog and they are very pet friendly and plenty of nice areas to walk, in a very convenient location and is very nice the apartments are nice and updated

Overall experience was not terrible. They always have some sort of fun things going on at the clubhouse. I would say they go above and beyond to make it a fun & accepting community. Although, I feel they like to pick & choose who they hold accountable for things. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Taylor that works in the office is absolutely AMAZING. She is so kind and always willing to help. They make you pay for valet trash yet there are times that trash will sit at your door for two days. The service they use for the trash will leave trash all over the hall if there is a hole in the bag. They left a note on my door saying they will fine me for sitting a trash bag on the carpet (right after I moved in, I had no idea). My current neighbor has at minimum 2 bags sitting on the carpet daily... Nothing has been said or done. It just feels clicky here and there.

To be quite honest. The property isn't as clean. Lots of people leave their dog droppings all over the property. The kids are out of control in the fitness center. They act like it's their personal gym. Management doesn't get back to you unless you write a complaint on their surveys. I sent emails and get no response from anyone. They don't even seem interested in anything you say.

The community is quiet and relaxing. The clubhouse has plenty of options for residents and the vibe is great. The staff is amazing and flexible when issues arise and things get fixed fast. Plenty of walking trails and the swimming pool is rewarding.

It's a peaceful and friendly community. The roads are clean, quite and beautiful. I moved in 2 weeks ago and I have been satisfied and happy with the community. The shopping mail is not too far away and the school system is amazing.

Totally satisfied. Any problems were fixed almost immediately. Very Happy! For the same price other places charge, this place beats them by a mile. There is no comparison. The place is clean and well kept, the location is near almost anything a person could need or want. There is a high school, junior high school, an elementary school all within walking distance of each other. Approx 2-3 miles away.

We have been here for almost a year, and have enjoyed our stay very much. Our apartment has been comfortable for me, my husband, our cat, and German Shepherd. We have had no issues with our apartment, and enjoy the sights from our 3rd floor apartment. They are currently working on the parking lot, which will help to keep things looking sharp. There are lots of families in the complex, a concert center near by, and a hospital close by, so don't expect total silence-but that's part of the charm. It's a charming and lively place to live with conveniences near by, such as schools and an Ikea being only 10-15 minutes away. All in all, I would recommend giving the District at Saxony a try!

Great community. Clean and safe. The staff is amazing. The apartments are updated and clean and inviting to guests. The ground are well taken care of and the hallways are always clean. I live right On the lake and love my view.

A good community. I think that more could be done at the clubhouse level to keep the are clean and to monitor the pool area much better as it seems that individuals not living in the community are utilizing and others are not following the rules

This neighborhood is expensive, but mostly worth it. It's quiet and the amenities (gym, pool) are great. I dislike being forced to pay $25 monthly for trash service that we don't use. Maintenance and office staff are quick to respond.

It's an amazing community, it's super calm and quiet. It has beautiful areas to walk your pet. What I like most about this place is that they always solve any problem and everything works correctly.

This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. The management and staff do a great job at keeping the community beautiful and safe. The service team is wonderful and responsive. We feel safe here and would HIGHLY recommend this community.

Overall nice community, close to shopping and dinner, great school district, modern amenities. Ideal for a single person, or small family (2kids or fewer). Not ideal for a large family (more than 4 people). In walking distance to Saxony beach, downfall there are a lot of Pigeons.

The community is great. The office staff is excellent always ready to help and assist. Maintenance staff are amazing they respond to request for repairs almost immediately and are very accommodating regarding work times.

I've had a great experience with the office staff. I've transferred between 2 buildings and they were very accommodating and helpful. The teams have also been very quick when any issues or questions come up.

I love this community. It really feels like home here, along with the beach nearby. I wish I had found it sooner when moving to this area! The maintenance is amazing and the staff truly cares about its tenants.

I've lived in Terre Haute, Indiana for 24 years of my life and this was my first move away from home. I'm very glad I chose The District at Saxony because it has easily transitioned into feeling like home as well. I don't see too many people around the property very often, but everyone I have seen has made it feel very inviting and welcoming.

Nice complex and floorplan. I feel appliances are low-end and not sure the overall value is there. There are many apartment complexes to choose from in the area. I took this apartment sight unseen and it has worked.
