I enjoy very much the design and makeup of the community. Nice walking paths. Nice gym and health club. Fantastic responses by leasing staff and quick maintenance follow up to requests. Overall a very nice place to live.

      This community is so beautiful with scenery and full of kind neighbors. Maintenance will always help with any concerns you have and the office staff is super helpful, as well. I've lived in a couple apartments over the past couple years and this community is by far one of the best ones I've experienced.

        I like the apartment well enough and enjoy the closeness to 69 and 116th and all the stores and restaurants nearby. Neighbors are all nice and I haven't had any noise issues, walls have decent insulation so you don't have to hear TVs or conversations. The exception to the neighbors is whoever drives the loud as ---- red Mustang with straight pipes that comes and goes at weird hours. I ------- hate them, but otherwise neighbors are fine. I haven't had any significant issues as far as maintenance. My thermostat went out in August and it was fixed by the time I got home from work. Overall, I like the place, but my rent went up last year and my apartment didn't get any bigger, so I'm looking at one more year here and then moving on.

          I love the environment,it's quiet and beautiful, my daughter love it.i just wish a washer and dryer comes with the rent.i am here alone and needed help with one or two rent is a lot for me not to have a dryer and washer and I stay on the second floor.

            My husband and I like the community so far, we've only been here for days. It seems to be very peaceful, very quiet, and very clean. It's still a little bit too soon to determine and give a great grade again we've only been here less than a week. We are looking forward to a great experience at this location. We chose it because it's very easy for him to commute to work, so quick to the highway was required. We love The landscaping in the community, I can't wait to get out and walk on the weather is perfect

              We have loved it so far. The only issue we have had has been with neighbors. The community is nice and the office staff is fairly responsive. Most dog owners pick up after themselves but unfortunately some don't.

                Our apartment is as great, as well as all of the office staff. Maintenance was very responsive when needed. Great place to walk because of the area and also because it feels very safe. We would definitely recommend them

                      Leasing agent was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. Showed me around and explained differences between two different models I was considering. Unfortunately I was given misleading information twice and I'm really hoping that isn't a reflection of how the rest of my lease will go. I was already uneasy after the first time, but by the second time I had already signed the lease so it was too late. I like the overall environment and the apartments are well kept.

                              Nice community! This apartment needs a lot of remodeling though. New appliances are needed for the apartment. Washers and dryers are tiny!! Stove is old. Fridge is ok but could be better and need elevators

                                Friendly overall staff that takes care of you, and tries to create a sense of community amongst residence. They are Fishers prices, but the overall feel and quality is worth the cost, for the most part.

                                  This used to be a good place to live. The office staff and their total lack of responsiveness have ruined that. My e tire apartment smells like my neighbors trash can as it is now stored two feet outside of my door. At night trash is spread across the hallways and staged in such a way that you have to turn sideways just to walk down the hall.

                                  Overall great community. Has beautiful views for walks or runs. Maintenance is quick - for me whenever I've submitted a ticket they've got to it within 24-48 hours. I like that my garage is attached to the building for safety reasons as well as convenience. It's fairly quiet for apartment living.

                                        This apartment community is in an ideal area and beautiful buildings. I was able to get a luxury apartment for much cheaper than normal by signing an 18 month lease contract. The location is also close to 69, so you can easily get to Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Castleton, and Noblesville.

                                          Made complaints to management multiple times with nothing ever done about my complaints. They just send out emails to the tenant that is the issue but confront the tenant. How do they know the tenant is even reading the emails

                                              I love this community. Neighbors are really nice. Management is really good and take care of any maintenance issue right away. I feel it's one of the best places to live in Fishers. I really feel safe living here.
