It is a great place that has a very responsive maintenance staff and great facilities including a gym and pool. It is also in a very convenient area with parks and malls nearby for anyone who needs to burn some time

By far, my most favorite apartment I've ever lived in! Apartment is beautiful and spacious. Property is very well taken care of- tons of beautiful grass and walking paths. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyable neighborhood with plenty of nearby activities! Very friendly staff, and great help when needed. Quite nights, easy parking, cool dog park. The gym is nice as well as the pool! Happy to call it home and looking forward to continuing my stay.

It was a 10/10 experience. Austin went above and beyond making sure I had every piece of info prior to moving in and has answered all my questions. Lizzy was also great during my move in, she was very helpful!

I truly have been enjoying my experience so far living in this community, we moved in about three weeks ago, everyone is friendly and don't have too many complaint about noise. There are a few things that have been quite finicky and a little broken but we understand it has been vacant for quite some time and things happen, management was very efficient and friendly, the move in process was smooth and easy, lots of stairs but i love the place we have been able to call home.

Clean beautiful, great location, kind staff and very informative. We'll maintained apartments that are in excellent condition. Can't wait to lease one! There is a clubhouse, pool, and it's very well kept.

Ppl are very nice, apartments and staff are just as nice I would consider adding elevators in the buildings. Other than that living here has been nothing short of amazing. I would recommend this community to anyone.

The community is quiet and safe, well kept with beautiful view of the lake. The community is complete with amenities. Staffs are professional in dealing with our concerns.The community is near schools, church and hospital.

The whole process was smooth. From the time I first discussed the apartment to moving in was 3 days. I could not have asked for a situation as good as this. I would recommend this JC Hart property to anyone who ask.

Nice community and good apartment building, friendly staff. Feel safety. Good club house with big gym and i like to indoor basketball court. The building also many doors to keep safety and private. Good job

It was fine. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided me with the information I requested. The apartment seemed a little?tired. Like it could use some updating. Brighter counters and cabinets.

Good community so far and the maintenance/front office has been extremely helpful with the move in process. They are pet friendly which was huge for me and hopefully we can meet some other dogs are the neighborhood.

I loved the apartments at first. As I began to stay here longer, the upkeep of the apartments began to declined. Residence packages are coming up missing because they no longer allow packages to be dropped off at the main office which started during Covid. I've had over $500 worth of packages stolen from me and unfortunately there is nothing that the office can do. I've lived here since 2016 and this just started so it has to be someone new in our building. Not only have I had packages stolen, there are several neighbors in my building that have also had their packages stolen.I will say more recently, they have began trying to improve the building and the upkeep of the building. It's starting to feel like how when I first moved in.

My overall experience has been one to brag about. The leasing staff have always been so kind and I've never felt unsafe within the community. Coming from previous complexes, there's always parking available and it's never a hassle to park near my door. There's so many option for walking paths, whether that be solo or with a dog. The beachside community is so beautiful as well as the opposing side. It's always quiet both outside and within the buildings which is so appreciated. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend!

This community is very good and the people in it are very calm and nice. I feel safe, and the idea of ??helping with garbage disposal is a wonderful thing, in addition to the Saxony staff, they are good listeners, helping in everything you need, and the maintenance staff is wonderful

I am very happy with this apartment. It is close to schools, supermarkets and all the essentials. Occasionally we may need to request maintenance, but the staff responds promptly. One thing that bothers me is that sometimes there is noise from the room above. If someone runs around or drops something, I can hear it all the way to my room.

Very good for my first time living on my own. Me and my kids feel safe and the amenities and outdoors is nice to enjoy. Restaurants, hospitals and HSE schools providing bus transportation close by.

So far the move in process has been seamless and the community itself is beautiful and well kept! When searching for this home, I ended up looking through the JC Hart website to find all the properties within the area. The sense of community in these properties is outstanding and I would sign over and over again.

Overall the community is very nice with amenities that we love and a location that is perfect for our family. Our particular unit has had several "quirks" since we moved in that we are working with the company to address.

Place started out great. However, over the last 1.5 years the quality of renters has slipped and therefore issues have arose with neighbors. Repeated reports have been filed with the office and there seems to be no urgency of action as we begin to feel uneasy about the situations.

Amazing apartment location that really takes care of their tenants. I love that they offer numerous events to bring the community together. Also any service request submitted is tended to within a timely matter and they also update you on any issues. I love it here and would definitely recommend anyone I know to live here

Excellent work crept when they switched management. No communication. I just wish they would have communicated about the switch of management and time change because I moved 2 hours away and got here and no one thought to communicate that the time had changed.

Love living here. Quiet and peaceful. Complex is located close to several grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, concerts, and movies. Lived here since 2019. Would love to have more updates to apartment.
