I love this community and am so glad we chose to live here for our first apartment together. My favorite thing is how pet friendly they are! We had trouble finding a place that would allow our pitbull and they welcomed us with open arms. The staff has been wonderful with everything.

The experience from the tour to the move-in has been seamless. Our leasing agent was with us every step of the way and was there for any questions or concerns that we had. It is obvious that this community takes their job seriously and that is reflected in the management and the quality of the community.

Property is very well maintained. Building is well constructed. We live on the 2nd floor and do not hear much noise from the floor below us or above us. I feel very safe in this community. All of the employees have been great to deal with.

The District is a great community for the value. The staff really cares about their residents and is always available for questions or concerns. They are prompt and personable. Our apartment is a great price and in excellent condition. We also enjoy the proximity to so many places.

I just recently moved to the District at Saxony. I toured several other communities before choosing this one, but I knew when I saw this one that it was the right community for me. Shay helped me pick the perfect apartment for my needs. The community is awesome and staff is always helpful. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Communication from staff is a 10/10- they are very responsive if I need something. Saxony beach is close, the dog park is very nice, and they have a grilling station and trail near the beach. This is the perfect community if you want to be close to everything- the beach is busy during the day but the community is quiet at night and other residents are respectful. Parking is never an issue. I am so glad I chose this community!

Megan helped me find the perfect apartment. She was able to assist me and was very flexible with my schedule. I am having a great experience so far here at the Saxony. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in a convenient location for great prices!

The complex is very nice. We feel very safe and at home here. I thought we would only stay one year but we have decided to stay longer. This is the nicest place we looked at in our search for our new home.

Reserving my apartment from states away went very smoothly thanks to the leasing staff. Move in process went very smoothly as well and my apartment was exactly as stated upon arrival. The apartment was clean and move in ready minus a couple items that needed repair. Maintenance staff that came to repair were polite.

Great community! It's very scenic with a lot of amenities - gym, basketball court, dog park, pool, and close to Saxony Beach. They have personal garages attached to the building so you can avoid the cold. I'm a transplant, and this apartment complex has made me feel safe, welcomed, and people/staff are nice. My apartment is small for the price, but a great size for a single woman (no pets or kids).

Good place to live. There isn't any fear.The atmosphere is very calm.They provide different kind of services over here for the kids are safe in this place. Kids have a lot of things to do.

I just moved in a week ago and the staff has been nothing but sweet and generous. I wanted to move somewhere that was welcoming to me and my puppy and they were just that. All my neighbors that I have met are very kind. I love this community this far!

The community has been great. It is clean, quite, and overall very well ran. Other patrons of the community have been very welcoming. Very accepting of our dog and family. A few even offered hands in helping us move in!

This place is fantastic! For what you pay to live here you won't find the quality for a better price in the area. Beyond friendly staff and timely maintenance to get each resident taken care of quick! Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing community, efficient maintenance team, friendly and outgoing staff, and clean apartments. I highly recommend this apartment complex. I felt right at home when I moved in. The move-in process was quick and easy!

So far so good. I love my place and the neighborhood. I live extremely close to all the nearest shopping centers. Restaurants, breweries and stores ar all within reasonable distance. The staff in the leasing office are amazing and have made me feel wanted and very welcome. I am extremely satisfied with my decision

My experience has been really nice. I have a nice neighbor and I love how it's a pet friendly community. Maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the lands and buildings clean and shining. I am definitely considering renewing my lease for another 12 months.

Very Easy Move in Process access to plenty on amenities. The Apartments are quiet and also well kept up. Pet Friendly. The staff is more than happy to help you with any of your needs no matter what. The location is close to everything such as Music Center, Malls, Downtown Indy etc. Great and Safe environment for everyone

The community is great and appealing to someone looking for an apartment. The office staff was helpful throughout the process of looking and applying for this apartment all the way up to moving in. That really made the experience and quality of the process that much better.

Ok ,should be allow to get keys earlier than move in date. Also needs more day to vacate old apt when moving in or out . Grounds around apt need to check daily. People are leaving dog poop bags and garbage by entrance door.

Renting staff makes it easy to rent the apartment. The complex accepts dogs. Has it own heating, hot water heater, washer and dryer. Has a full time on site staff to service the complex. The apartments are well maintained.

I love living here. It is a great neighborhood and peaceful and clean. The staff at the main office are extremely helpful. The maintenance staff are prompt and discrete. And the neighbors are respectful.
