Excellent place to live dog friendly great neighbors lovely well maintained beach they take good care of people living in the community and it's hasserl free to live here lots of privacy couldn't ask for more.

We just moved in a week ago. We love it so far. Since we live on the 3rd floor, the moving process was difficult and stressful. The only other issue we have had is not having enough cabinet space in the kitchen. We love the area and community. We wanted a safe place to live and so far we feel safe here. The leasing staff has been super helpful and friendly. We are glad to be here!

I love living in this community! My husband and I are newly weds and this is our first home together! The leasing office and maintenance always get back to us within the same day! We even had to put in a maintenance request the day after Thanksgiving and we had someone at our apartment within two hours of our request! Love this place!

Be more proactive with preventative maintenance. We have had multiple mold issues that should not have happened. The first mold issue was fixed but there is paint splatter on our hardwood that will not come up. Every window is cracking and molding. Clearly communicate lease/renewal terms, especially one of 18 months. I was told I could transfer units after an incident; no one mentioned that in order to transfer at the price discussed we would be signing for 18 months. I found out after reading the contract. That is not good business. The carpet is old and worn; it should have been replaced before our move-in. We have had flooding on our patio doors and the carpet is coming up from the damage. Maintainence fixed the problem by digging a trench in the landscape outside of our door, but didn't cover it in mulch. There is now a muddy mess outside our door.

The community is nice, clean and comfortable. The people and staff are friendly which makes living here a whole lot better. Plenty of things to do and look at. The location is convenient being close to the outdoor mall.

We decided to move into The District because we were looking for a community that would allow our german shepherd and I am glad we did! Everyone here is so nice and respectful from the office staff to our neighbors. No matter what time of the day it is, it's always so quiet and peaceful. You can also always find parking close to your apartment which is rare at most apartment complexes. I currently live on beachside and being able to walk out my door and see the cute little beach is amazing. I honestly love coming home and seeing how clean and well kept the landscaping is.

The community is very nice and well maintained on the outside. I can't speak for the other units but my townhouse is at least 10 years old. Upon renting we were able to do a full walk through because the previous tenants were still in it. When we moved in our carpet was filthy, we had a broken window and the seals around all of our window were worn out so any breeze or wind would literally make our curtains move. We had to pay to have our windows winterized in addition to the expensive rent. The staff is great, but our townhouse really let me down. After our lease is up we may look for other accommodations.

Amazing office staff, nice clean grounds, updated and quiet living spaces. Nice gym and indoor basketball court. Beautifull club house, grill area and pool area. Ample parking available. Utilities are fairly cheap.

So far everything has been tremendous. It has many extra amenities besides nice floor plans and monthly leasing options. It's in a great location, an environment that is beautiful and routinely maintained. It's around some great eateries with the future looking even better with things coming.

Not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I have lived here for over 7 years and so wish now would have moved along time ago. Have waisted a lot of money very expensive here. It is run like a strict military environment.

This is my second time living here and I much prefer beachside phase 2 compared to phase 1. The apartment is gorgeous and I love taking my dog on walks around the lake. It's super close to HTC so there are a lot of shopping and food options. I would recommend!

The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and accommodating, the ammenities and apartments are clean, and the apartments are nicely designed. There is always ample parking available and the community feels safe.

I had a terrible experience. There is dog poop everywhere. I had a maintenance issue every 20-30 days. The appliances are old, cheap and outdated. Maintenance does shabby repair work which results in them coming out multiples times to fix the same issues.

I absolutely love living here! People are friendly, nice, and very welcoming. Everyone loves their dogs and its the cutest thing when dogs meet other dogs. I love love love the private beach and hot tub.

I've only been in my new apartment for 2 weeks. So far so great!! So far everyone has been very nice, friendly, helpful and great to work with. It's pet friendly. The lake is awesome. Nice place to live.

Facility and neighborhood is awesome- have never seen an apartment "Community" before. It is wonderful. It feels more like a home than an apartment. The staff are always out cleaning and very friendly.

We have friends that live here and only heard good things jc heart is a fantastic company and we hope to stay with them for awhile even with the troubles we had moving the staff was very helpfull which is very important.

1.The lack of valet trash pick up 5 days a week is a game changer coming from a lesser community that has this. 2. Blinds in the unit is less than I expected ( plastic and cheap ) 3. All units should have a photo file of the space - simply saying "your unit will be similar" is unacceptable. Had I seen my unit prior I would not have rented it. 4. The other units washers are very loud and can be heard through the walls

I have loved the Saxony apartments since the day I moved in! My apartment was spotless, my maintenance requests are handled professionally and quickly, and all of the staff has been nothing but accommodating. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are an added bonus and make living here even better than I imagined!

Very nice community. The staff are great and address any issues very quickly. I love the dog friendly atmosphere with no breed restrictions. I feel very safe in this complex. The amenities are great. The pool, hot tub, gym and zumba classes are awesome.

My wife and my experience here has been wonderful, so far. Everything from the apartment layout, cleanliness, the friendly office staff, the amenities, the location, and the value of what you get for what you pay is fantastic. My wife shared with me that this is the best apartment complex she has ever lived in. We are both very pleased!

It's been great! Very homely, comfortable, and peaceful. I do enjoy being a part of this community and I highly recommend it to others. The District at Saxony is simply marvelous. The apartments are in excellent condition.

Great community to live in. Close to eating places, parks, grocery stores, shopping, churches. Property always clean and well maintained. Club house a variety of activities. Resident appreciation week is great each moth. Love valet trash day wish there were more.
