We moved in on 17 Dec 2016 and so far we are more than satisfied with the community. At this time we have not lived in the community to make any judgments other than stated. This question should not be required for a period of less than three months.

We needed a home while we were remodeling. This community fit the bill! It is located well to access every place we needed to be, safe, friendly, a staff that works with you, and amenities that fit all lifestyles. It is in a desirable community setting and close to medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, activities, and major highways. Flexible leasing options make it even more attractive!

Awesome community with top-flight management! Great location close to major highways. The apartments have updated appliances, amenities, and the community is very well kept. We are thrilled we lived here and were part of this great community!

I love this community. The apartment itself is beautiful, with large tubs, high cielings, and large windows. The amenities are great - a large gym, half court basketball, a grill area, pool, hot tub, and wonderful community room we used for my daughters birthday - with a full kitchen, tv, bollards, and seating. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommended my father move in to this complex and he loves it just as much! Then there's the surrounding area - saxony beach, saxony village with its parks, playgrounds, donut shop, festivals, farmers market - it's an even greater feeling of community with the surrounding neighborhoods.

Apartment layout is nice. Interior of apartment is in fairly good condition. However common grounds, in particular entry ways and hallways are not maintained as well as they could be. In addition the walls seem to be very thin. Can hear neighbors toilet and shower running and continuous noise coming from upstairs apartment. Maintenance staff is superior as well as the office staff. As excellent as the staff is not sure I would recommend this apartment complex because of the other noted issues.

We are very pleased with the community. The surrounding areas in terms of shopping, close to the interstate, close to movie theater. The amenities are very nice. The weight room the basketball court the beach all gives you a feel of home and warmth.

Love my apartment here, feels like home! The staff is wonderful and attentive to our needs. They have resident appreciation week once a month which I find enjoyable and impressive. The cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings and grounds makes me proud to live here.

I've lived here for about 15 months. I really enjoyed the community. There are a lot of dogs but I never had problems with noise. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests were handled quickly. I loved walking around the lake at sunset this summer. I've always felt very safe.

The staff and management team have been wonderful to work with. They have been extremely professional and very friendly. This is such a beautiful place to live. I was here previously for a year and I just returned once again...it's so great to be back. I can't say enough good things about this development and the management team.

The community has an amazing positive energy that is contagious. The staff is very friendly. The community is well maintained. The apartment is beautifully designed and the amenities are convenient. Having an additional trash dump would be helpful.

Very nice and friendly staff. Garbage disposal gets extremely overflowing during the weekend. It seems as though people outside of the community dump their trash there, I have seen it happen. A camera should be installed or something to help this problem.

I love my new apartment there were a few problems after I moved in me and I'm still dealing with a few problems like bugs and problems with toilets, but getting them fixed. Pretty fast response time. Clean grounds. Wish that they had better trash service

My sister and I have lived here since November of 2015 and have had an overall great experience. I can't say the neighbors are the friendliest, however, the office staff is the best I've dealt with in an apartment community. We have had some minor maintenance issues that were resolved right away. The landscaping is usually pristine, and the trail around the lake is great for walking our two dogs. Noise was only an issue when I worked night shift as an RN and tried sleeping during the day (i.e. downstairs neighbor talking on her phone on her balcony, landscaping, kids playing, etc.) Of course nothing severe enough to complain about, especially since moving to day shift. The location is very convenient and we are excited to see the Saxony community develop even more. It's likely that we will sign-on for another year.

This is a great location. Close to Hamilton Southeastern High School and easy access to Indy's premier outdoor shopping mall. With easy freeway access we're just minutes from downtown too. Everyone here in the community is friendly, and there's a professional and courteous management and maintenance team. It's a good value.

Quiet clean and relaxing. Worth the money ?? for what you get in terms of quality and value. I would recommend The District at Saxony for those who value a nicer place to live and enjoy life. The staff are courteous and professional. Five stars plus.

This the ideal apartment community. The apartments are nicely laid out and well-kept, the location is perfect, and it has a great staff. I feel very safe here, as well. We were looking for a temporary place to stay and this has been the perfect solution!

I just moved in last week so my opinion simply cannot represent everything. This apartment is relatively new, less than 5 years old. The neighborhood is the best part. It looks very safe living here and residents look decent. There is this small to medium sized lake along with a small beach right in front of leasing office where people can spend time with family and friends, swimming and relaxing. Absolutely I recommend this place to anyone.

Very low quality buildings. Not properly maintained in the hallways. Hallway doors slam causing your front door to bang and make noise throughout the day and night. Paint is less than subpar in the apartments. Low grade appliances and carpet as well.

The 1st year at the apartment was great, very peaceful, quiet, very nice place. Going into year 2 the complex started bring in more pet owners. The owners left dog feasies all over, they let them barks for long periods of time and were disrespectful to the others in the community. If you have pets, this is a great place. Lots of room to walk your dog. If you dont and enjoy sleeping in when you can or have to get to bed early due to work the next day, this is not the place for you.
